Central location, close to Grand Park, restaurants and other venues - Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Indiana Raceway Park, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indianapolis Convention Center, Carmel Palladium and Ruoff Music Center. Located on a quiet road with large yard, plenty of parking. Large living/dining spaces. Tons of room to entertain. All furniture is brand new and comfortable.

Great for housing a sports team, wedding party or reunion attendees! Bunk room sleeps 12 with USB ports located by each bed and throughout the house. Smart TVs in all queen bedrooms and living room. On-site washer and dryer. Large back deck overlooks fenced in yard. Large adjacent lot allows for privacy, yard games or additional parking.
Fully stocked with everything you need and Owners are local and available if any need arises.

Please note, the base price per night includes 6 guests. After that there will be an additional charge per guest per night. Make sure to enter the correct number of houseguests when booking to avoid additional charges or booking issues.

A house for champions

We really enjoyed the spacious layout of the house. Our volleyball team loved the bunkbed room. There was plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax.

We came for a family reunion in Carmel and the location was very good. The kids enjoyed basketball and there were plenty of games to choose from. There was lots of room for our party of 9. The home was very clean and lacked no amenities. We would come back!

Great Home for Groups

Three families stayed here while our boys played baseball at Grand Park. Perfect location less than 10 min from the park. Lots of space for everyone and a huge yard for wiffle ball, campfire and nice patio. Chase was very attentive to anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

We were in town for a tournament at Grand Park. The location is great. The house is a wonderful, open layout for multiple families. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The owner was easy to communicate with. We’ll be back!

Great for teams or big families

We were in town for a sporting event at Grand Park and this was an amazing location. Not only is it convenient to the park itself - plus all the local amenities - but it's also just a great place to be. We had two families (including four athletes) with room to spare. We had some teammates over on the first night and were able to have a cookout and use the fire pit to socialize. It really is an amazing property.

We loved staying here for our team event. The space was nice for our group to cook dinner together and hang out in the common areas. The bunk beds were sturdy and each bed had an outlet and little shelf next to it. Very convenient! The place was clean and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Communication was clear and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to any team needing to stay near Grand Park!

Everything We Needed!

We stayed for a baseball tournament with a couple teammates and parents. House was stocked with everything we could have thought of. It was the perfect location from every field we played at. The house had plenty of space for everyone to either be together or get away from everyone for a bit. Property manager was great to work with and super on top of communication. We had a great trip and hope to stay there again!

Perfect Team Stay

This property was perfect for our team of 10 girls and 3 adults. The bunk room allowed the girls their own space and each adult could sleep in another area of the home. The backyard was great for s’mores and the kitchen was well stocked for our breakfast. When there was an issue with the air, an owner immediately responded and brought fans to make our stay more comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place near Grand Park!

Event, family gathering.

This is a gem of a place and a very considerate host. I and my four siblings near our ancestral and this was perfect and affordable. It has many included amenities that are very helpful. like a full set of dishes, utensils, tons of towels, pots and pans, and on and on. And even a bunch of bunch beds if you have a sports team! This property is freshly renewed and has it all.

Fearless Retreat

We, along with another family, stayed at this house while in town for a Taylor Swift concert. It had plenty of space for everyone to sleep, eat and make friendship bracelets. 😁 The house was very clean, had all of the necessary items to cook meals, shower and relax. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and choice of various board games. The patio was relaxing and the kids enjoyed passing a ball in the yard. We didn't have time to enjoy the fire pit but it would have been nice to use for a relaxing night. Everyone commented about how comfy their beds were. The house was clean and had everything you need for a large group. The kids got a kick out of the bunk beds and enjoyed the tire swing. The hosts responded quickly when I had a question. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Place!

This rental house was perfect for our large group of friends going to concerts at Ruoff Music Center. The pictures on the property listing are completely accurate - the house is very well stocked with everything we needed! Also, the fire pit in the backyard is great and we had bonfires both Saturday and Sunday nights. Comfy beds, big kitchen, attentive property owners - we are impressed! Thank you!

A great place to stay!

This property is great for a large group of people with many beds, adequate bathrooms and a large kitchen to cook anything you want. The kitchen is very well stocked and spacious! The room with the bunk beds has a very large bathroom and large closets for storing suitcases and clothes while visiting. The house itself isn't very big, but is organized and laid out very well to accommodate a lot of people in a small space. With 13 of us we still had plenty of room. The house was also very, very clean! The communication from Chase was excellent and the check in process was super easy! We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Perfect stay for weekend at Grand Park

Well done little home in great location with easy access to Grand Park as well as grocery and restaurants. For the size of the home, these owners did a wonderful job of creating a useable space for a lot of guests. The bunk room and attached bath is enormous and great for several members of your sports team. We found the house just right for our weekend needs. Kitchen is well stocked to cook in and plenty of dishes for everyone. Other 3 bedrooms are small, but mattress and pillows are comfortable. The space is more than adequate, however. Owners were very communicative and responsive. Will definitely look at staying here again at the next tournament.
