“best house yet"

After attending this annual tournament 4 times, our friend declared it “the best rental we had”. Homeowners were responsive and helpful. The house was well-stocked, clean, quiet, safe and comfortable.

Soccer Showcase

Our daughters play at Grand Park in a High School soccer showcase. We have been traveling together for about 6 years and have recently begun staying in VRBO properties instead of hotels. This was a perfect property for our group. The house is amazing. Very clean, the perfect size. And the location was even better than we expected. The host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We look forward to staying here next year when we return for the showcase!

Perfect home for a girls weekend

Everything was perfect at this home! Large room with tv and bar to accomodate everyone. All of the rooms are very clean and accomodating. We loved our stay at this home!

perfect stay

Great Place for Grand Park

I stayed here recently with another family while our kids played in a tournament at Grand Park. Tons of room, great location, and a really nice home. We will be back!

Fantastic Stay!

This property is located in a great area that is close to so many shops and restaurants and downtown is not too far away either. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The house was also perfect for our large group staying there. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again.

Great stay for family gathering

We had a family reunion in Indy the house and hosts were fantastic. Plenty of amble sleeping space. Backyard was a great hang out area with the grill, patio, and bonfire. The house was well maintained and updated. The location makes it easy to get anywhere in the indy area. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. All around great experience, thank you!

My fiance and I held our joint Bachelor/Bachelorette party at the property for the weekend and it was an amazing experience! Host was very timely in response and helpful when needed. Highly recommend for any group size 10+ plenty of space for big and small group fun!

Amazing place for our rehearsal dinner!

This property has absolutely everything you could need. We hosted a 40 person rehearsal dinner here and cooked tons of food. We even had a magician. It was perfect and I encourage anyone with a big group to stay here!

Girl's Trip to Carmel Christkindlmarkt

My friends and I wanted a comfortable location to stay while in town to enjoy the Christkindlmarkt. The Carmel Lodge suited our needs perfectly. Our hosts were informative, friendly and accomodated a request for an early check-in,which was much appreciated. The house is just as described. Everything is clean and updated. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. There are smart TVs in every room. We took advantage of several of the games that are provided. We stayed during late fall, so we did not explore the backyard, but it is very nice; large, well lighted, and has a fire pit and yard games. This is a very nice house and we would stay in it again if the opportunity arose.

Corporate retreat

A group of non-profit board members utilized this property for a "retreat-style" location. The property was great, held us all well and met our needs. The addition of the TV's in every room was also really nice, despite not needing them...was nice to have the options if we were to use the rooms for breakouts and needed to connect to laptops. The outdoor space was good too, likely much more useable when not below 35 degrees though (to no fault of the property owner). Will absolutely consider this property again when we're in Indy at our headquarters. WAY better than a hotel

Space galore!

Property was clean and had great amenities. Tons of space and well kept. Kristy was quick with communication. We did have issues with the Keurig working properly, there was no shower soap, or filters for the coffee maker and while these issues weren't remedied for our stay, hopefully they will be for others. When I initially booked the house I guessed at 12 guests staying and since there ended up being 10, Kristy sent in a refund for the additional guest fees per person per night over 6. It is still pending from VRBO, but I know she has done her end of the transaction so we're simply waiting for the banks to communicate to one another. Everyone enjoyed the house and our stay. Highly recommend!

Christmas stay

Review is for Westfield house. Kristy was very accommodating of our schedule change due to winter storm. Due to frozen pipes at the Carmel house, we had to move to Westfield house. Kristy had even decorated for Christmas! We appreciated all the supplies provided (e.g. coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, soaps etc.). Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend to others. Wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor deck!

Amazing home close to many restaurants and shopping.

Perfect home for a large group. We rented this home for our sons Wedding. It was perfectly located. The owner was very accommodating and very helpful. Wish the weather would love been nicer so we could’ve enjoyed the amazing back yard.
