Completely remodeled, Split level floor plan with fresh open concept, high end custom kitchen with gorgeous quartz counters, open to main living area for easy family gathering or entertaining. Master Suite with tiled walk in shower, high end bathrooms with granite tops. All on a large, private treelined lot with a huge backyard.
House was clean, easy to get in and out. There is a grill listed on amenities but itâs a George Forman so I recommend bringing your own if u plan on grilling. House has lots of sleeping arrangements but not much space to get in and out of rooms due to so many beds. No fire pit. Neighbors yard is an eyesore, but was in a safe area and overall a good stay.
Property was clean, comfortable, close to restaurants and grocery stores, easy to find and suited our needs perfectly for our stay. We spent most of our time away from the house but while we were there it was pleasant. The neighborhood is also quiet.
Property was ideal for us with close proximity of Grand Park. However property needs some TLC, flooring planks were splitting. Rug in kitchen covered a big gap in flooring planks. Pictures were accurate however property defiantly shows wear and tear. Property owner was responsive to an issue we had.
The place is great and spacious and near lots of food options as well. Very clean and host is amazing. Definitely would recommend for anybody who has a lot of people staying.
We came from Lake Geneva, WI, Chicago NW suburbs, Newburgh, IN. We've been friends for over 30 years.
First time in Carmel--Zionsville area.
We did NO cooking, but kitchen was fully stocked had we wanted to make a gourmet meal.
Many of the family members only sleep there and stayed up late talking. Most of the activities was at our Carmel home. Convenient place for many out of town family member to stay.
Les points faibles : Communication et emplacement
Family Reunion Trip
Overall, the house was nice enough for what we needed. We werenât there much so it was really about convenience and enough beds to accommodate the family. The rooms were tight, but the extra living spaces were nice. My biggest disappointment was with the communication with the owner. When we arrived after a 5 hour drive we pulled up to the driveway that was blocked due to recent re-paving. We had multiple cars and didnât want to have to park on the street as there was city construction, many cars already parked on the street and the other houses on the street were not as well kept. In addition, the backyard view was entirely ripped up by the city with lots of construction equipment. When I reached out to the owner to say that I was surprised that I was not notified that the driveway would be blocked off and not warned of the construction I was told my message was nasty and that she thought Iâd be more appreciative of a newly paved driveway and there was noting she could do about construction.all I was saying was it would have been nice to have been notified in advance so that we knew what to expect. She told me I could take down the rope from the driveway, which we were happy to do for her I just didnât want to assume that could be done. She did leave a nice basket on the counter of treats.
We rented this property because we were in town for a soccer tournament at Grand Park. Could not have asked for a more convenient location to stay.
We were, however, a little disappointed with the layout of the home. The very nice bathroom that the adults should be able to use was actually located in a bunk bedroom for the kids. Four parents had to share a very small bathroom while the kids got the large one.
The listing also said that it sleeps 20. Not sure how they came up with that number. The pictures on the listing show one extra set of bunkbeds that were not in the home. But even with that, they would still be short on beds. It was plenty big enough for our group but a larger group may be disappointed.
Overall our stay was ok. There was a posting for an hot tub which wasnât there. The owner said VRBO meant bath tub ! Our family gathered for a wedding near Westfield. We werenât living in the unit much. Mostly to sleep and bathe. Though there were a few washcloths but not nearly enough for our group. Our host was quick to deliver lots of new washcloths and a gift card for the hot tub error which was appreciated. We felt the unit wasnât as clean as we are used to. Smudges on patio glass, dust ,soiled bath mat in main bathroom grossed me out, video games turned on but couldnât find a charger. Just lots of small things that added up. I felt bad having to ask or share negatives with the host. So I just let it go. Wonât stay there again. But to end on a positive note close to good eating places and to Westfield hospital
Nice house! Plenty of room for all of us. Didn't have to cram into one hotel room to eat together. Nice neighborhood in a growing Westfield (suburb of Indianapolis). Short walk to a beautiful park. The trail was paved, children's area and picnic tables. Short drive to IMS for the 500 race. Definitely hope to do it again!
Our wedding party stayed at this property the night before wedding and the night of the wedding. There was plenty of room and it was perfect for what we needed! Carolyn was so easy to work with, flexible, thoughtful, and very responsive. Couldnât have asked for a better experience!
We needed a place for 18 people and this place was great! The setup of the place makes it so easy for everyone to hang out together with an open floor plan. We would recommend this place to anyone with a big group!
We were visiting Noblesville for a graduation party and just needed a functional and clean place for our party of 6 to stay near Noblesville and more cost effective and comfortable than those ridiculous Marriott properties in Noblesville. This place checked all of our boxes. Very clean and with seemingly recently remodeled kitchen and bathroom. New vinyl floors theoughout.
This is no resort quality property but if you need a clean and functional place in the Westfield/ Noblesville area for a group of around 12 people this place is perfect.
Great location with shopping & Grand Park within 5 minutes. Fully stocked kitchen & water pressure in showers was appreciated! Description made it sound like master had an on-suite but it was in a bunk room⊠not a big deal but not what we were expecting.
Thank you for letting us stay. We will check availability on our next tournament at Grand Park!
Letâs start with the good things. It is really easy to get to the Grand Park complex from this property. It has plenty of room for two families with soccer players. The beds were comfortable, and the upstairs kitchen/living area works well for a large gathering Everything inside is âeyeballâ pretty. It was much more comfortable than being in a hotel.
On the not so great. The description of this place is a little misleading. There is NO master suite. The âMasterâ is a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a beautiful master bathroom. Ive never seen a master suite with bunk beds! The king bed room is ok, at least you can move in it. The third bedroom upstairs is beyond tiny. You barely have room to open the dresser drawers without hitting the Queen sized bed, and the same goes for the closet doors. The downstairs bedroom is good sized, and would be much better suited to have more bunk beds added so the master can be a true master. This place could definitely use some rearranging! Also, I am not sure about the whole fire pit thing either. There is a hole dug in the ground. Period. No rocks, no ring, nothing. Except a hole, filled with previous fire junk. The yard hasnât been mowed in a minute either, and a dump trailer with garbage bags and debris was parked in the driveway. Pretty much every wall in the house looks like a group of 8 year old boys played football in the house and scuffed almost every wall. Like I said, Iâm conflicted. The house was ok, location to the fields was great, the kitchen was great, but there were some things that could definitely use some improvement.
But, in spite of all this, we had a great time!
The kitchen was well-stocked, the layout was really efficient, and the kids loved the backyard even in 20-degree weather. It was close to several restaurants and a grocery store, not too far from the highway, and on the edge of a residential neighborhood so it felt quiet even though it was so close to everything else. One drawback was that the photos of the bunk bed rooms are old. We expected 3 sets of bunk beds in one room and only found two. We got along alright, but noticed on the second night that there were trundle beds under two of the bunks. Whoops! It was too late to swap sleeping arrangements around at that point, so we managed, but an updated photo would have helped us figure things out earlier. The kids loved the pool table. They would have preferred a locking door handle on the downstairs bathroom. All the kitchen appliances were updated and clean, easy to use. We had a great time! The property was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Thanks for a great stay!
Beautifully renovated home in the heart of downtown Westfield. Walk to all of the local eateries, hop on the Monon for a hike, enjoy some drinks at the local distillery and wine vault, as well as easy access to US 31.
