Whether you are traveling for sports or need a spot to house your friends and family, Sidelines offers a fun space to entertain and relax. Formerly a grocery store, the owners have newly renovated the commercial building into a rental unit , which makes Sidelines one of the most unique properties in the area - offering plenty of indoor space, secluded private fire pit & patio, plenty of outdoor space and parking. Amazing countryside view yet within walking distance or a short drive to restaurants and stores.

Basketball weekend retreat

Enjoyable place to stay with family and friends for our basketball tournament. Plenty of room for everyone. Good location and not far from food or shopping. Property owner responded to all of our needs promptly. Would definitely recommend.

This property was above amazing. Clean and tidy with tons of space. Perfect location for a large group with adults and teenagers. The game room space was amazing.

Christmas getaway

This is our second stay at this location! Its always very clean and welcoming! Theres plenty of space for all the kiddos to play and have fun! We will more than likely return!! Loved our stay here!

NYE getaway with family

Overall, it was a great stay. There was something that appealed to everyone in our group. This was a family trip with grandparents, parents, and children. I wish grocery store had been closer.

Great Stay

Robbie's house exceeded our expectations. It was a great place to stay while we were away with a group of friends and kids. The house was setup for the kids to have a great time and was a good base of operations for our events in the area.

Grand Park Tourney

We stayed with our 3 kids over a weekend tournament in Grand Park. It was easy access to the fields (close enough to run over and back if needed ) and a great home base. We would definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Robbie was such an amazing host! The house was beautifully updated, clean, and lots of amenities provided. We all enjoyed the attic game room, which had something for everyone to do! We will definitely be back!

Fun Group Rental

The property was clean and had all of the amenities you could ask for when entertaining 4 families. The upstairs game area was a blast and the bedrooms were all comfortable. We would highly consider staying here next year when we are all back in town.

We had a little Christmas get together here, it was everything it was supposed to be! We have 7 grandchildren and they loved the game room and the open space to play!! We had a great time and will definitely visit again! 😊

Football Weekend

Fantastic property that was really clean and well kept! The layout worked great for 7 of us up in the area for the Purdue football game. The game room was a fantastic bonus! Everyone enjoyed the big screen tv’s, the arcade video games, and the ping pong table. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a great weekend!

Wedding weekend

Robbie was the absolute best host. I will be recommending this property to anyone who asks. The space, and the amenities were top notch. If people wanted to enjoy the game room upstairs they were able to hang out while others had quiet space below in bedroom/living room area. Robbie went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend perfect

Good place

The property worked for our group of 7 work team. We only slept there and played a few games of poker and the game room was great. We had an issue with the heating system. It could not keep up with the cold temps and it really got cold in certain rooms. Robbie was helpful and hopefully they can address it.

Great weekend away

This was a great property for us to get away as an extended family for the weekend - celebrating a milestone birthday. The property was clean, the bedrooms were great for what we needed, and the entertainment room upstairs was AWESOME!! We spent most of our time there; playing games, watching NCAA basketball, xbox - it was the exact kind of room we wanted. Everyone kept mentioning all weekend how much they enjoyed the location. Big thanks to the owner for creating such a wonderful facility. Very easy to work with, they were super responsive to messages, never worried about anything. Would stay there again for sure!

75th birthday gathering

Robbie's place was perfect for our stay in freezing cold January 3-5. With grandchildren ranging in ages of 10 to 1, there was enough to keep everyone busy with all the games. It was too cold to go outside.The kitchen dining area did not have enough room to accommadate 12 people, so we had to eat in shifts. Dissappointing for the birthday dinner. I would recommend putting in a bigger dining table. Also, not enough silverware for a large group, especially the forks. And lastly, a box of tissues would have been nice.These are suggestions. Overall, everyone enjoyed our time there and would like to go there again.

Great Spot for Large Groups

We had a group of 12, and I would say this is about the maximum amount that could comfortably stay. We were really impressed with the property, as this feels very newly renovated. This is a great spot for those with kids, as there are plenty of indoor activities provided, along with a good amount of yard space and blacktop for basketball, bikes, skateboards, etc. The dining area does have trouble seating that many people, so you do need to spill into the attached living room, but it wasn't a problem for us. Bonus points for the extra refrigerator. Communication was great with the host. Checking in was easy, they responded immediately when we needed help logging into the YouTube TV, and they communicated with us about extra time at check out due to the cleaners running later than normal. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of a few extra hours, but it was appreciated nonetheless. We didn't venture out into the town much, but there was a fall festival at the park down the street and larger towns are close by. For those playing at Grand Park, this would be a great spot - it's probably not even 10 minutes away and you're not running coming in from that side of the park.
