This delightful residence is only minutes from the pristine shores of Scarborough Beach, making it a coastal paradise for beach lovers and those seeking a tranquil retreat.
As you step onto this picturesque property, you'll immediately appreciate the care and attention that has gone into maintaining the grounds and property. The well-manicured lot provides a serene and private setting, yet just minutes away from iconic local restaurants and farm fresh produce and "off the boat" seafood markets.
Inside, this single-level home offers the epitome of convenience and comfort with central air conditioning.
