Welcome to The Pearl of Navarre #703. From the moment you walk into this nicely decorated condo you're greeted with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and open living room with a large, comfy wrap around sofa. From the living room step out onto the balcony that offers direct gulf front views of the emerald green waters and sugar white sands of Navarre Beach.

The master bedroom boasts a large king sized bed, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower and garden tub. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bed sleeping a total of 5 people comfortably throughout. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is easily accessible from the guest bedroom.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

Guys fishing trip

Canceled 1 Hr Before Check-in

Do NOT book with Paradise Beach Homes through VRBO! We received a call 1 hour before our arrival and were told that this property had ceiling water damage. At first the PBH Associate told us she could possibly give us a home they had open and then called us back and told us no, as it cost more! We had no control over the last minute property issue and PBH did nothing to helpus secure a property for the timeframe we had booked. We did get a refund, went to another Rental Co. and got a beautiful condo on the gulf for the same timeframe - and 186 less!

We loved our condo and the beach. We will be back. Only problem we had was Tuesday night folks throwing stuff off balconies and we didn’t know who to contact for help. It was bad. They hit my youngest and almost hit my oldest. Overall that was the only problem. We loved it.

Always Love The Pearl

Reviewer Comments: The Pearl of Navarre is always one of our favorites, and since our normal rental was booked the week of our trip we decided to try this one instead! The condo was beautiful (a little wear and tear but normal for a beach condo), and the view was even better. I wasn’t sure how checkin would be having to go in person, but it was a breeze. We had a great time on our girls trip, and I’m happy to have a new place to add to our Navarre list!

Beach front review

Condo was great, very clean, had all everything we needed. However, we were very disappointed the condos cover the entire beach with rental chairs placed about 2 feet apart and 3 rows in.A lot of them not even rented. Hard to look or get to the beach unless you weave in between the chairs and the people. We rented the condo because it was beach front, but ended up driving to opal beach every day to get a little space and actually enjoy the view instead of a ton of chairs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paradise Beach Hime rental experience was top notch. The process was easy and the staff at check in were helpful and happy! My only complaint is The Pearl on site HOA manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He lied about taking personal property and only when pushed conceded and returned the stolen property. I loved the Pearl but will not stay here again due to this reason alone. Dishonest management can not be tolerated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental fees were a little high! The condo unit 703 was cleaned and decorated beautiful! Nice relaxing feeling. Right on the beach located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The updates that need to be made was All the outside cushions on the balcony were EXTREMELY dirty and made you not want to relax and sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view. Overall I would highly recommend this unit with the hopes of cushions be replaced so others can enjoy! I would give this place 4.7 stars! Navarre beach is a great to visit. I hope the area would add more restaurants to the area.

A Pearl of a Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation at the Pearl of Navarre. The condo was a fine balance of amenities with a relaxed, welcoming feel. Our accommodations were spacious - though the condo could use a few fixes/updates (countertops were scratched, woodwork wasn't finished correctly in areas, loungers on balcony were super uncomfortable and the furniture in the living room was comfortable but worn). Aside from these few things, the beds were comfortable and everything worked, so we weren't too bothered by the less than perfect aesthetics. The location was superior - just an elevator ride and a few steps from the beach was really awesome. Beautiful beach - though terribly windy during our stay. The heated pool was a necessity as the weather was not terribly warm. Overall, a nice property in a great location. I'd definitely stay here again!
