Nouveau sur le programme de location! Réservez dès maintenant pour 2019. Ce magnifique condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bains situé devant le golfe a le meilleur des commodités et du luxe. Vues magnifiques depuis le balcon du 5ème étage. La chambre principale a un lit king et une vue de face du golfe. Il a une salle de bain privée avec baignoire à jets et douche indépendante. La chambre d'amis dispose de deux lits et d'une salle de bains dans le couloir. Entrez dans la grande cuisine pour préparer vos repas préférés et profitez de dîners en famille ou entre amis dans la salle à manger. Regardez la télévision dans le salon ou installez-vous confortablement et admirez la vue sur les plages de sable blanc.

Beautiful property in a perfect location

The Pearl is an exquisite property. The grounds and building are well maintained, and the pool is pristine. The location is wonderful because it is close to the bridge that connects the mainland to the island. It is also close to the beautiful National Seashore. The condo was very comfortable and clean. They only provide paper and cleaning products for a day or so. It will be necessary to make a grocery run to buy additional toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper, etc. They provide only small quantities. We would stay again. It is a in perfect location and the beach was not crowded.

Love Love Love

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo unit. I would stay here again and again. Right off the elevators but never heard any noise. Straight across from the garbage shoot but never smelled anything. Swimming pool right above our balcony. Everything so convenient. So relaxing. The unit did not have a cookie sheet. Sent an email and in less than an hour a brand new cookie sheet was delivered to our door. (Thank you for that!) After making these reservations I found out I would have back surgery 10 days before we were supposed to arrive so post op day 10 we traveled what was supposed to be 5 1/2 hours took about 7 hours. It was exhausting but we made it. The recliner chair was perfect for my recuperating time. A great place to be when not feeling well. Even the ones that felt well loved it. We will try to get this unit again next time we visit Navarre Beach.Now to brag on the cleaners. The place was spotless. Looking up the ceiling fans were dust free. I never so a speck of dust when we arrived the first day. Good job to these cleaning people.

Short trip

The condo was very very clean. Perfection in that dept. The view was outstanding. No rusty appliances or older tvs as mentioned in other reviews. Everything was perfect in that regard. I do agree with the furnishings being odd but hey I’m not there for that purpose. The jetted tub did not work and it was the one thing I specifically asked for. Reported it. When I discovered it on day two. Without the jetted tub in order and an issue with my own house , we left a day and a half early. Lost a lot of money. Th condo was nice though. Loved the Pearl.

Property was nice. Great view of beach. Ice maker in wet bar is a great feature. No need to go to store for ice bags. Plenty of bathroom towels. Very quiet also. We were near elevators but never heard a thing.

Enjoyed our week!

The property was clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed! The beds were great, the shower pressure was great and the location couldn’t have been better! While the ice maker was handy, it was not worth the noise the machine made at all hours.

This unit is older, but we’ll maintained. Everything in the Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living room was as advertised , but dated. All our needs were met comfortably. We will rent this unit again if available.

General overview

Very pretty. Beds are very comfortable. I would mention master bathroom is beautiful but needs a grab bar or two for safety. Our coffee pot had a carafe that did not fit. I didn't realize this until we had coffee allover the counter. Once I mentioned this, however, we had a new coffee pot! So very responsive to our issue.

Great location with a beautiful view

Overall great experience. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more amenities. Had to buy trash bags, TP, salt & pepper. These basics should be provided. It would be nice to have a SmartTV to steam shows and movies. There were a total of 4 remote controls which only 1 worked. Check in and out was easy.
