Ce condo offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique depuis son plan d'étage ouvert. Les fenêtres du plafond au sol qui suivent le balcon enveloppant offrent une vue incroyable sur les plages de sable blanc et les eaux vert émeraude. Détendez-vous sur le magnifique canapé en cuir et regardez votre film préféré sur le grand téléviseur à écran plat ou rassemblez-vous autour de la grande table de la cuisine pour un délicieux dîner de fruits de mer ou un jeu de cartes avec la famille! La cuisine a été entièrement rénovée avec des appareils haut de gamme et un coin petit-déjeuner tranquille pour profiter de votre tasse de Joe du matin.

La chambre principale Gulf Front offre 1 lit King avec accès au balcon et une salle de bains privative avec baignoire à jets et douche indépendante. La première chambre d'hôtes offre 2 Queens avec une salle de bain complète dans le couloir. La deuxième chambre d'hôtes offre 1 lit queen et salle de bain complète privée avec mini-réfrigérateur, évier et micro-ondes. TV à écran plat dans toutes les chambres.

Great property. Clean, beautiful ocean views, quiet in the evenings and early morning. Entertainment and restaurants close by...Property managers were friendly and responded promptly to inquiries. Would stay again.

FANTASTIC CONDO!!!!

Perfection!!!! Spacious, comfortable and gorgeous! Balconies (x2!!) afforded spectacular views! The beds were comfortable and cozy. Heated pool was wonderful. Elevators fast and uncrowded. We LOVED everything about our stay!

Beautiful Weather

The property was clean and very well decorated. We had 3 couples and it was very comfortable. In the main bathroom the toilet flusher hangs up and runs. Also, the vent is extremely loud when in use. We also had problems with the internet. It was not working Saturday evening and we were unable to watch our college team. With these minor fixes, I would stay again!

Pleasant walk on the beach

Really enjoyed the property. Location was perfect for us, understanding it was out of season, very quiet for lazy days walking on the beach. One addition to the condo description might be worth updating: there are beach towels and beach chairs. I informed the management firm that the carpet was dirty. We would stay there again.

Condo was very very nice. Would stay there again for sure. Just a few suggestions ….TV in the living room was to big for the area. It felt like you were in the front row of a theater. Almost gave you a headache. Wish we would have known about the closet full of “beach stuff” that was available to use. We could have saved a ton of room in our rental van had we known. Also, the tv in the bedroom with the 2 full beds would not work.

this was our second trip to the Pearl and we were very happy most of the time

needs BLACK OUT BLINDS IN MASTER BED. BLD. MANAGEMENT SHOULD SCREEN BETTER. WE HAD A :"POT SMOKER" EITHER BELOW US OR NEXT TO US OUR LAST 7 DAYS. EVERY MORNING STARTED WITH A HIGH.

Home away from home in November

We have been looking for a condo that we can call our home away from home and 1106 just might be it. It was clean and kitchen was very well stocked. Everything we needed was there. The rental staff with Paradise Beach Homes are great to work with. They are very helpful and kind. We recommend to eat at the Cactus Flower, Scooters, Slippery Mermaid and The Twist(for your sweet tooth).

Great family vacation rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family typically stays on 30A every year but decided to try a new area and I think we may have found our new favorite vacation spot. Can't stay enough good things. The check in process was easy and right across the street. Not only was this condo stunning but it was extremely clean and more than enough room for our family of 6. The owners attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, plenty of towels, a little play kitchen and table that our toddler absolutely loved, a great couch for movie night and so much more! The rental company even had us a nice little gift bag waiting in the kitchen for when we arrived. The beach was prefect and pool area were also really nice. We can't wait to come back! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a fantastic condo! It was exactly as described. Clean, great furnishings, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great table for eating and games, and fantastic balcony. The check in process was also easy and the staff was helpful through booking. We also loved that the 3 bedrooms were very separate - offering privacy, quiet sleeping, and a separate thermostat for the back bedroom. The pools in the building were refreshing. On occasion crowded but not bad considering the size of the complex. They are strict on drinks near the pool and leaving anything in the hallways (read their signs!)The biggest downfall (in our opinion) to this building is the obnoxious amount of beach chair rentals. You wake up and there are 3 rows of rental chairs and umbrellas packed in like no place we’ve ever stayed before. It’s hard to walk through them to get to the water and block everyone’s views. Also, we hit a bad water quality week which was a bummer. The amount of seaweed and critters in the water made it a no go many days. (not a reflection on the condo but def worth noting for the location)The location is easy to order DoorDash, InstaCart, and Shipt for those that like some added help during vaca :-)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I hate to tell everyone how great this condo is, because it will book up so fast and I’m afraid I won’t be able to get it again! I truly felt like we were walking into someone’s private home and not a rental. It is immaculate. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine, and sometimes two of everything. Beds were super comfy. The living room furniture was really comfy, too! Oversized balcony due to being a corner unit. The view is incredible from the 11th floor. Highly recommend this place! I have rented several times from Paradise Beach and have never been disappointed!
