Welcome to Navarre Beach, dubbed Florida's Most Relaxing Place! "Sugar Shores" is our beautiful oceanfront townhouse ON THE BEACH with stunning Gulf views. This 4 bed/3.5 bath townhome comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults plus 2 children and is perfect for your family or group beach getaway. Enjoy the sugary white sands and the glassy turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico just a 30 second walk away! Fantastic fishing is just a few steps away directly from the shore or 1.5 miles to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier. Swim, paddleboard, or just grab some rays on Navarre Beach, one of the least crowded beaches on the Florida Panhandle as you enjoy your time away from it all with the comforts of home at your fingertips. We purchased this townhouse in 2023 and have put a lot of love and care into updates and upgrades including painting, flooring, brand new furnishings, decor, kitchen supplies, appliances, and more! Our goal has been to create a chic yet warm and inviting beach experience for our guests with thoughtful touches such as USB charging on every nightstand, an 85" TV in the living room for awesome movie nights or enjoying your favorite sports team, smart TV's in each bedroom room, and supplying beach items such as beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and children's sand toys. We have also just begun providing 2 BOTE stand up paddleboards (SUPs) available for guests use after signing a separate use agreement.

The master suite includes a luxurious soaking tub, ideal for unwinding after beach adventures.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Families with children are always welcome.
To keep the home comfortable for all, parties, smoking, and vaping are not allowed. Monitors are in place to help us protect the space and respect neighborhood quiet hours. Parties strictly prohibited; violators face eviction, a $500 fine, and additional fees. Indoor smoking fined $1000 + ozone remediation cost; lost revenue may apply.
Security: For peace of mind, exterior cameras monitor only outdoor areas—never inside. It records video and audio
Flexibility: Because of the size of the home, we’re usually unable to offer early check in or late check out due to the extensive cleaning and preparation required between guests. Our team takes extra care to ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned, refreshed, and ready for every arrival. We completely understand that travel plans can vary. If you’d like to request an early check in or late check out, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Approval will always depend on our cleaning and turnover schedule, but we’re always happy to check whenever possible. If approved, there is a $150 fee for either an early check in or a late check out.
Rental Agreement: To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, guests may be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This agreement covers standard terms such as house rules, occupancy limits, liability, and responsibility for damages.
Unauthorized Pet: $500 per pet + damages
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM During quiet hours, please keep noise to a level that won't disturb neighboring properties. We simply ask that voices and music remain at a considerate volume.; failure to comply results in a one-night fine.
Liability & Insurance: Guests liable for damages; personal belongings insurance advised.
Service Animals: ADA service animals must adhere to guidelines; misrepresentation results in eviction.
Air conditioning: Even when the weather is perfect outside, the air is humid, and the humidity can cause issues inside our home and puts pressure on the HVAC system. We ask that you don't set the thermostat below 70 during your stay per our HVAC tech.
Lost and found items: We will not be held responsible for any items left at the property or resort from the guest(s). As a courtesy, we can ship found items to address of choice for shipping +$30 service fee.
