We stayed here for a week. A perfect location for us, a few blocks from our oldest son's house. It was clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice!!
And go out of their
The house was nice to come back to after a day of activities. The kids could play in the yard while we cooked and then played at the park into the evening. Located close to many places and amenities
My friends and I stayed here for a week and had a great time. The house was clean and everything was as it was described. The host was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. Would recommend!!
My family and I stayed at this property for 7 nights and we enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean and well maintained. Host was very nice and responded to every question we had. Beautiful, home and wonderful experience.
This property was in a quiet neighborhood with a park across the street. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very homey feeling with 3 bedrooms, 2queen sized beds and a bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a closet to hang your clothes with a few hangers but no dressers so we used the hall closet shelves. Wash cloths are not provided but there are lots of hand towels in the laundry room. You will be sharing the property with another patron: you share the laundry room, ironing board, iron, and parking space. Privacy was no problem because there are locked doors between the rooms. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.
Check in was easy although there was confusion on time. On the site, it said 3pm but check in instructions said 4pm. Owner was prompt on getting back to us to let us know 3 was ok. The other major issue we had was the AC did not work properly. In the middle of Summer, especially during a heat wave, you would expect the AC would be a relief by cooling off the house but that was not the case. We ended up contacting the owner and she was able to get maintenance out a few hours later but even after that, it still did not work properly so needless to say; our stay was uncomfortable which was a disappointment. The house itself is cute but the bedrooms were extremely small. So was the bathroom. It says sleeps 6 but everyone sharing the one tiny bathroom was not ideal especially when everyone is trying to get ready at the same time. There was also an ant issue in the kitchen. Luckily we caught it on time so our food wasn't compromised. Overall, cute neighborhood but will probably not stay there again.
This house was ideal for our needs as a couple traveling with our two adult children. We stayed 4 nights and it was completely comfortable.
As noted in other reviews, it was evident that the garage apartment was occupied (another car in the driveway and some noises of water running at night, on one occasion people talking in the backyard at night) but it was not an inconvenience to us in any way. We did not use the park across the street, but it was nice to look at.
The beds were clean and comfortable, with extra blankets available. I liked the Ikea pillows (one squishy & compressible and one firmer). Clean white towels were laid out on each bed. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided in the shower. Each sink had liquid hand soap. Extra toilet paper rolls were easily found.
There were some basics in the kitchen: salt & pepper, oil, sugar, baking soda, dinner napkins. Cleaning supplies were readily accessible. Water & ice through the refrigerator were convenient (and tasted fresh to us). Pans & dishes were adequate for breakfasts and snacks for the four of us.
The HVAC worked great and we used AC and heat on different days. The wifi connected easily & was reasonably fast. We didn't use the TV or the laundry.
Communication with Yinan was great, with instructions and expectations clearly laid out. The only surprise was the listed check-in time of 3:00 changing to 4:00 but we were able to easily work around it.
House was very clean, beds were comfy, pretty close to everything around. Neighborhood was ok, probably better than some areas around the city, not sure because I don't live there. Only downside was that there is another tenant in the same house that occupied one of the rooms and garage. It wasn't clear until you read the description that says the yard is shared with another tenant within the same unit. We could hear noises in the evening and tenants doing laundry in the morning, andvthere was a second car in the driveway on our last day. Wasn't a big deal, just wish I read the fine print closer. Overall nice experience.
Place was clean and well organized. The only drawback was it was minimally stocked. No oven mitts, extra towels, coffee, or baking sheet. Forced us to eat out more than we would have otherwise.
Cosy house, owners were kind enough to inform us that the refrigerator was not working and replaced it prior to our arrival
House was very neat and clean, wish there were a bit more of cutlery in the kitchen but otherwise the stay was good
