This 1 bedroom worked well for my husband and I. Very clean and tidy. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves with my morning coffee. Location was great - very walkable to most restaurants and attractions.

4th of July Vacation

We spent the week at the Condo in Old Orchard Beach and the condo was perfect for a family of four. It was right on the beach, which made it easy to walk back and forth.Condo was clean and it was great that it had a washer and dryer. Area was very walkable, and the people were friendly.

We have always loved coming to OOB but have never stayed at this property until this year. This place was amazingly clean, the property manager was helpful and friendly and the view was just beautiful! We will definitely return!

Wonderful place

All the conveniences of home!! Great place even on a rainy day (we had one) - and staying in was as comfortable as home. Very clean and great location. Just close/far enough to the Pier.

What a view!

The condo was great! Beachfront, can’t get better than that! Bedroom was a little warm at night. Air conditioner was located at the front of the condo and the bedroom was at the back. We had a great week!!!

Beautiful View of the Ocean/Clean Spacious Condo

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Old Orchard Beach. The condo was super clean and was up to date with new flooring. The mattress was very comfortable and lot's of storage for clothing in the bedroom and living room (extra dresser) were a nice touch. The best part was sitting on the patio and enjoying the view and hearing the sounds of the ocean. The patio is under cover, so you get a break from the sun and can enjoy the views even in the rain. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants and shops, so you do not need to pay for parking in town. Julie (manager) met us at the condo to let us in and go over where everything was located. Julie was very personable and also followed up with us a day or two after we arrived to make sure everything was going well. Overall it was a great vacation!

I would definitely recommend this property and this property manager. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and has all the comforts of home. It is outfitted with many extras items that you might want for comfort or entertaining. The manager was easy to contact and responds promptly. Great experience!

Great little condo on the beach

Cute, clean condo right on the beach. Condo has everything you need including puzzles and board games for rainy days. Nice ocean view and beach access could not be closer. Great swimming beach for kids, especially at low tide, and miles of beach to walk, we did a beach walk each evening. The pier with arcade, amusement park and food is a short walk, you can access it from the beach or the street. Awesome vacation for a 6 year old, we only got in our car once the entire week, to grab breakfast in town. Would return for sure.

The condo was above our expectations. Very well clean and items for our use was very much appreciated. Questions were always answered in a timely manner when we had one. Bed was very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.
