Big 75 inch in the pool room with bar and lights. Spacious game and courteous PS4 in the office with Twin day bed with Trundle. Big back yard with patio and grill settings. Big kitchen nuke with a lovely view. We have complimentary coffee no breakfast.There is a RV unoccupied storage are please keep out. I will let you know if I am on the property to cut grass or for anything a usual you won't see me. We have 3 exterior cameras 1 (Front door entrance. 2. (Driveway Entrance). 3. Back yard patio. there are no interior camera's We make sure your safety is first..

Great property. Host was easy to work. Convenient to lake and restaurants. Parked 2 21ft boats in the driveway, could have fit a third one.

Communication is KEY

I'm not in the business of tearing down minority business owners. Our host provided an extremely well furnished and clean environment for myself and my family. We established a line of communication, but at some point we couldn't see eye to eye. That doesnt mean that my experience has to be anyone else's. Given the circumstances and situation I honestly believe we both did what we thought best and moved on. I would not discourage anyone from booking this location. Please be extremely expressive prior to arrival and make and informed decision. Best of luck and good energy to Chris and any individual or family looking to book.D

Great experience

Great place to stay for a group of guys playing in a golf tourney. The free snacks and Gatorades were awesome also. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect house for me and a few friends to stay in on our short trip to Decatur. Chris was so understanding and responsive. Clean house, plenty of towels! I highly recommend!

Graduation visit made easy

Very comfortable home. Easy communication with the owner. Plenty of towels, comfortable mattresses, snacks (nice touch), and quiet neighborhood. My kid enjoyed the gaming consoles and billiard table. I would stay again without hesitation.

Fishing Trip

What a wonderful place to stay if fishing Lake Wheeler. We had plenty of room!!! Our host was more than accommodating!!! We kept entering the wrong code for the door, and he helped us right away!!! Excellent service!!!

Clean & Neat Home, Great Neighbors, Easy Access to Town

Chris has taken great effort to provide a clean place to stay. He provides plenty of towels and wash-cloths (a big deal for us) and even has a free snack-bar. The location allowed us to reach grocery stores and restaurants, easily. He is working on some additional improvements to the property that will also add to "ease of use". He even bought a Keurig coffee maker, to make things easier for us. Great host! We will stay there agian, on our next trip to Decatur.

Quiet place

My grandson, 17 and I stayed here for more than a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Chris was very helpful in getting the wifi system up & going again after the storm one night. After that we had no wifi problems. My grandson enjoyed the PS4 and the pool table. I even played pool a couple of times. The house has a few finishing touches that need to be done but it did not affect our stay at all. My bed was comfortable. I heard no complaints from my grandson about his bed, which was the bed in the office. The patio area is very large which has a new grill on it and several tables & chairs. I enjoyed sitting at the picnic table a couple of days to get some Vit D. My whole reason for renting this house was to be with my grandson. I just enjoyed being in this house with him when he wasn't in school or working.

House was decent overall but was not equipped with much of the essential kitchen utensils like pots and pans or enough silverware for a group of people no grilling tools for outside grill had to purchase alot of things just to prepare food and cook meals and also if you plan on bringing any boats it will only hold 2 he does have more parking on his property but does charge for each individual boat that is brought it can hold up to 5 there but very expensive to just park boats 50 a night per boat but we did get them for 30 a night and also the listing shows fits up to 7 people but there is 6 beds so really can fit up to 12 but he does charge for each individual per night after 7 people so overall decent place but little expensive for what it is likes to nickle and dime for everything but i get it its his place he can do with what he wants just giving heads up to people that plan on staying the owner is very nice and there is camaras on the property so he is keeping a eye on everything outside so the property is safe and secure

Property and neighborhood are just fine. The host is hard to work with and looking to charge all he can. I have stayed at vrbo's all over the country and have never been dealt with like this!

Great stay

We stayed at this property for a tournament at Jack Allen Sports Complex. This property was within 15 minutes of the venue and there was lots for the teens not competing to do when not at the field. Chris was fantastic to work with and very quick to communicate to answer questions etc. Thank you for the great stay Chris!

Great location

Chris is a fantastic host and very responsive to any questions or issues. The home was a great fit for myself and a few employees that were in town for work. I would definitely book with Chris again if the chance arises.
