Book with us and come to Maui to explore everything we have to offer!

Come enjoy this well appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath unit right above Honokeana Bay on the west side of Maui. Walk to Napili Bay Beach and bask in the sand! This corner unit offers lots of lanai space for you to enjoy and is close to 1 of two pools at the resort. When you're ready, go for a swim with the turtles in the Bay or just enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The well appointed kitchen and dining room are ready for the evenings you decide to stay in and cook. The lanai also has seating perfect for watching one of Maui's famous sunsets or enjoying a tropical drink!

The unit has a washer/dryer in unit and one of the bathrooms has a bathtub. The master bedroom has a large relaxing bed and provides great privacy from the second bedroom outfitted with 2 twin beds. Enjoy the comforts and conveniences of home with a fully stocked kitchen. After a fun day in the sun, enjoy the great breeze or have a Mai Tai's and watch the sun sets off the lanai. Free Wi-Fi and cable included. Truly a great place to relax.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Great stay! The condo was very clean. Great location near Napili Beach. Great communication with property manager. Kitchen had all the appliances you could want. Loved having the beach chairs and boogie boards. Would definitely return!

Amazing location

It is very close to our favorite restaurants, Sea House. It has Ac and washer and dryer. Kitchen fully equipped.

We got here late afternoon. We moved our things in—the place looked nothing like the photos. There was a sign about removing your shoes, with which we complied. The floor was quite dusty, however. We went out to eat, came back and unpacked our suitcases and went to bed. When we awoke, we realized there was no dining room table or place to eat inside the condo. There was an oversized couch pushed up against the counter. There was a cabinet in the corner where the dining room table had been, with a Murphy bed in it. It was windy outside on the patio where the table and chairs were. We called Dan and asked about an inside dining room table. He thought the premises were just fine. He offered two other properties in Kihei, or to refund our money. We chose the refund and got another property in the same area. I haven’t received the refund yet.

Napili stay

Great location, clean property and gorgeous views. It’s spacious, but furniture a bit outdated and beach chairs were in bad shape, one didn’t have straps and others had rips, but was ok to use for one day. If we were staying longer would have been an issue. Plus, it doesn’t have direct beach access, but the walk is not too long. The biggest issue I had was communication with the property management. I used VRBO to message a question and didn’t get a response until 2 days later. It’s unheard of! I think the property as a rental is great, but I would not rent this particular one again because of terrible communication.

Location, convenience, views

This unit was perfect for a week long stay for our family of four. Incredible view from the patio, where we spent much time relaxing. Location was ideal for us, with amazing snorkeling right there (so many turtles!) and a short walk to Napili Beach. Plenty of close food options (we love The Gazebo and happy hour at Sea House) and a grocery market within a 5 minute drive (excellent poke). We also utilized the unit's well stocked kitchen to frequently make our own food. The unit provides plenty of towels and beach towels and we also appreciated having a washer and dryer (detergent provided). We didn't need to use the AC, but were happy to have the option. The primary bathroom is nicely updated and once we figured out the Hot and Cold were reversed we were able to enjoy the beautiful shower! The second bathroom could use an aesthetic update, but everything was fully functional. My only minor complaint is that we would have appreciated more than a single small tube of shampoo/conditioner/body wash per bathroom considering we were a family of four staying for a full week; next time we know to bring our own. Lastly, it was nice to be able to park so close to the unit and not have to lug suitcases, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. a long distance. We highly recommend this unit and would happily stay here again.

Wow, the location is awesome!!!!

Wake up to turtles, birds, waves. Snorkeling is Awesome from the first step in! Napili beach right around the corner. Love it! Update pics please! Mini split A/C in each room, master shower newly updated, no bar table on patio. Loved it!!!!!!!!

Excellent spot!

Overall I highly recommend this unit. The location is amazing, with a pool on the ocean and a bay that is loaded with turtles and other beautiful fish. Snorkelling directly in the cove is spectacular, as is swimming in the pool. You can walk to Napili bay with your beach gear and enjoy that amazing area as well. Also a very short drive the Kapalua beach which is arguably one of the best for families and snorkeling as well. SeaHouse for breakfast is highly recommended. The unit itself is spacious, has AC and an awesome lanai for morning coffee and evening wine. You can also watch the kids in the pool right from the unit after which is great. Unit is clean and has starter kits of soaps and coffee etc. The only negative, and a minor one, is that there was no beach umbrella, snorkel gear or boogie boards. That said they are available by the thousand at Costco and are really only a bonus if your host includes them. There were four beach chairs and a cooler it should be mentioned which I would consider a must for hosts in Maui. The inclusion of an umbrella and a few other items would be icing on the cake. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

2nd time at this condo

My family and I really like the location of the property and the ground access from the patio to the pool. Just a couple minor things to fix. The curtains are ripping pretty bad in the living room. Just worn out from the sun it looks like. One of the bar stools is broke so be careful when sitting in it. We had and issue with the door lock not letting us in but after a call to property manament we got it fixed

Great location

Let's start with the good.. Condo looks just like pictures! Perfect location and beautiful view overlooking the swimming pool and bay full of turtles. Big bonus having the swimming pool so close and being able to see from the room. We felt good letting our teen kids go to pool without us, while being able to keep an eye on them from the condo. Kitchen was awesome. We also spotted lots of whales jumping and splashing around in the bay from our patio. Ok, The not so good.. Condo needs severe cleaning and some updating. The carpet in the guest bedroom was destroyed with stains. The master bathroom is outdated and wasn't very clean. Hair and debris could be easily spotted all around the edges along with visible mold on ceiling. Shower goes cold after about 4 minutes and poor pressure. The curtains in living area we're ripped, probably from the wind I'm guessing. We were not informed there would be noisy construction with workers grinding and jack hammering close to condo. People above are VERY loud and can hear every stomp. Other buildings on property have been updated a bit nicer than where condo is located. Hopefully they will update soon. Great spot

great location but somewhat troubled stay

The location is great - cannot beat that; we've stayed at exactly this property and very closely for many times. The property overall is very, very good for the money, you cannot go wrong on Maui by booking here! However, this particular unit had certain problems, which kind of spoiled a stay a bit: (1) the dishwasher was mechanically broke, and the management was aware of it even before our arrival - however it was not fixed by the time we've left. I understand everything about labor shortages, scheduling, etc -- but i had to hand wash dishes twice a day for the duration of stay. (2) the internet was not working; neither the printed login at the unit, nor emailed instructions before and during our stay didn't work. I had to nicely ask neighbors to connect to their network. (3) the place was literally infested with cockroaches. We complained to the management, they applied something outside on our third day of stay, it became a bit either, but the feeling of bug-infection and not-cleanness remained strong.....a bummer So, here the rating goes - one star off for the dishwasher, one off for the cockroaches; and no subtractions for the internet :) Regardless of these unfortunate substations - highly recommend the place! Great View

A beautiful spot right on Napili cove makes every morning and evening a joy to experience. Fair warning the sun beats in the living room every afternoon and there is no a/c here so be sure and shut the curtains. It seems like the space is slowly being updated. Parts of it are very new and others run down and dated. The pool is always kept clean. Be sure and check in with the front desk when you arrive (even though you don’t need to to get into your unit) to get a parking permit. Overall, would recommend just needs help on some easy fixes (broken screen door, back and front outside lights out, etc.)

Enjoyable but

Some elec outlets need replacement, tv could be larger, ice maker needs to be relacement some dishes chipped,. Overall prop could be upgraded. Still we enjoyed our stay!
