Great location and would highly recommend this accommodation. Only downside was the check in process where we needed to call twice to get the correct code for the door which was frustrating.

Property has a beautiful view, a 7 minute walk to the beach, and it is nicely decorated. Door was difficult to open and took 3 codes before it worked. Calling expedited the process over texting. I felt the kitchen was minimally stocked with silverware, dishes, towels and laundry soap. The power went out for 36 hours due to hurricane winds. The emergency flashlight and candles didn’t work. So that was a bummer. Despite these few things, the condo was comfortable and met our needs.

Fantastic!

Location was perfect! You can swim with turtles right outside, there are tidepools, bbq pits and a couple of swimming pools! Close to Lahaina and many different beaches with snorkeling! The view from the lanai was astonishing! I would stay again!

Beautiful condo in Napili

We absolutely loved this condo. The views were amazing, and the sea turtles and snorkeling was fun. The swimming beach with sand is nearby. The property managers were very attentive when we were battling ants in the bathroom.

Excellent stay- better than advertised

Wonderful condo overlooking bay where you can snorkel with turtles and short walking distance to fabulous beach for families. Second visit to this condo comples in 9 years because our seniors in high school twin girls wanted to come here again. Besides view, mattresses on beds were fantastic being somewhat firm but also soft. Also, have outdoor sunscreen to help with late afternoon sun on outdoor balcony which was a plus.

Beautiful views!

The views were incredible! The property is well kept and we had no issues. While the unit is a bit older, the pictures are accurate. My favorite was the incredible snorkeling we were able to do right outside the condo! Tons of turtles!! We would definitely book again for another stay in Maui.

Was a very nice, clean unit with beautiful views & nice furniture. Only negatives were an obscured view as the door glass in the unit was bad but an easy fix. The pools are not heated unfortunately. Would definitely stay here again if available.

Condo in Napili

Beautiful location with great view and walking/hiking trails close by. Condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Living room sofa, chair and decorative pillows could be cleaned. Nice breezes and the fans and ACs kept the condo cool and comfortable. Tinted film on the slider was peeling off and view was comprised as a result. Beds were comfy.

Beautiful view. Upstairs very musty A/C leaking down the wall onto carpet.Downstairs bed Very Uncomfortable dips in the middle of mattress. Also A/C running down the walls dripping on the floor. Unit was not that clean. Dryer blows into the entry lint all over even after we cleaned the vent.

Napili Point C40

Unit is very nice. Carpet and bedroom furniture dated, but overall very nice. Location Great. Price reasonable. AC had issues but it was taken care of after 4 days. Compensated with late check out which was very nice. Unfortunately even after late late check out was arranged we were locked out of unit mid-day. Was able to resolve within 45 minutes but was still stressful as all of our belongings, including cell phone were still in unit.Would reccommend and would absolutelly return! Mahalo

Outside property well maintained. Great water view from balcony. Unit was comfortable for family of 4. Unit needs some detail work/upkeep. Some kitchen cabinets are loose. Bathroom fans super loud. Master bathroom door not completely repainted. Clothes washer/dryer loud.

Amazing!!!

We absolutely loved our stay and our condo! The view was amazing! We stayed from Feb 17-27. Saw tons of whales every single day. And turtles. Spent alot of time at Kapulua beach right next door, walking distance away. Had a chance to eat at Gazebos and Kitchen 5315 right next door. The hide-a-bed mattress in the couch was not the best. My teen ended up having to put the cushions of the couch on top of the mattress to sleep on. We debated on buying a blow up air mattress as any adult would not have been able to handle that mattress. Overall, loved our location and our stay!
