The property was a nice fit for two people. The door pad was easy to work but the door does stick a bit. Good access to a major road. There are crowing rosters around the area. I recommend using the parking permit to park next door, using the gate. Our inter-island was canceled due to Lala and management made staying an extra night smooth.

Absolutely — here’s a version comfortably under 1,500 characters:We very much enjoyed our stay and felt the unit was a great value for the money!The unit was overall as described. We noticed the pull-out couch off the living room has been replaced with an actual bed, which we considered a plus, though it is different from the listing photos.The unit was generally clean but could benefit from a deeper clean, particularly along some baseboards and lower-traffic areas. A few small maintenance items could also use attention, including the sticky entrance door, missing refrigerator handle, and kitchen faucet that wouldn’t swivel. Nothing we couldn’t work around, but details I appreciate as a guest.We had a toddler and found the unit very toddler-friendly. Our biggest challenge was road noise and the building orientation not allowing for much beach breeze. We ran the A/C the entire stay, and while it helped, it struggled to cool the whole unit. An additional portable A/C in the main bedroom or bathroom area would be a great improvement, especially at night.Overall, we were very pleased! The property was well maintained, the pools were clean and nice, and we would happily stay again!

Great spot, close to airport and activities

We enjoyed our stay here. It has some shops and restaurants across the street which was convenient. The beach was at the rear of the property. Pretty central location for a drive to north/south coast.

Lovely apartment which was well equipped. On a beach which was great for viewing the sunrise. Close enough to Kapa'a town to be able to walk. All in all, a great place which was value foe miney

Family stay

We husband and I stayed here with his sister and her family. It was in a great location. Very clean and check in and out was simple. Definitely recommend this property.

Anniversary Celebration

The location is excellent. The people of Kauai are the most hospitable people in our country! We came to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, and totally enjoyed our time.

Great place and best location

Exploring Kawai from here is great as it is easy to go North and South. This particular place is also walking distance to grocery and other shops as well as some restaurants. Splendid!

Great room, great location

The ocean is literally outside your window. Room was excellent Bed was comfortable, refrigerator roomy, and the view was spectacular. Great value and helpful, friendly, staff. Plan to stay again.

Very nice place. Great area. There was no ac so a little warm but they did have fans that helped some. The couch pullout bed was not so comfortable and every time my husband moved in the night it woke me up cuz the bed was nosy. But really is was a plesant little place and enjoyed our stay.

The location was extremely convenient. Coffee, shopping and restaurants all were very close. Most of which you could walk to. You can see the sunrise from the balcony which waa awesome. No complaints at all! When I needed to communicate with the property they were extremely responsive. I only had to contact them to ask a couple of things but both times they responded within the hour. We were definitely stay here again. Looking to plan a trip with our kids next year and will be looking at this property for sure.

Decent but needs improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility was average, and it was missing instructions on how to use the coffee maker, the dishwasher, and some other minor things that would have made it more plain and clear. The parking under the trees was impossible, as the dirt on the windows had to be washed every day. We had to buy window cleaner and extra paper towels. The noise from the street was loud in this unit. The noise from the people clomping around upstairs was loud, and I had to go knock on their door to let them know, which helped just a little.

Ohana time

I’ve stayed at this property before. It has all basic necessities as a home. Full kitchen, living space 2 bedrooms. There’s a pool. Home is stocked up. No ac but if you open windows the natural breeze is all you need.
