Trip for our Mother Ocean Aunt Kathy

We as a family wanted to take our elderly Aunt to the beach. We as a family have gone for 20 plus years and with some of her health issues she hasn’t been able to go. So we picked this home and boy did it knock it out of the park. My aunt had a blast riding go carts, waking up every day to the bay. She even got down to the beach.

Our stay here was amazing… the home was perfect for us, we had 8 family members and it worked out perfect. Just one suggestion for the owners we did have one handicap older person with us and he did fine but really needs crab bars in the one shower. The 2 golf carts were the icing on the cake….. we went all over the area with them, to the beach,pool, and the paradise grill and the ice cream was delicious.We will certainly be back. Our new vacation spot. Debbie was awesome

The staff are always available, genuinely friendly and accommodating. This year we made a special request for a door lock to be placed up high for safety concerns of our grandchildren, 1 with autism and Pot Nets did not disappoint, it doesn't hurt to ask. We are ready to book for next year!!!

We had a beautiful stay! It was our first time to the Delaware coast. The house was very clean, well-stocked, and having a full bathroom for each room made things so easy for us. The two golf carts were the highlight of the trip, so that our group could split up and do different things during the day and get around PotNets easily (the community is HUGE). The location of this house in the community can't be beat, the large front and back decks both have beautiful marina views, and it is in a low-traffic area of the community so our kids could safely ride their bikes around the small block. There is not a lot to do in the immediate area other than Paradise Grill (which gets crowded/rowdy on weekends!), so you should be content with going to the pool, the small beach on the bay, or just relaxing at the house.The only negative I can possibly think of is that I think the house was constructed rather quickly, as some of the hardware was not fastened into the wall securely and was falling out every time we used them - towel hooks, curtain rods, ceiling fan remote holders, etc. Overall, a great house, with great amenities, and a perfect location in a quiet community.

Crumbs and something sticky on the dining table as well as the coffee table in the living room. Large dust balls with pet hair on the floor. Window sills filthy. Large smug marks from pets on the glass doors. The refrigerator was dirty inside and needed to be cleaned before we could move in.

The kids went out to Ocean City, all the beaches etc. We were Close to everything and we also had tons to do on property. House was gorgeous and fit every need we had. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. We love the house and area. Great place2. Floors were dirty ,2 of the bathrooms , kitchen sink wasn’t clean dirty as well3. The stove had burners that were not set up properly. With propane if the burners not set up correctly a carbon mixture appears could be Dangerous, ruined a pot of ours4. Disappointed in barbecue grill very dirty5. Furniture in the living room was great6. The bedroom with the 4 small twin beds were not the best. Our suggestion is put 2 queen beds and a Bunkbed in that room instead of 4 small twin beds7. I would appreciate a refund on the cleaning if possible. - I only mention these items because I know the owners would want to know so thing can be corrected. Because if I owned a great place like this I would want make the stay for my clients perfect. 8. If the above items were corrected ,we would book again. 9. This property is terrific, we had a great time. The decks on the water were so nice and relaxingPlease call me if you have any questions.
