We were very pleased with this resort. It was clean and well kept. We were there less than a week after the hurricane and the worst thing we found was sand that had washed up on the boardwalk (no big deal since we were going out on the beach and sand anyway). We had one little issue with the tub not draining like it should 'but was able to get in touch with the owner and got the problem resolved. We will be happy to revisit this resort.

Very happy with both the unit as well as the location. It is beautifully decorated and very well kept up and clean. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Thomas was very communicative and accommodating. Check in was easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Unfortunately we had to leave early ahead of Hurricane Isaias. We will definitely be returning!

Beach is beautiful. Condo lovely. Grounds could be picked up. Discarded toys and chairs left by other guests are a bit unsightly. Otherwise a perfect week at the beach!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in 30A! The condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything the area has to offer.The condo was exactly as described, well maintained, and felt like home from the moment we arrived. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and everything was very organized. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in 30A!

This is a wonderful place. Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. We made all meals but 2 in the condo and had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. The view is amazing and we had perfect weather during our entire stay. We would definitely book this place again. Thomas was an excellent host!

This was a wonderful condo with an amazing beach front balcony view and good decor/amenities. The beach access was private and extremely close proximately-wise. Having chair/umbrella service was definitely a plus! The only suggestion we would have is better/more towels and cleaning the washing machine. We would certainly stay here again!

Property was very nice. We have stayed at this property before and again enjoyed every minute. One this which could have been better. Maybe a deck washing. Not terrible but could use a spruce up. The hosts are quick to respond and property was ready on time. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

We love staying at The Commodores Retreat. Great beach view right off the balcony! We have stayed in this unit a couple of times and its very comfortable and clean. Convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. Thomas is a great host and communicates well. Highly recommended!

We had a great time our recent stay. The view was beautiful and the condo was exactly as explained in the description. The weather didn't always cooperate, but even though it was cold at times, the beautiful view made up for it! Highly recommend this place!

The view of the ocean and the lake was very beautiful. There was an issue with an internet outage and the condo's garbage bin being too full (because of construction being done on other condos in the complex), but the owner / property manager was fantastic about responding to our calls about those issues. Great location and lots of fun!

Beach 2026The condo, the amenities, and the host all lived up to and even exceeded expectations given by previous guests who had given an overall rating of 10. I'd like to add our 10 to those previous ratingsThe condo was clean, well organized, and very comfortable. The balcony chairs, and high top table were first rate. The beautiful view of the beach and the Gulf was unimpeded. The walk down to the beach was very short and every day an umbrella and two chairs awaited us. A bonus was the close proximity of restaurants and most importantly the donut shop! The owner was quick to reply to my inquiries and always helpful in the replies. I hope we'll be able to return.

Once again Thomas and Melissa were great hosts and we had a wonderful vacation! Water views, sandy beach and relaxation - what more could you want! Feel like there were a few upgrades to the unit since our least stay and it was a nice surprise.
