Lovely apartment. Getting luggage up to apartment a challenge for older adults. The location near highway was a bit noisy at night.

This property is easy to find and close to the interstate. it was perfect for a friend reunion...close to downtown and any restaurants/entertainment we needed. Check in and check out was easy! I'd definitely recommend!

Bankhead adventure

Place was great. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. I would replace the glass half wall in the master shower with a shower curtain if it were mine. No matter what we did, the bathroom floor and mat got soaked every time we showered. We had to wipe up with a towel. Maybe add a step stool in the kitchen for short people. In all , we loved it.

Great Mountain Weekend

Had a great experience at this property. Came for President's Day weekend. It was clean, modern, and had everything you'd need for a relaxing weekend away in Asheville. Quick Ubers to Downtown. Enjoyed a coffee spot nearby called The Dripolator. Also would recommend checking out White Duck Taco. For the location and price you can't beat this rental :)

Adorable but noisy beyond belief

The interior is adorable. Truly as cute as pics show! However there are a few things to address. 1- no hangers present in any closets. Small thing but annoying. We had to drape our clothes over the racks. 2- 3 towels present in our bathroom made for 2 adults for 3 nights/ 4 day trip. That’s a little shabby. Quality was good tho of the small amt of towels present. 3- hole in wall where hand towel holder was ripped off and never patched or replaced. A few light bulbs missing or out. Mostly tiny cosmetic things but they need fixing. Also one mattress sleeps like you’re in a taco. 4- the AC is either faulty or inadequate for the space. We cut it to 67 (cold) and still sweated all night. This isn’t one adult saying it’s hot, the entire group was hot. Not helping was the lack of ceiling fans in the bedrooms. 5- last but for sure not least. The road noise is unreal. It sounds like you’re sleeping in the highway. There are no curtains in the road side bedroom, so in addition to the worst road noise, you also get AWFUL headlights for every car that passes. I had read the reviews and brought a sound machine, but I’m telling you- it was SO difficult to sleep. I think a few quick changes could be made to help offset some of these cosmetic things- because truly the condo is adorable… but unless they fix the road noise, it would be difficult for me to recommend this stay.

So very nice!

Still smells new and is nicely decorated. Excellent parking situation. Only negative is there is significant traffic noise, didn’t bother us, but, if you are a light sleeper, it might be an issue.

Two friends on a long weekend

Super nice 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths. Very clean. Host was easily accessible. Comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay. Great value for the money! Recommend.

A beautifully furnished, new condo that is close to Asheville. Melody (our host) was very easy to deal with and quick to reply to any questions. We had a great experience and hope to stay here again!

Exactly what everyone else said. The house itself is great. The street it’s on is weird. Not sure why people enjoy speeding down it. Personally, it wouldn’t prevent me from booking again.

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable

Apartment was located on the second floor of a mixed use building on main highway. Space was nicely decorated and spotless. Beds were comfortable. Full kitchen has nice appliances. Traffic noise was occasionally an issue. Access to the interstate towards downtown and Biltmore was easy and was a fairly short drive. Asheville is a great area and downtown was great. Lots of walking up and down hills, great food and shopping.

Perfect size and space for 2 couples

This was a clean and lovely apartment. A little tricky to find but it was very nice for what we needed. We loved our stay. Comfortable and easy access to wherever we needed to go. Great place for a small group.

Great location

The apartment was exactly as presented in the pictures. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, felt very new, had all the amenities listed and was ready for us. The location was great. Easy access to Biltmore and Asheville and close to restaurants. If I am in the area again, I would definitely be happy to stay there.

Beautiful place, just a little noisy

This condo looks brand new, everything is so fresh and clean. Plenty of room and most amenities you'd need (except hairdryer). The location is on a main drag, so it's pretty loud during the day. However, the traffic and noise calmed down at night, so it wasn't as big of a deal as we thought it would be. Owner is super responsive and helpful. Easy drive into downtown Asheville and hiking areas outside town. There's also a cute little bakery within a 2-minute walk.

Ashville Stay

I stayed here with my husband and another couple. It's beautiful and clean on the inside. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms and not the other which wasn't an issue for us. I know some people like to sleep with a TV. Also, there's no fans in the bedrooms. There is some noise from the road outside you can hear in the front bedroom. It was decorated beautifully and I was very pleased with how clean it was throughout. Location is about 10 minute uber from anywhere in downtown ashville. No problems with parking. Overall it was a great stay.

Girls trip

Went on a short weekend girls trip to Asheville, NC. This apartment was immaculate! Such a cute, clean place in a great location! As with other reviews there is some road noise but nothing a sound machine can’t help block out. Melody was a great host & answered promptly if I had questions. Would definitely recommend this place for the price & cleanliness ♥️

Great Location!

After reading the other reviews - Yes, it is noisy. But what do you expect? You’re on a major highway. I personally enjoyed it because it means you are close to everything (Food Lion, CVS, Starbucks,) and it’s a 10 minute drive to downtown Asheville! There’s also a teeny bakery (Whisk) that you could walk to that makes amazing pastries! Apartment was clean, Host was very responsive, and it was very inexpensive! Would stay again!

Five Star Apartment - unfortunately super loud street noise

Apartment is beautiful and nicely furnished. All appliances were top of the line. Building itself is new. Parking is right in front of entrance door. Two flights of stairs up to entrance of apartment. Our family fell in love with how nice the apartment was when we walked in the door for the first time. We had a small issue with air conditioning. It was warm while we were in Asheville and the unit could not cool the apartment below 73-75 degrees. Master bedroom stayed warm due to location of windows and no fan. That by itself was not horrible the biggest issue we had was street noise. This apartments sits on a heavily traveled highway right next to train tracks. Most nights we were unable to sleep or were constantly awakened by semi-trucks, loud motorcycles, trains blaring their horns and street racing after midnight. It was so disappointing. We ended up heading home early and not staying the last night. My suggestion would be ear plugs for guests and a very loud sound machine for each bedroom. The street noise is not bad in the living room but, the bedrooms it is just not bearable. We gave this 4 stars as we felt the issues we have may be fixable. Owner was having the air conditioning looked at and I hope will consider some sound proofing for the bedrooms. Definitely has the ability to be a five star rental.

Checked All The Boxes!

Overall, it was a beautiful Unit, very well decorated and exceptionally clean! Just needed a small stool to get into the beds! Very high for elderly folks! Two other items that might be added: 1) Coffee Table to set drinks on while watching TV; and 2) a Toaster. Otherwise, this Unit was well worth the price! My Sister loved the Couch Pillows and the Owner was very accommodating with information on how to purchase them! You will love this Unit!!!

Very New, but Loud

The unit was so nice and new. It was beautifully equipped with high end appliances and fixtures. The beds and sofa were extremely comfortable. An unfortunate aspect of the unit is that it sets feet from a noisy highway. The windows are not sound-proofed which was surprising. The location is convenient to all the activities found in Asheville. We enjoyed our stay very much.
