Great time at Game House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 14 with 6 little boys enjoyed the Game House. Plenty of room, clean, comfortable and nice place to stay. If we had any problems, they got back to us promptly. Garbage was picked up twice during our 10 day stay which was nice as we made a lot! Lake and pool just a short ride away and had good food in Roslyn. I would recommend this house!

EXCELLENT Family Vacation Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful! Perfect house for kids, a large Family, lots of nooks and space to be together OR separate! GREAT game room (best part!), stocked house, clean sheets, good beds, Beautiful! Only negative things would be a better coffee pot, wish I knew Keurig I would have brought pods, also an awning outside would have been nice as most of our trip it was raining and we got rained on outside trying to enjoy it, but in the end it didn't matter. Also dryer wasn't efficient, takes too long to dry clothes. Other than those parts, we had a wonderful Family Vacation for my Mother's Birthday! We Hope to come back!

New Years Get Away

House worked out perfect for our family of 11. Everything was as expected. House was clean, TV's worked great with You Tube (Football) Propane tanks were full on the outdoor burn pit, bbq. Game room was a hit for the kids as the snow amount was minimal. We would book this again.

Good family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good family getaway to this home, the game room and hot tub were great. We wish we would have brought bikes for our kids. There’s a lot of area for them to ride bikes. We weren’t able to use the nearby pool because the weather wasn’t good, but we did go check it out and it looked very nice. Overall no major complaints. Other than I will say the house wasn’t overly stocked in comparison to some other rentals I’ve stayed at in the past.

Clean and Roomy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this is an awesome vacation rental. We had 8 adults and a few babies and there was plenty of room for all of us. The place was also very clean and comfortable for the most part. The only complaint we had was that the "sleeper sofa" in the den, was actually just a sofa bed. It may not seem like a big difference, but we were expecting a mattress to come out of the couch, but instead the couch just laid flat to create a bed. It was super hard and uncomfortable, so our friends opted to stay at a hotel instead for the second and third night we were there. Other than that, it was a great rental. I would definitely stay again, but pack an air mattress for the den.

Beds were also comfortable if you like it slightly on the firm side. There was plenty of room to accommodate 6 adults and 6 kids. Lots of entertainment for everyone with large yard, hiking trails, board games, and a large two car garage that was converted into a massive game/entertainment area. Kept the kids off of their electronic devices. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

Great location for a winter weekend with friends!

We had a wonderful time here on a low key weekend with friends. Our families got to play in the snow, play pop a shot, use the hot tub, and bbq in the rain/snow. The rooms were great and the space to spread out was perfect. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, they had additional sleds for us, and other nice touches. Would totally recommend a stay here. Only quirk is the garage is detached so you have to walk outside to get to it, and the key code to the garage was wrong. However, I texted the hosts/vacation rental agency and it was resolved within 20 minutes. So communication was also very quick!

Family weekend getaway

Needed a nice little weekend getaway with the family and kiddos. This was the perfect place for that. The garage had games to keep us occupied although in the winter time it's freezing in there but ya bundle up and you're good to go. The house is lovey and to make it even better the property manager is amazing! Very responsive and made sure throughout the weekend everything was running smoothly for us.

Woodhaven was a wonderful house for our multiple family vacation. Plenty of space for all and yet still get connected. We made big use of the garage converted game room, the only “bad” pet was during the summer it was super hot in there with only the garage doors opened as ventilation other than that we loved being in the game room. The house we stocked with everything we needed and more. The huge dinning table and outdoor seating (lounge and outdoor dining) was a hit. The hosts were super friendly and very willing to help with anything we needed, quick response and made us feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to next summer!

There is plenty of room for more than one family to stay. The game room is very fun and can occupy tots to teens while parents join in or relax on the large deck in the back. This is a quite neighborhood and is only 5 minutes to Ronald and 14 minutes to Roslyn and/or Suncadia. The staff handling the rental were so friendly and communication was clear and response immediate.

Great rental in great location!

Our family loved staying at this property and the kids and adults all loved the game room. The property has nice touches and feels fresh and new. It was the perfect place to rent for a weekend of family fun and in a great location.
