Golf Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was such a great location for our group golfing trip, both Suncadia golf courses were very close and made out commute back and forth easy. The property provided us with optimal room for our large group and had an amazing game room plus other great entertainment options.

The house worked well for our family--nice size and bedrooms with ensuite baths were great. Nice to have the garage toys for the kids during downtime. Kitchen pots and pans were worn making cooking a challenge. Overall a nice place-thanks.

Perfect family retreat

Our family group of 13 loved this house and location. Our weekend was not sunny nor warm, but the house made for an ideal relaxing stay. The kids were entertained with the game room and the TVs in each bedroom! We also used the bicycles to ride to the park. Having the bike wagons available for our two little people made it easy to take the whole gang.

Family weekend

We had 4 families with young kids staying and the house was perfect. Plenty of toys for the kids, great location to the park, and the patio with the fire pit was great!

Birthday Weekend

We had a great weekend celebrating my husband’s birthday with our family! The house was very spacious and the game room was a hit. Very clean, great location! We will be back for sure!

Great family vacation spot

Lots of room for our family of 12. Kids loved ping pong and pop-a-shot. Kitchen and living room are great. Master suites very nice as well. Would stay here again.

Fantastic experience at a beautiful home

We were very pleased with this property and would recommend anyone to stay there. Already talking about planning our next trip there and bringing the kids. Tons to do at the house for kids and adults. Also had a great golfing experience

Great place. Tons of beds. Very kid friendly. Only thing: they ask that you do laundry before leaving but did leave detergent.

Family get away

Lovely property, well suited for our group of 5 adults and 4 children 6 and under. We especially loved the bicycles! Even tho our visit was short (3 days, 2 nites) we maxed the bikes, played some golf, swam at the pool and generally put up our feet and relaxed!

Great getaway!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. Epic games of basketball, foosball and ping-pong across all of the generations. Fire pit, hot tub and comfortable & functional furniture all made making memories so enjoyable. Suncadia is so peaceful and serene… adventures in the snow was an extra bonus! We will be back to enjoy this amazing property!!!

Beautiful comfortable home! We had sunny weather and a spring snow. Long walks, relaxing evenings, visit to Swiftwater wine tasting, sonos music, system in house, and good friends. Evolve contains number for keyless entry...not found on Vrbo where I booked.

2 nights stay with friends and family

We really liked our stay, lots of activities to do for all age folks. In garage there is ping pong table, kids basketball, bicycle, kids cars, foos balls, golf kits etc. Kids bicycles were a bit broken, like broken paddle, kids scooter was broken etc, but those are minor things which can be fixed. We enjoyed hot tub, grilling, card games, fireplace. We had something or other to do for whole of our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful property. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. The location was perfect for someone wanting a peaceful place to relax, but close enough to the Suncadia amenities. We enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fire watching the golfers and wildlife. Our only glitch was the heat wasn't working our first full day. Luckily the maintenance man once he arrived was able to fix the problem quickly. We would definitely rent this house again with this company.

Stinky Bathrooms

The location was great but the house has not been well maintained. There was foul smell in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. The dishwasher had a heavy residue leftover and foul smell. The utensils were not clean

Not quite as advertised

First off let me say the house is very nice. Basically new, well equipped kitchen, great outdoor fireplace. The issue we have with the house is the bedrooms. This is not really a 5 bedroom house. The "queen guestroom" downstairs is really a TV room with a pull out sleeper sofa. Maybe not an issue with small children, but we had our annual office party with 9 adults in attendance. Imagine my surprise having to explain to my assistant she gets a sleeper sofa for a "bedroom". And the sofa mattress is so soft she could feel the frame all night. I would have rented a different home, and will next year.

Carpets were dirty, beds were old, Wi-Fi was so painfully slow and no cable TV. Didn’t feel like I got my moneys worth. Bare-bones operation!!!
