Luxury is what you get with this remodeled, well amended 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo located on the amazing Biltmore golf course. The updated kitchen features , stainless appliances, microwave, dishwasher and granite counter tops. The fully stocked cupboards to prepare and serve a delicious meal. The living/dining room furnished with all new furniture/ 65 inch T.V. which opens up to an outdoor patio with a brand new BBQ. The master on suite includes a premium king size bed and a 65 inch smart T.V. Your spacious bathroom has LED mirrors, double sink, a large walk-in shower. There's plenty of room in the walk-in closet. You will enjoy a private balcony to sip your morning coffee.
The second bedroom also has a premium queen size bed with a beautiful bathroom with a large LED mirror and a walk in shower, which is only
steps from the bedroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, plush towels, etc.
The gated community pool, spa, tennis courts and a dog park are just a stone throw away.
The location is central to everything ! You can walk to the Arizona Biltmore Hotel, enjoy a day at the spa or a wonderful dinner. The Biltmore Fashion

Phoenix wedding

Came to Phoenix for one of our best friend’s wedding. They live in the same complex, so location was excellent. The condo was very nicely decorated and extremely clean. Although we didn’t really cook, the kitchen was well appointed. Checking in and out was very easy as was the communication with the owner. Will definitely stay again when we visit our friends next time.

We had a great time. The house was fantastic. We were able to golf the course a couple of times. It was close to the things we wanted to do and we would stay here again.

Outstanding stay for our quick trip!

This is a beautiful and very clean home! It suited our needs for a very short weekend trip to Phoenix! The home is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and throughout a home. A lovely view of the golf course and mountains and a very safe, gated community! Would definitely consider staying here again and appreciate the hosts quick response to my questions! Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

Townhome was clean, well appointed and a great location. Enjoyed walking to the Biltmore Resort for drinks and meals. Checkin went smoothly and owner was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Wonderful accommodations

First time staying at this location and it did not disappoint. Refreshing to walk into a vacation rental and not having to worry about the basics (paper towels, dishsoap, hand soap, toilet paper etc). Host thought of everything and provided all the details we needed. Home was super clean and cozy. Loved the quietness of the area. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a relaxing getaway.

Great place for R and R.

Clean, updated and a pretty quiet area. Friendly community and very safe. The area has great restaurants and shopping, some of the best I have experienced. I would recommend this place highly.

Wonderful!

Lovely, clean, beautiful condo in a quiet and nice gated complex. Kitchen has everything you need; bedrooms comfy bathrooms very clean. Everything was perfect and a big thanks to Michele for making our stay so nice a second year in row.

Beautiful getaway

Well-appointed home in a lovely neighborhood. Owner was very responsive and helpful to us as we experienced a couple travel-related issues independent of the lodging. This home was the best part of our trip!

Highly recommend. Property as pictured. Great floor plan - 2 bedrooms annd 2 full baths on second floor. Powder room on first floor. Proprerty was clean, well maintained. No bugs,no moldy smell,etc. Furniture, towels and bedding all in great condition. Kitchen well equipped .. we made most of our meals. Plan is gated, safe, and has pool, tennis/pickleball courts. Walking distance to biltmore and canal walking path. Close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, golf. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Travelled to Scottsdale with my 2 daughters. This condo was perfect! The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is fully stocked and everything is spotless. Our favorite spot was the back patio looking over the golf course. So beautiful! Our host, Michele, was very thoughtful and had excellent communication with us. I highly recommend this property. Great location!

Restful and Close to eveythibg

Five minutes from Piestewa Peak and a short walk to the Waldorf Astoria. Our weather prevented us from using the pool a lot but it’s just across the street and has beautiful palm trees surrounding it as well as a tennis court. Clean condo with nice view of the golf course.
