The open living area features all-new furnishings and a Smart Amazon Fire Tv, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Step onto the private balcony and take in stunning views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and the 9th hole of The Links Golf Course — the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with upgraded stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a spacious dining area with seating for six plus bar seating for two.

The master suite offers a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice and enjoyable. Love staying in Sandestin. The amenities kept us busy but riding back on Juju and Hoop (golf cart) to the condo to relax for the night was just as nice.

A week in paradise

Had a great stay at Sandestin players club. My family and I had a great week at #20 players club, a very beautiful and secluded location. The golf cart was super convenient, no need to use your car. ☺️ We had a minor issue that was quickly resolved. Overall very happy with our stay.

Great location

The view of the bay is gorgeous. The pool is a short and easy walk. Having the golf cart was amazing, made it easy to visit Baytown and the beach.

Only thing wrong

I was surprised that the closet ceiling was not fixed. We Had to put our clothing somewhere else because we were afraid Our clothes would be Musty smelling. I saw when I rented That they were fixing it, but I thought it would be completed by the time we got there

Awesome view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view and nice golf cart. The unit was very functional for our stay. Great for a couple.A few odd things..... beds had sheets but no comforter/coverings as those were in the closets. For the cleaning fee price would have expected a bit cleaner as bathroom floor wasn’t clean and range top wasn’t thoroughly clean but no big deal at all.Also, sandestin registration on golf cart was out of date and got a warning from security but was assured the owners would take care of that as a grace period on registration had just expired. Overall, a very nice area and we would love to stay here again.

Great experience. Property was as described. View is awesome. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly. Parking was limited due to some repair work being done to the building, but wasn’t terribly inconvenient.

Last minute Getaway

Booked room for a last minute vacation. Room has a good view, is quiet and is clean. Golf cart was very handy to access the beach/stores/restaurants. Beach property accommodates many rental units and was very crowded,, so it’s fine if you like large gatherings.. The pool however seems to be seldomly utilized and had it to ourselves most of the time.. there is only one designated parking spot for the unit and its for the golf cart. You may have to park near the pool if no open parking is available. The full time residents are polite but we had the feeling we were constantly being spied on when on the balcony or on the grounds around the condo. It’s evident by comments they were very interested in out activities..

Wonderful Unit, unwelcoming neighbors.

First, the unit was great. The check in was easy and it was as advertised. The Players Club complex is mostly full time residents and from our experience, are not fond of renters. One lady started asking a million questions of us upon arrival stating several time that the complex was mostly “full time resident” and these full time residents “had priority” over thing like common grounds, etc. Most of her language was pretty condescending. We also saw several “eye rolls” as our kids were simply playing tag in the open lawn about 5:30 in the evening, not being disruptive at all. I also realized that when booking through VRBO, you don’t get an access card to the gym which is like 200 yards away. I was rudely made aware of that by the gym attendant when trying to go to the sauna after a nice run around the resort. We’ve been coming to Sandestin for over 12 years and this by far the least pleasant experience at the resort. Again unit is “as advertised” and “easy to book and access”. It has a spectacular view. I’d just hate another family to go and feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as we did.

Private location with nice view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Sandestin resort since 2012 , love every bit of it. Golf cart help us to get an easy access to all pool areas and go to the beach. We love Bay Area better so room view was fantastic for us. Condo has all necessary items you need including washer and dryer so after the long day on the beach we throw all sanded clothing in the washer and early in the morning ready to rock again!

Fun trip, nice condo

We really enjoyed staying here, plenty of room for 4, with two bathrooms and nice kitchen. Would have enjoyed just a big more space on the balcony, the bar height stools kinda makes space tight. I would suggest taking out some of the mirrors on the walls, it was weird to always see our reflections. I think the return vent filter needs cleaned too. It was comfortable though and we would stay here again.

Loved our stay at 20 Players Club. Gave a 4/5 total and 3/5 on cleanliness because the tile floor left black on bottom of feet and master bath was a little dirty. Loved the location, the residents and view. Would def stay again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Refrigerated routinely "clanked". The living /dining room had 14 chairs,( nicknamed "House of Chairs"), so overstuffed with furniture from other home. HVAC System outdated and noisy. On entrance to building water leaks in courtyard. Parking was sometimes not available. All bathrooms need to be redone.

Amazing View of the Bay!

The property is amazing! It was quiet and the staff we came across was kind and accommodating. The condo was spacious and comfortable and the view from the condo is gorgeous. There was one negative finding of mold at the bottom of the bay window, and floor boards of the master bedroom that needs to be removed and cleaned. Other than that the condo was wonderful.

Amazing Service!

I highly recommend using Phyllis with Destin memories! Phyllis provided us with a great condo, helped us navigate around the resort and gave us outstanding places to eat. She was always available to answer questions and made everything smooth! Outstanding service!!!!!
