"Relaxant et haut de gamme avec vue imprenable simplement" décrit parfaitement ce lieu de vacances récemment rénové! Situé à Harbour Point, Sandestin, cette propriété offre une vue imprenable sur la baie et Choctawhatchee Le Links Golf Course. Vous aurez tout cela - la baie, le golf, la plage, et une superbe piscine! Pas besoin de chercher plus loin et vous pouvez obtenir autour de la station sur votre propre 4 siège de golf.

Nouvellement décoré avec des meubles chics dans le style de la Floride côtière avec de nouveaux planchers de bois et de tuiles, cette propriété est spacieuse et confortable pour quatre à six personnes. La chambre familiale offre une disposition des sièges, grande télévision à écran plat et des portes coulissantes en verre à la terrasse extérieure. Juste un siège à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur et profiter du soleil et la beauté naturelle de Sandestin!

Notre cuisine spacieuse est entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour préparer des repas pour vos invités avec facilité. Grand espace de comptoir sur les comptoirs de granit. Il y a une salle à manger avec des sièges pour quatre personnes et un bar supplémentaire des sièges pour deux. Pour l'expert de barbecue dans le groupe, il y a un barbecue et meubles de jardin sur le pont. Notre chambre principale joliment aménagée permet d'accéder à une plate-forme extérieure plus faible, et dispose d'un grand lit avec des draps de luxe, une télévision à écran plat et d'un grand placard. La salle de bains principale attenante offre une grande douche. Notre chambre d'hôtes est meublée avec deux lits jumeaux, une télévision à écran plat, et un placard invité. Il y a une salle de bain invité complète avec baignoire et douche.

Promenez-vous à la piscine de quartier piscine quelques yards de distance, ou passer une journée à la plage. Marchez jusqu'à la rive de la baie et profiter d'une vue de coucher de soleil magnifique. Toutes les commodités de Sandestin Resort sont situés à une courte promenade, un tour rapide de la bicyclette ou en voiture quelques minutes. Beauty inside and out

I loved tis unit it had the view of the marina I wanted. The unit was clean nicely done on the inside. It was all I could have wanted. Would stay here again. Great place.

Very nice property

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. As an end unit, it was more quiet than most with a beautiful view! The golf cart was very nice, although it wouldn’t charge. We would recommend this property to others for sure.

Beautiful and perfect for small family

It's obvious that a lot of care was put into this property. Decor and views were absolutely perfect and our stay really reaffirmed how much we truly love sandestin. The only reasons I'm giving four instead of five stars is because it's an upstairs unit, the beds were not very comfortable, and the list of toiletries/amenities (I.e. Toilet paper) the guest is expected to bring was a little extreme. Overall, we'd definitely stay again.

Great place!

We loved this condo! There was plenty of room for our children and the golf cart is a plus! Seriously, I could not imagine getting around the resort without a golf cart. It was so convenient!! We drove the golf cart to the beach, the grocery store, and several restaurants. Overall, this condo was great, and very clean. I would recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was very pleasant. The condo was beautifully decorated, kitchen had everything needed to cook a great meal. Views were also very pretty from this unit and the deck. It was conveniently located steps from the pool. The Golf cart was a great addition, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It made getting around the resort very easy. On the down side the bathrooms were very outdated, but functional. There were also a few places where the trim was pulling away from the corners and a hole in the wall next to the toilet.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed the property. The location was very convenient, and the setting was beautiful. It was great having water and marina views. The golf cart was fun and convenient. The only downside to the property was the showers needed updating. A glass door would have been nice, along with updated faucet handles. The one in the master bath was hard to turn on. Also, the carpeting wasn’t awful but could use an update. Lastly, this might sound petty but posed a problem a couple of times...there were no baking sheets. We needed one on two occasions and couldn’t find one anywhere. These are all just friendly suggestions. We all really loved staying there and would stay again! It was a very comfortable and fun place to stay!

Simply Beautiful

My family and I came down for a wedding. I booked another Russell Vacation Rental condo, however, there was an issue with double booking so the manager contacted me to make arrangements for another unit. That was perfectly fine with me. She was very apologetic and accommodating. This unit was great! It really does look exactly like the pictures and the golf cart was a great touch! The view from the condo was delightful. There were a few things I would say weren't the best...1) I killed three roaches in the condo, it's necessary to spray well before having people book rentals. 2) My aunt and I are germaphoes, so we spray Lysol and whip down everything! I found several strands of blonde hair in the bed! That really does freak me out, because I always wonder if they've cleaned the linen well, and 3) It's so disappointing hotels and rentals have check-ins and check-outs so late and early, respectively. We pay hundreds of dollars to stay places and don't get full days. That's unfortunate. In all, we loved the condo, the golf cart, and resort as a whole. We'll definitely come back for a family vacation.

From the golf cart, stunning bay views, fully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, to the new coastal decor- this property is certainly setup to provide an exceptional guest experience on all levels. The Harbour Point community is situated on the Choctawhatchee Bay which hosts a wealth of wild life from birds, turtles, fish, dolphins and more. With that type of environment also comes bugs. We are sorry to hear that a few made it into the property while you were here. These are Palmetto bugs which are native to our area and can be found throughout the coastline. The Harbour Point Association conducted their quarterly pest control service days before your arrival which could be why they were making their way inside the property. The Association continually services the exterior and interior of the properties throughout the year to ensure the community experiences little disruption by pests of any nature. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the loose hair that was found. Rest assured that all linens and towels are cleaned through a professional laundering service and must have fallen out while the cleaner was making up the beds. This is the first time that we have been made aware of any cleanliness issue. Please be sure to contact us immediately so that we have a chance to correct this to your satisfaction while you are here. The standard check-in and out times for the vacation rental industry are 10am check-out and 4pm check-in. Several companies are actually moving to an earlier check-out of 9am. We will not follow the lead on this and will continue to offer a 10am check-out time for our guests. However, we are more than happy to try and accommodate our guests if an early check-in or late check-out is requested. While we cannot guarantee, our team will make every effort to meet the needs of our guests. Please let us know if we can assist you with a future stay at the lovely 820 Harbour Point. Beautiful View and Resort - Time for Some Updates to the Condo

We've stayed on this stretch of Harbour Point for 5 of the last 6 years. We come back to this stretch for the view and access to walk down to the 14th green and fish or watch the sunset. If you are up for the sunrise, it is spectacular here as well. The golf cart in this unit is great. For us, the golf cart is a must. This condo just needs a few things to be fantastic. This list is for the owners to make this a 5-star destination for years to come. 1. The washing machine must be fixed! The spin cycle is so loud you cannot have a conversation anywhere in the condo and the floor vibrates. I can't imagine how much this must bother the people in the condo below! 2. The sliding door handle screws kept coming out. That's too easy to fix but a terrible inconvenience to your guests. 3. It is time to update the showers. The great granite countertops and beautiful kitchen are shown in pictures but the showers are not shown. We were very disappointed to see the showers were not updated with the rest of the unit. Especially during the COVID time, no one wants a shower kit with a plastic shower curtain touching them in the shower. We actually went and purchased a new curtain and replaced the one that was there. 4. Your guests need faster wifi. With so many of us needing to work remotely, this is a necessity. This is made even worse as the cell reception is a bit spotty in the area (not your fault). Hopefully an inexpensive router will solve the problem. 5. A beach condo should not have carpet. A nice vinyl plank would be perfect and inexpensive. There are so many great things about the condos on this stretch. So, if the specific items mentioned above are addressed, or you just don't care, I would highly recommend the unit.

We wish you would have notified us of this during your stay and we would have remedied the situation. This unit now has a brand new washer and dryer. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! The slider door handle has also been repaired. We couldn’t agree with you more regarding your recommended updates. We shared this with the owners and ironically enough, they are looking at redoing both bathroom showers and making other improvements during our slower winter season. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been a long time rental of Russell vacation rentals and overall have been pleased with our stay/rental, however the past 2 rentals have been just ok. Both times, we’ve had golf cart issues. This stay in particular, the golf cart was completely broken for the entire stay which really sucks bc that’s one of the things we look forward to using and the main reason for booking this property. Russel vacation was kind to reimburse for that issue. The property itself was clean but could use some updating, especially the shower knobs. It was hard to pull out to turn the water on and the knob plate felt like it was going to come off. It also didn’t drain well.

Beautiful location, nice condo, but...

The condo was in a great location. Unfortunately, it did not smell good in the house at all. It smelled like the carpets were wet (they weren't) and although it was clean, it didn't feel clean because of the smell. Highly recommend the area, and also the condo if the smell was corrected.
