Bienvenue dans votre île des rêves!

Cette belle maison spacieuse située sur sa propre péninsule a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour de cinq étoiles.

Cette maison de rêve est conçue pour accueillir confortablement 2 familles ou 4 couples. Le deuxième étage a une conception symétrique qui commence avec la grande salle au centre de la maison. De chaque côté de la grande salle, vous trouverez une suite parentale spacieuse avec salle de bain privée, walk-in, et une entrée privée à la terrasse arrière. En plus des suites de maître de chaque côté de la maison, vous pourrez également profiter d'une chambre spacieuse queen, un placard plein de la taille, et l'accès à une grande salle de bain complète séparée. Avec le confort comme le but ultime, il ya trois climatiseurs indépendants pour chaque section pour permettre pour un confort individualisé (chambres Est, Ouest et Centre).

Wrap-around fenêtres ornent le comptoir de cuisine en granit qui ne est pas seulement confortable et pratique à utiliser, mais est entièrement équipée avec toutes les commodités modernes et des vues magnifiques.

Parfois, des dauphins et des lamantins ont utilisé le bassin comme leur terrain de jeu. Profitez de la nature tout autour de vous, avec les commodités de la vie moderne.

Expérience magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil sur le wrap-around porche donnant sur le bassin, et profiter de votre petit déjeuner ou cocktail préféré. Brises fraîches vous entourent que vous soyez de détente sur la plage, piscine, Tiki Hut, ou flottant dans le bassin d'eau salée. Promenez-vous le long des plus de 500 pieds de quai en béton et d'observer la sérénité de la vie de la mer entourant la péninsule.

Apportez votre bateau et en quelques minutes seulement, vous êtes relié à l'océan et pouvez pêcher, nager, pilonner ou tout simplement naviguer autour de Tavernier Key. Votre bateau peut être situé à quelques pas de la maison et prêt à aller quand vous êtes. La taille de la propriété vous permet de garer votre remorque à bateau confortablement et commodément l'intérieur de la propriété fermée, ainsi que vos véhicules.

An amazing island all to ourselves!

The property was beautiful! Not a detail was missed and it was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you'd ever need. The boating was great with easy access to the ocean. I'd highly recommend this property!

This is one of the best waterfront property’s in the keys!

Gloria is exelent to deal with and has created a truly all inclusive home rental experience. Her property is absolutely beautiful and is a boaters dream!

Amazing house and fabulous hospitality!

This house is beautiful and spacious. The covered porches were perfect for morning coffee and we spent hours in the pool each day. Gloria was super and met us when we arrived to show us around. This was the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had and I hope we get to return next year!!!

Florida Vacation 3/14

What a great place!!! We stayed there with 3 other couples. The house is a perfect place to spend a week in the Keys. Very well furnished and equiped. We loved the property and the pool. Wouldn't change a thing.

Excellent Property and Amenities.Clean and well maintained.

The home was comfortable and well equipped for fun and comfort. Carlos met us on arrival and showed us around, orienting us to all the features. He was even available to answer questions throughout our stay. By far the best house we have stayed at in our visits to The Keys.

Excellent Property

Everything was exactly as described or better. Beautiful house and property. The owners were very cordial and accommodating. We actually spent more time at the property than we intended to because it was so nice. Definitely the nicest rental we have ever stayed at.

Truly PARADISE!

This is a little slice of heaven on earth!! There isn't much I can add to the previous raving reviews and comments. Gloria thought of everything when this property was built and it is truly your own private island. It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Great house

We go to the keys every year for a family vacation. This is by far the nicest house we have stayed in. It has everything you need and more. Gloria is wonderful. She had the ages of the kids and bought new life vest for them to use. She thought of everything. The only problem we had, is the house is not available for the same week next year. Hopefully we will be able to enjoy it again.

My husband, 2 year old da...

My husband, 2 year old daughter, sister and mom and dad stayed here for a getaway in early January. We were amazed by the property and everything it had to offer. It was a perfect place for a family vacation. The weather was not cooperative the week we were here, so we unfortunately didn't use the pool or tiki bar area, but that just means we will have to come back! On a positive note, at least we had beautiful and comfortable accomodations to rest in when it was too cold to explore. We will definitely be back whenever we make another trip to the Keys. We want to try out that pool!

Great House

We rented another, more expensive, house in the keys last year- and this one was so much more enjoyable. It is very obvious that the owners take great pride in the home. We used the kayaks almost every day and saw manatees in the canal. This was the first time that we have rented a house where each bedroom had it's own bathroom and it was great! We loved having the small bathroom near the tiki bar too. Gloria's son Carlos was on site almost every day, and was very helpful any time that we had questions. The only negative was that the pool wasn't balanced when we arrived so there was some algae and we had to stay out of the pool for about a day during the trip.

I am so glad that you had a great time and enjoyed the home and it's amenities. I do apologize, again, for the problem with the pool. Finding good service in the Florida Keys can be difficult. The pool was cleared up and will not be a problem again - I pray. After the hurricane it had been difficult to get it back to the correct balance. I am glad that Carlos was there to answer any questions that you might have had. He normally is not there but, because of the damage to the finger piers on the dock area, he was replacing the wood during this time. I know he did his best not to inconvenience you, or to be in your way at all. I do hope that you will consider us in the future for another stay in the keys. It was also nice to hear that you were able to experience the manatees during your kayak trips.

Family Get-together

We rented this home for a family get-together (9 of us) for a week. We couldn't have asked for a better place to call "home" for the week. It is a beautiful, well maintained and impeccably clean home both inside and out. We did quite a bit of cooking at the house and it had everything we needed and then some! There was plenty of space to spread out for those who required some alone time. The only problem we came across was a leaky blender, which when brought to the owners attention was promptly replaced. It is in a great location with easy access to many things. Gloria, Ed & Carlos were all very kind. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to rent a lovely large home in the Key Largo area.

Vacation of a lifetime!

We decided to come to the Keys for the first time not knowing anything about the area. I'm still patting myself on the back for finding this amazing property. It was so much more than we could ever have imagined. The house was huge with plenty of room for 8 of us. Every morning we were greated with the incredible weather and views. Rented a pontoon boat and just explored every day. At the dock, there were beautiful tropical fish to watch everyday plus a surprise visit from 3 adorable manatees that followed us along the property. The Tiki hut was the most charming with the hammock that I dare anyone to lie in and not fall asleep immediately. The house was immaculant and each bedroom had a fun theme with porthole stained glass windows. 5 bathrooms (one being outside by the Tiki Hut) was perfect. I can not give enough praise for this property and the owners. Fishermen will particularly love this. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Will definitely come here again if we get to the Keys. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

A Little Slice of Heaven!

This was our third visit to La Isla Del Sueño with very dear friends that reunite each year. We thought we would just try The Keys once, but this home won us over, hence our return trips! The pictures are lovely, but don't do the home and property justice. Once you enter the gate of the property you know you're someplace special. The home is lovingly maintained with a gourmet kitchen and comfortable accommodations. We love the fact that Harris Park is so close, it's easy to drop our boat in at the beginning of the week, and the expansive dockage at the home is awesome! We take advantage of the location and go snorkeling and/or fishing daily, short rides to do either. Then the rest of the day is spent relaxing in the pool or enjoying the tiki hut. Our group consists of pre-teens (who love to fish off the dock and kayak in the basin) and adults, some of which who just simply love to enjoy the home and it's surroundings. The owner has always been very gracious, we look forward to seeing her each year and catching up on what's been going on in everyone's lives. She's truly become a friend! I can't think of a better place to vacation, and am already looking forward to next year!

The most beautiful, peaceful & relaxing island paradise. Well named / The Island of Dreams!

We have stayed in many vacation homes, all very expensive and beautiful homes. However we must say that this vacation home is the nicest home we have ever stayed at. Truly beautiful, the house and the grounds (almost an acre) were spotless not even a leaf or palm branch on the grounds. The house was spotless and so beautifully furnished with such a wonderful kitchen all new top quality appliances and every cooking pot or pan you could ask for, the best quality you could get. dining area & family area very comfortable. One of the best parts of the house is that all 4 bedroom suites are on the same floor. 2 king size suites & 2 queen size suites , all with their own bathroom. Very comfy beds in each bedroom. The deck furniture extremely comfortable, all very high quality. Table for outside dinning. The loungers by the pool very comfortable and also of very high quality. The pool was very enjoyable, a little chilly for the first week of March 2018. We enjoyed the Tiki Hut, hamocks, bar & cooking area, also hook & ring simple game. Believe me not as easy as it sounds. Small things like this made our stay so relaxing , peaceful & enjoyable. We have booked next year in March 2019. Excellent value for such a amazing & ideal place to runaway to. We were greeted by Gloria, she is the owner & the nicest lady wanted to make sure everything was alright. Showed us around the grounds, where the laundry was, also where the outside bathroom & shower was, also around the grounds. Such a amazing outside area, everything (Gloria's must have beach area) had to have, the pool, the benches around the property facing all of the waterways, the Tiki Hut we must admit, Gloria thought of just about everything. Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful vacation home. Once you come we guarantee you will return. Just to add fantastic blender & Huge Ice Machine. Needless to say both were well used. Almost forgot, we enjoyed the kayaks, used them quite alot, we also really enjoyed seeing the manatees at the dock. Perfect vacation in every way, just too short. Sunrise to Sunset Perfection

Perfect vacation spot for our boring family and friends of six. We had such a nice time, we hardly ever left the property.Can easily accomodate more people. Morning to night unobstructed sun in April. We were fortunate to have sunny, hot weather every day. Great place to rest and relax. In addition to four spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms in the upper portion of the home, there is also a convenient bathroom with shower on the first floor near the pool and tiki hut. Well-equipped home with kitchen utensils, and supply of spices and some basic starter cooking items. You may want to check in before going to the grocery store, to avoid duplicating items. Great pool with comfortable lounge chairs. Pool perfect for toddlers (with supervision), as there is a 6-inch or so shallow play area in the pool. Only down side is pool is only about 4 1/2 feet deep...too shallow for treading. The good news is that the surrounding basin or "bay" was great for swimming the perimeter every afternoon. A great famly activity that takes 30-45 minutes at a relaxed pace. The pool and basin were both over 80 degrees. Kayaks, paddles, bikes, pool umbrellas kept on site. The peninsula extends out several hundred feet and has cute benches and plenty of seating areas, character and charm.The wrap-around 2nd-floor balcony also has plenty of seating for listening to the early-morning bird calls or watching the creamsickle-colored sunrise and sunset or checking out the tarpons in the basin. You can kayak or boat about 1/4 mile or so to the ocean outlet. Owner is meticulous to detail. The dishwasher malfunctioned during the 4th day of our stay and the owner had a repairman drive 1 1/2 hours from Miami to look at it the next day, They ordered a specialty fuse or part to be fed-exed overnight, even though I didn't mind washing by hand for a few days. The place was clean and flawless on arrival (and hopefully at my departure). My security deposit was fully returned less than a week after my return home. I almost hate to write a great review because I am concerned that this VRBO home won't be available when I want it, due to popular demand! Thanks Gloria for a wonderful week.

Beautiful property

Perfect property for a family gathering. Beautiful and elegant inside. We loved the pool, the kayaks and the paddle board. So much fun and great memories were made.

Private resort

We just returned from a month stay at this beautiful property. It is better than the photos! There is plenty of space and it feels like you have a private resort. The house is clean and comfortable. The spacious grounds are beautiful! We enjoyed the pool, kayaking, fishing and relaxing on the comfortable decks. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The location is convenient. Be sure to check out key largo fisheries market for fresh fish to cook; We had some great meals out on the deck. I would highly recommend this property! We hope to be back again soon!

Great house

This was the 2nd time we were lucky enough to stay in this piece of heaven. Gloria is wonderful. She has everything you need and more. Only regret is we can't get this house every year.

Surper nice place, great owner

Only downside is the fish just would not cooperate but, the rest of the week was about 2 steps past fantastic. More than we expected including a visit from a Manatee that really excited my daughter and son in law from Kansas. Gloria The owner met us upon arrival and gave us the grand tour of the property.

Amazing home! Gloria has everything and anything you need. Amazing views and serenity!! Looking forward to our next trip to this house. Outdoor Tiki hut was awesome! Grill by the hut. Beautiful grounds area. Five stars is not enough for this house.

We purchased the property in 1998 and completed our home in 2007. We enjoyed it tremendously for a year or so and then wished to share this wonderful experience with others. We have always loved the sun, water, and ocean breezes and we find this everytime we stay in our home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We built our home to enjoy the view and surroundings. We also found that it suits all of our tentants well. We love the sun and surf and have always wanted to live in the Florida Keys again. The location of the property and home is central to fishing, diving, and just cruising around by boat or car. The distance from Miami Intl Airport is a comfortable driving time (1 1/2 hrs), as well as going south to visit Key West(2 hrs).

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I love the fact that grocery shopping and some simple amenneties are just around the corner. With a grocery store less than 2 miles away, picking up groceries is very simple. The fact that jumping on the boat and cruising down the canal to open water within 5 minutes is exceptional. Tavernier Key, just outside the light channel marker, is a great place to just relax, walk the sandbar, or watch the sun go down over the keys.
