Also, on the main floor is a living area, dining room, balcony, lounge room with bunk bed, and a half bath. 



Venturing upstairs to the main sleeping quarters, guests have a choice between three bedrooms. Guest bedroom 1 offers two twin beds and shares a full bathroom with guest bedroom 2, which is equipped with a king-size bed. Just down the hallway, you'll find guest bedroom 3, offering a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom for enhanced privacy. Also located on this floor is the indulgent primary suite, complete with a king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. This beautifully designed bath includes a walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanities, and a private water closet. In addition, the primary suite comes with a private balcony and a viewing deck for stunning bay views and breathtaking sunsets. Just off the back patio is the final bedroom, designed with kids in mind. It features two sets of bunk beds with trundles, a pull-out sofa, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom, creating the perfect retreat for young ones after a day of sun-soaked adventures.

This property offers an inviting outdoor space surrounded by lush, mature landscaping for added privacy and includes a lounge area, grill, dining table, pool, as well as access to a refrigerator and commercial ice maker. Need dockage for your boat? You’re in luck! Morada Breeze includes 75’ feet of dockage, a 20,000 lb boat lift, and a fish cleaning station.
