Two master bedrooms suites . One is located on the first floor and the other master bedroom is located on the third floor.
Exceptional location minutes to John Pennekamp state park, one of Florida largest marine sanctuaries.
This 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths custom design Key West style pool home checks all the boxes. This elegantly designed home is surrounded by million and multimillion dollar homes. Once inside take the stairs up to the main living area where you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room and eat in kitchen with wet bar as well as fully equipped laundry room.
Also located in the main floor is a large screened cover terrace with large seating area for dining and relaxing with an outdoor TV . Follow the stairs from the patio down to a large cover patio overlooking the tropical landscaping , heated pool and canal . From the main level go upstairs where you will find a large owner suite with a large walking closet, balcony and a large on suite master bath with a Jacuzzi tub and large shower with bench seating. On the first floor you will find the second master bedroom suite overlooking the pool ,patio area and dock.The best is yet to come as you can go one level higher to the roof top sunset deck with tile and furniture where you can see the bay and enjoy the sunset.

Enjoy the calmness!

Great place on the canal with manatees coming up to the bulkhead. We stayed with our extended family and enjoyed the screen in porch the most. Beautiful sunsets from the top deck! Book it and enjoy the relaxation!

Great house in a great location

We all agreed that this was our favorite house we’ve rented in Florida. We’ve been coming to Florida nearly every year for some 30 years, we’ve rented condos and houses and this was our favorite. It is just as you see online in a nice neighborhood. We used the kayaks and paddle boards, the bikes were great, the beds were so comfortable! And the pool was so nice, southern exposure so it was in the sun all day. A couple of small issues arose and they were promptly handled by Art and Maria. We look forward to renting again one day.

Great Month in Key Largo

The house was awesome for our month long stay in Key Largo! It was perfect for our family & friends to come down to stay with us. It literally had everything we needed. Perfect location for us to use our boat to go out to the ocean and the backwater bay. Will definitely plan on staying here again! The hosts are super attentive and made our stay super easy! Thanks for a great vacation Art & Maria!!

Great Vacation Home

We loved our stay at 3 North Drive in Key Largo. This is our second year at this property. The house is wonderfully decorated. We especially enjoy the pool, the kayaks and the paddle boards. And this year 2 manatees visited our dock!

Stillwright Point

This beautiful and comfortable home had all that we could have wanted in a getaway that included visits from our family. The hosts were also so kind and accommodating to make sure we had any additional things we requested, too. Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of space and exceptional bathrooms too. Outdoor space was perfect, we really enjoyed the pool, kayaks and grilling. We hope to return!

Perfect!

Outstanding property with "everything" needed to relax and enjoy your stay. The description and pictures speak for themselves and in some cases do not do this wonderful home justice. The owners were very attentive to making sure everything was the way it should be. If we ever come back to Key Largo this is our spot!

Five star experience all around

Maria and Art were superb hosts and our family and friends had a wonderful time. Art made a special trip to meet us at the house the first day. He showed us everything about the house. Normally we would have to learn this info from a booklet. House was well equipped (even more than other VRBOs that we have stayed at). All the rooms were either on separate floors or across the house from each other with individual bathrooms so was very private in the evenings. Having the dock behind the house was excellent. We could come back to the house in the evenings after a day on the water, park our boat, and jump in the beautiful pool to relax. The house even came with a Sonos speaker system that we could use to play all our favorite beach music while we relaxed in the pool. It was great to watch the sunsets from the crows nest at the top of the house and lastly, the landscaping on both sides of the house made it very private and secluded feeling. We will definitely be back!

The rental was fantastic!

This home Is spacious and clean, we never felt crowded. When we arrived everything was ready for our stay. We were instantly in love with the pool and roof top deck to watch the sunsets. Beds were comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our celebrity chef friend to cook some amazing meals. The location of this rental is great too. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and only a few blocks from Winn Dixie, Publix about 10 minutes by car. We barely had to leave the property to have fun. The kayaks and canoes were a huge hit with our friends and family. Shopping and dining in Key Largo is great. We had plenty of great choices nearby.

Key Largo Home

Excellent! This is a beautiful property with every amenity. The owners are very helpful. We loved the views from every window. The house is furnished beautifully. The pool is wonderful and we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Even caught some fish off the dock. I highly recommend this property.

Breathtaking Rooftop Views

We really loved kayaking out to Blackwater Sound in the evenings to see the sunsets. This house has a great flow to it, and a relaxing feel. The screened patio has very tasteful furniture to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. The pool and patio area is spa like. We really appreciated the extras that came with the house - Kayaks, paddle boards, and scooters.

Amazing Property!

We decided to try 2 months in Key Largo this year, and this property was the perfect spot for us. The house is clean, comfortable and we felt at home right away. We were able to bring our boat, the pool is one of the prettiest I have ever seen. It felt like a resort. Art & Maria were the perfect hosts, questions, concerns and any needed maintenance was handled promptly and politely. Go ahead and book your stay at Stillwright Point, you will not be sorry!

This is our vacation home during the summer that we recently purchased in April of 2021 . Located only one hour and 10 minutes from our primary residence in Miami.
