Walk to the beach from the cutest house ever!!

Fall in love with this charming Falmouth retreat! Just a one-minute walk to a small private beach—perfect for spending the day, starting your morning, or unwinding in the evening.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 10-13 guests—all in real beds (no pull-out couches!). Thoughtfully equipped with amenities, including an outdoor shower, two driveways, a quiet road for kids to ride bikes, a Weber grill, a private deck, a mudroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and a beautifully refinished walkout basement. Conveniently located just a short drive to town. Ideal for multiple families!

We prefer Friday-to-Friday rentals to help you avoid traffic and enjoy a full weekend in the home, but we’re happy to be flexible—just reach out!

Please note: The home has 1.5 baths—a full bath on the first floor, a half bath on the second, and an outdoor shower. Sheets and bath towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels.

We had the best week at this home in Teaticket. It really had all that we need and the location is ideal! So close to everything, a very short drive to downtown, beaches and not far from Woods Hole. Dave was easy to communicate with and we would highly recommend this property! We had four children ranging in the ages 2-8 and it was a perfect set up for them.

Falmouth is such a lovely place to vacation... multiple beach options, restaurants, and very cute Main Street with lots of good food and shops to visit. The house is located in a nice neighborhood which was perfect for after dinner walks with the little ones. The short walk to the little beach at the end of the road was perfect for pre-schoolers to hunt sea life, and for adults to take in the day's sunrise sipping on morning coffees. The owner, Dave, was very responsive, provided great information about the area, and accommodated a few requests in a very timely way.

Amazing Getaway!

Our family found “Tucker’s Hideaway” last minute. Dave was so helpful and responsive to us and our questions. The house was perfect; just as described. The neighborhood was quiet and a small walk to water and a private beach. Not too far away was the amazing town of Falmouth. There were tons to shops and fun restaurants to choose from. The home was so cozy and private. It was so relaxing and peaceful.Thank you for this opportunity.

Exactly as described! Perfect location and cozy home. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better week! The only issue was my fault-didn’t catch the ‘bring your own beach towels’. Thank you Dave for everything!

Home away from Home

Home is beautiful and amenities are good and great location. Although it lists 2 showers, 1 of them is outside. The trash barrels were both full from the previous renter, but Dave (owner) was great and told us where to find additional barrels. Even though the house has central air, the bedrooms upstairs do not. 1 room has a window a/c and the other has fans, but we were comfortable. Also, room in the basement with 3 twin beds has no shades on the windows. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay and would consider renting again.

Thanks so much for the feedback! We’re always looking for ways to improve our guest experience and make the house more comfortable. Will be ordering a window AC unit for the upstairs bedroom and installing shades for the downstairs bedroom. Hope to have both in place for your next stay 🙂

Amazing House & Location!

We had the best week staying here! The house is amazingly clean and spacious, which is what we were hoping for. Everything you need is there. The kitchen has all the amenities, lots of seating for families, there is a large washer and dryer in the basement, etc. Even the bedroom area in the finished basement is cute. The walk to the little private beach is just minutes down the road. It was perfect for the two little ones in our group and our inflatable paddle boards we brought with us. We also drove to Old Silver Beach twice - just 15-20 minutes away. They do have a $30 parking fee, but it’s worth it for the kid-friendly beach with great sand and swimming (no tough current like some Cape beaches). If you have any rainy or cloudy days during your stay, we recommend taking a drive to Woods Hole (20 mins) or even Chatham (1hr). Lots to see and do in both areas. Highly recommend our stay here and hope to visit again!

Adorable house

This really is an adorable house. Check in/out was really straight forward. Dave was wonderful to tell us of things to do and in the surrounding area. One thing that I didn’t like was that we were informed linens/ towels were an additional cost if we didn’t bring our own the day before we left on the trip. We came from Idaho on a plane so packing linens & towels were out of the question. So, after a really long day of travel we had to find linens in storage room and put on the beds. I probably would have picked somewhere else if I had known about this ahead of time. Other than that it was a great place to stay, central to lots of shops, restaurants, grocery store and the ferry.

Fabulous Falmouth

We’ve rented many properties over the years. This by far was enjoyed the most. The house was exactly as promised. It’s close to everything, but in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Lovely furnishings & the sunny deck made it possible to be outside almost all the time. The rental process was seamless & Dave (the owner) was easily reached. We plan on returning & can’t wait.

Comfortable, Beautiful renovated family home

The home was perfect for our family! 7 adults, 2 babies Short walk to small private neighborhood beach on inlet-or 5 minute drive to ocean- close to downtown Falmouth and activities! Home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated- great deck space! Owners were easy to communicate with! Would definitely request to stay here again!

Cozy and convenient

The property was well maintained. The hosts were accessible and helpful. The process from booking to arrival was seamless. The location was perfect for young families, or as we had, an elderly family member who could enjoy the cute little beach at the end of the street. We had a wonderful trip with lots of beach days and family game nights.

We're a beach-loving family from Metro West, Massachusetts (just 1.5 hours away). We—Dave, Erica, and our 14-year-old twins, Sam and Emma—fell in love with the Oak Ridge neighborhood after spending time with friends here. So, we decided to join the fun and purchased Tucker’s Hideaway!

When we're not soaking up summer at the beach, you'll find us at one of Sam or Emma’s many games—whether it’s soccer, football, lacrosse, baseball, or basketball. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
