Easy check in process and plenty of room. It did get a little stuffy in the house even with the thermostat turned down. One recommendation I would like to make is to have window coverings over the back sliding glass door. When outside, you can see directly into the bedroom in the hallway. If we come back with our family, we would definitely stay here again. So much room, neat decor and the game room was a plus even though we couldn’t get the gaming system to work. The screen with projector was also a plus! It was also nice having a third bathroom downstairs.

Property itself was the size and location we needed. There were a few small things that came up like no extra towels available, but nothing to take away from our visit. Our check in was delayed a good bit as the cleaning crew hadn’t finished yet. Overall a nice stay and would stay again.

Great place! It is starting to show some wear in spots (could use paint touch-ups in several spots and flooring replaced in the kitchen), but the owner is investing in it. Loved using the hot tub, grill, and projector. The spacious bedrooms and multiple bathrooms were enjoyed by my kids.

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. The house was large enough for 14 adults to spread out. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing.

Plenty of room for all of us to spread out with comfy beds. They had just installed a nice gas fire pit and swing chairs in the back yard for everyone to enjoy. Contact with the host was prompt and courteous.

Great for a large group

We had a large group of 8 adults and only two couples stay here and it was nice that no one had to share a room. The house is also quite large do it didn't feel cramped when we were all at the house.

Great stay for large family

We were in the area for our son’s baseball tournament in Littleton. It was about 25 minutes away. This house is close to everything! The house itself was very spacious for nine of us. Downstairs basement was nice and cool after a hot day at the baseball fields and we enjoyed a movie on the big screen. Definitely would recommend this home for a large family. Our stay was very comfortable.

Clean and comfortable

The house was very comfortable and in a very convenient location- there are several good restaurants within a short drive, supermarket just down the street. It was clean and the hosts were very responsive. Our only issue was that the house could use a little maintenance- something the host said they would address after i brought it to their attention.

Great home for large family gathering

Location is a mile from I70, Starbucks, grocery and everywhere. Had a great Thanksgiving get together for 11 of us. Bedrooms for everyone! Great open space for everyone to be at the table. Grandkids and adults loved the games. Backyard was not used as it was covered in leaves but it snowed in the last few days anyway. Overall great choice.

Fun times

The house is location is convenient to areas of our interest. It was big and spacious to house 7 people in my family. There was a flooding in the lower level bedrooms due to unusual amount of rainfall. It was taken care of.

Family Gathering

This house is centrally located to all that our family had planned. The house is big enough to accommodate many people as we had our Grandma's 100th surprise birthday party there (preapproved of course). The management company was very responsive to all of my emails.For Management: In my opinion, the house needs a good deep clean. While most surfaces are generally wiped over, there is mold in the grout of the showers, cob webs hanging from some of the ceilings, stove top cleaner needs to be used and the pots and pans can use a good scrubbing. The basement bathroom has a loose door knob, there are two of the basketball holders that are about to come off the wall. The bed in the basketball room has a broken or loose frame. I did not check out the other bedrooms only the one that I stayed in. These comments are not made to be complaints but to alert management that this house needs some attention.

Great for Adult Group!

How many of us have looked for a house with several beds/baths for a group of adults, only to find many with bunk beds etc? This house has king and queen beds and was great for our group of 6 adults/sister reunion and convenient access to Red Rocks Amphitheater. The management company was professional and responsive, and I communicated some attention needed to a few areas of cleaning, and I have every confidence these will be addressed. Note that as mentioned in another review the basement is MUCH colder than main floor. There are fans in basement closets that can be used upstairs to keep that cooler. I did find a couple of extra blankets in 1 basement room, and suggest the host add more to other rooms. I sleep hot but needed the extra blanket. Beds were semi comfortable, but that is normal in all houses and hotels in my experience. The long table in dining area by fireplace was where we gathered most and perfect for games (we brought our own, but house had several). Overall the house had all the amenities needed and is great for adult groups. I would definitely consider staying again if I go to another Red Rocks event.

Great house close to downtown

Traveled with 7 guys for an annual trip. The space was great - 6 bedrooms and plenty of common space. Easy access to downtown (20 min) or Empower Field (15 min). We did not utilize the outdoor space, but would have if traveling during warmer months. It is on a busy street, which was convenient for us but may not be if traveling with kids. Be sure and play the board game Keepin’ it Saxy while there! Overall I would recommend highly!

Amazing house

Property was very clean with great communication during our stay. Lots of little details made it a terrific experience. The lower level bedrooms are terrific and the fact that the house accommodates large groups is wonderful.

Great home base/updated home/comfy beds

Very pleased with this roomy and conveniently located home. Nice updates throughout, stocked with kitchen supplies, comfy beds. We were a group of 8 ladies and 2 of us needed to share a (king) bed. We loved that there were 2!! washers and dryers. Easy access in/out of home. We were close to the airport, Red Rocks and Golden. Also felt safe walking the sidewalk and local parks for exercise. Management co was responsive/easy to work with. Only negatives were overwhelming smell of cleaner when we arrived (needed to air out the house overnight) and a little dog hair on the living room couch. Suggestions: add some hairdryers; a curtain is needed in the largest bottom floor bedroom (too much light in the morning); backyard needs some TLC…landscaping, extending the patio a bit and adding a sectional would have made the outside area perfect!
