Great Vacation

There were 5 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room. Elevators were congested throughout the day. Nice parking for our unit.

Amazing view

This condo was great! It has an amazing view of the beach and the pool and you can quickly get to the pool because the stairs are right next to the room. The owners are very responsive and very helpful! We will definitely stay in this condo again!!

Great location and view!-

Great view and location!! Right on beach!! Great view of both the ocean and pool area. Pictures were exact as advertised, parking was exact as advertised and in a great location. Condo is updated as advertised! Jill was great to work with, and worked well with us. Cleaning company she uses has a lot of work to do. I’ve communicated this with her and she’s fully aware of this for future renters. Once the condo gets a deep cleaning or a new cleaning service this will be a great rental!!

Spacious condo with great location!

We went to Florida to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation with family. This property was just as described and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We loved that it had 2 1/2 bathrooms! The parking garage was a little bit confusing, as far as finding our specific spots, but loved that it was on the same level as the unit. It does take a bit to walk from the garage to the unit but we don’t mind a little exercise. We loved that it was close to stairs and easy to walk down to the pool area. We had some issues with the wrist bands working at security gates but that is out of the control of the individual owners and really wasn’t a huge issue. We really enjoyed our trip and would stay at this property again!

Perfect getaway!!!

My mother has not been to the beach in over 10 years. The beach is her happy place. My dad passed away a couple of years ago and she was finally ready to travel, so we booked this condo. This property looked exactly like the listing! Condo was gorgeous! Pretty sure the kitchen had more pots and pans than I do! The only thing we found lacking were hangers. Contacted the owner, who discovered she did not have any in storage, but offered to go buy us some! We declined, as we managed without, but loved that she offered. Jill is a FANTASTIC HOST!!! She was so responsive and accommodating!!!! Have the reserved parking on the same level was a life saver. And the spot wasn't just near the door, but right next to the door, which was perfect for my mom on her walker. I will say the walk from the garage to the condo was much longer than we expected, but there's lot to look at while walking and we only left one or twice a day. Once we got to the condo there was not need to leave! The staircase to the pool is right next to the condo, so my husband and I got our steps in! Honestly it wasn't a bad trek. My mother enjoyed this trip so much! She has already asked us to bring her back next year, to the exact condo!!! The views are breathtaking. And great location....not far from things, but not in the middle of everything either!!!!

Stunning Views

This wrap around room has stunning views of the ocean and pool! Room is conveniently located on the 5th floor, so the stairs are an option when the elevators are busy. Huge plus along with same floor parking. Cozy beds, lots of pillows, close to shops and restaurants. Thanks for sharing your paradise with us Jill...The condo is beautiful!

Panama City Family Vacation over Easter

We had never been to Panama City Beach before and were looking forward to a fun family time. Our unit was very nice and well taken care of, kitchen had all kinds of cooking supplies. You are set up with the basics like, toilet paper, 1 paper towel, dishwasher soap, but we needed to pick up hand soap and extra daily necessities. Down by the pool had a bin of beach toys to use, we didn't find that until half way through our trip, but that was ok since I will bring a couple things with us. We flew there so we only packed the basics and we had to go purchase beach towels to use at the pool or on the beach. If you go to Walmart we just bought basic bathroom towels for 2.95 each verses 10.00+ beach towel. It seems to me that most people coming here to stay were driving and brought all that stuff with them like beach chairs, towels and etc.. The beach was beautiful and the water was so clear. It was windy when we were there and the only beach chairs were by rent for the day 45.00 for a pair. We came in on the Thursday before Easter and it was super crazy busy and police were all over the place. It took us 30 minutes to drive 5 miles. I was informed by a wait staff at Pineapple Willy's that this was Alabama and Georgia's high school spring break time. (I will let you use your imagination on how that was going down). By Saturday the place looked like a totally different place with adults and/or families only. Had I know I would of flew in Saturday and not dealt with that and my kids would have had to witness that kind of behavior. There was lots to do in the area and we could have walked, but the weather was not the best with rain and wind. We enjoyed the dining in the area and had some great food. Over all the place was great and the condo was beautiful and clean, just make sure you go when it is not Spring Break and you will enjoy it.

Great stay

We stayed here for a softball tournament. It’s right on the beach/large pool. Our host was wonderful when we had some tech trouble and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Located right next to Pineapple Willy’s a really popular place to eat. Located between the two softball complexes and about 15 minutes from pier park. Nothing is far but it may take a bit to get to because of traffic.

Beautiful and clean unit, fantastic view of ocean/beach, great location near places to eat. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Quick communication with unit owner who answered all questions quickly. Plenty of room for two couples, plus the kids bunk room. We would totally stay here again!

Excellent vacation rental

Property owners were excellent to work with. They were quick to respond with any issue/concern. Great location on the property - close to stairwell to pool and beach. End unit with lots of privacy and beautiful views. Parking space was great. Check in without dealing with front desk made arrival stress free. I will definitely stay here in the future!!

Beautiful condo! Condo was just as pictures showed. Parking was on the same level as condo. Condo has beautiful oceanfront view. Jill and spouse were very easy to communicate with. Will be back!

Beautiful Views!

The condo was great! Super easy to book, received all info prior to check in and went straight from our vehicle to our room. It was a beautifully decorated condo, had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. Loved it and hopefully we will have a chance to stay here again!!

Great condo for comfort, view and parking

This unit is very well appointed, clean and decorated well. Appliances in kitchen where everything we needed and more. Pull out sofa was even comfortable for my teenage son. Balcony views of beach and pool are amazing. A bonus to this 5th floor condo is that the parking spots are on the same floor as the unit. Therefore no need to wait on crowded elevator to load/unload. Also, 5th floor made it possible to take the stairs to the beach every day and not have to wait on elevators. Several stores, shops and restaurants in walking distance, so we didn’t have to fight traffic if we didn’t want to. Great contact from the host on any questions and just an overall great experience.

Terrific Vacation

Excellent property. Neat and clean. Beautiful view. The owner was a dream to work with. Jill quickly answered every question. She was very patient and proactive. The view was awesome and the condo had 2 RESERVED parking spots right on the 5th floor - never had to take the elevator when we went out ! The pool was fun and I loved the live music every night from 6-9. Would definitely stay here again!
