Welcome to Cliffside Cottage!!! We have Spectacular Sunsets and Amazing Views! Relax on the deck with a little umbrella drink or enjoy the elevated hot tub. Feel the stress fade away as you let the beauty take you away. Incredible water and mountain views. We enjoy lovely wildlife such as Soaring Eagles, Gray Whales and more! PLEASE NOTE: If you are having an event such as a Wedding, Birthday, or Family gathering please send me an inquiry through the option "ask the owner a question" first.

This was the perfect base for our family to explore Whidbey. The house was a great setup for our dog, with fenced yards in front and back. Dave made sure we had everything we needed, and the house was very comfortable and well-supplied. Would definitely stay again!

This was such a relaxing and romantic stay! Everything was truly wonderful and the view is absolutely incredible. The bed was so comfy, the hot tub was relaxing — and the kitchen was spacious. It was very quiet and peaceful. Super clean and tidy when we checked in.We came here for our anniversary trip, and the host even left us a bottle of wine — extremely kind! Amazing view!!

The place is exactly as described on VRBO. Super happy that the backyard and front yard were fenced for the !Since I was coming just for 3 nights, I really appreciated that the fridge had basic condiments and that coffee pods were given. No need to rush to the grocery store as soon as you arrive for your morning coffee.

Lovely home, great place to stay!

We were visiting our daughter who is stationed at Whidbey NAS. This home was close to everything we did while we were in Oak Harbor. The home was clean, set up nicely for a VRBO and there were nice little touches everywhere. We enjoyed it immensely!

Wonderful place to stay. Second year we have stayed here. Close to going any direction on the island. If you like sunsets this house has a spectacular viewpoint. House is well furnished with everything you need. The owners respond quickly if you have any issues during your stay. Carol and John.

A little bit of magic!

The house was big and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The backyard had fantastic views over the Puget Sound with the most magical sunsets. The location was close to a couple of quaint towns with three or four really good restaurants. The beach was great for walking. All in all a super spot for some relaxing days.

Marvelous Whidbey Gem

It was just me, my husband, and our big standard poodle Tuvix. This place is Tuvix approved (oh, and human approved!). A tremendous, big, fenced yard and tremendous, big view. Surgically clean yet had that "welcome" feeling. nice sized place. We've been visiting Whidbey for many years and hope to retire there. We felt so at ease here that we are exploring the local neighborhood for our own purposes. That said, we've already reserved our next visit at this location, and we're bringing our Mom! The house is the best we've found.

Great place & location

You won’t be disappointed with a stay at the Cliffside Cottage! The place: Spacious, clean, and quiet. The house is beautifully located with unobstructed views of the ocean. While being really close to town, it feels very private and has lots of room Amenities: The hot tub is amazing. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, making it perfect to either cook or bring food in. Wi-if was great and all in all, just bring your belongings. They have coffee and tea with all the fixings, and even have some nice adult beverages on your arrival! Very thoughtful. Bed was amazingly comfortable and so was the furniture. The hosts really think of everything. Perfect place to enjoy the stars (after the neighbours’ timed bright patio lights go off) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Whidbey Island & Tulip Festivql

We enjoyed our stay on Whidbey Island, there are so many interesting places to go. We primarily came to see the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. We went to the Rozengarde gardens and it was amazing. We also spent 2 days exploring Whidbey Island. The Distillery was amazing , as well as Greenbanks Winery . Fort Casey is really interesting, and was enjoyed by all of us. The house was fine and the only downside was the heat which can only be adjusted remotely by the owner. That would be something that should be mentioned in the communication. We were pretty cold the first 2 nights. But house is clean and comfortable overall. Thank you

Wonderful house and view. The photos don’t do it justice. Loved that the cabinets were labeled throughout the house, made finding things a whole lot easier. The kitchen is beautiful.Fenced in yard was secure for the dog, no worries there.

The house is beautiful and well furnished. It’s in a safe and convenient neighborhood with 10 minute access to a state park with hiking trails and beac and great restaurants within 15 minutes as well as a Safeway. The kitchen is sparsely provided. Plenty of for coffee drinkers but nothing for tea drinkers and the oil was stale. Good lighting throughout the house and it was wonderful to be able to go into a spa. I didn’t mind that it had some sand in it when I arrived. In most cases, the owners responded promptly and accurately when I reached out.

Wonderful property

The bedrooms were both bigger than they looked online. The entire house was very well kept it was nice having all the board games and all the various kitchen implements. The view was absolutely breathtaking.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We are very lucky to be able to enjoy this wonderful high bank water front home. From using the hot tub while enjoying the wonderful views to the relaxing home and spaces this is a fantastic get away.
The scenery is incredible with the beautiful Puget Sound Water View and the Olympic Mountains right out our back door. We have several sets of Eagles that live close by and its very neat to be standing at the fence looking down as they fly along the bluff 236 feet above the water. From time to time we see Gray Whales playing below in the water. Its pretty spectacular!
