Great stay!! House is well layed out and has plenty of space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great ice machine. Host was very responsive and took care of a few items within an hour.

Great family gathering spot near the beach

This was a great house for meeting up with our two adult kids and their spouses. Everything was turnkey, clean, easy to use and easy to find with close proximity to both the town and the beach. The management agency was very responsive when we had issues. We had the pool heated before we arrived and it was perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Place

Overall it was a great house. The pool heater didn’t work but we didn’t let that keep us down. Family and friends loved it as well. Second time staying in this house and there will be more visits in the future.

Beautiful comfortable home!

This house has everything! We didn't need to bring anything but food for the kitchen. Dog loved her choice of 2 beds on 1st and 3rd floors. Pool is actually a shallow wading/soaking/sunbathing pool which worked well for the wide range of ages in our family. Very pleased with overall stay and would highly recommend.

Worth every freaking penny!

This house is perfect. They thought of everything and more. The kitchen was fully stocked, pans, cups, RTIC cups, crock pots, you name it, they have it. The beds were so comfortable, and the linens were very nice. The pool was perfect, and the back yard was so nice! They even had toys and everything for the dogs! The owners spared no expense when building and furnishing this home. Everything is top dollar, and so well thought out. We are already planning our next trip to stay here. This is the first time we went to Port A, that I wasn't excited to get home and sleep in my own bed. I didn't want to leave!

Nice but needs some TLC

The property was great, we loved the house, pool, location, golf cart, kitchen, ice machine, and all the full baths. HOWEVER, the back yard grass was over a foot tall - we called 3 times to ask them to mow it, nothing. The roof leaked (from raining) on the 2nd floor in the living room and the 1st floor bathroom. The outdoor space needed a good cleaning, covered in dust and old liquid stains. Had to call twice about ants in the kitchen, we finally just put all the food in frig. If I was the owner of this million dollar house, I would fire this management company because it’s not getting the attention it needs. Wish I could post some pictures!

Family trip

Property was good for our family/friends vacation. There were issues with AC but managers addressed with portable AC units. Plenty of bathrooms. Elevator was great for getting sleeping babies up and down 3 level property. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, coffee maker and ice machine at lower level was perfect for large gathering in hot weather.

Luxury for sure!

Beautiful house inside and out! Everything we needed was there. Beds were comfy and plentiful. We enjoyed the patio and the pool. Close to the beach.
