Welcome to Island Girl hosted by Travel Well Properties! Island Girl is located in one of the BEST new communities situated between Cinnamon Shores North & South and steps to the beach.
Please note: This is a new subdivision and there is ongoing construction in the area.

đPets Welcome! $75 pet fee per dog with a maximum of two dogs. 45 pound limit per dog

Pool Information: We do have the pool serviced twice a week from March to September and once a week September to end of February. We do our best to keep sand out of the pool but because we are right next to the dunes, you inevitably will see some sand at the bottom of the pool.
We require that the guest booking the home signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does).
We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and plenty of hand soap and dish soap.
Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker. We do provide coffee and pods but please bring your own if you want more of a selection.
Towels: We do provide towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We also provide beach towels.We do have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.
Parking: There is parking for three to four cars depending on the size. The HOA does not allow street parking so if you have additional vehicles, you can park them in the lot to the right as you enter the subdivision from 361.
Security Camera: There is a camera at the front of the home for security purposes only. Please do not tamper with the camera hub.
Trash: There is a dumpster in our cul de sac. Please take all trash to the dumpster.
Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
If you would like to rent a golf cart, we have a partnership with Port A Carts. They will deliver and pick up for free!
