Summary:

This beautiful riverside top floor condo can sleep up to six people, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen with cookware. There is a queen bed in the private bedroom. In the main living area, you have a queen bed and a pull out couch, two TVs and fireplace. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the Deschutes River! This unit is also pet friendly! There is a pet fee of $69 for up to two pets. Also enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub, open daily!



Guest Access:

Guests get exclusive use of the studio. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-7pm daily, same goes as the pool.

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.

If you are looking to adventure around Bend there is no better place to stay! We are located just a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of downtown, steps from the Deschutes river, and just a 5 minute drive to the Old Mill district. We hope to see you back again next year! Take care!

The property was perfect as a landing place for us to explore Bend. Close to Old Town center and a nice walk to the Mill district. Right on the river and easy access to running trails and parks.

The Riverhaus 333/334

We had a very relaxing stay overlooking the Deschutes River conveniently located and within walking distance to downtown Bend. The suite was very spacious with a full bedroom off the kitchen and another bed in the living room area with views of the river. This location exceeded our expectations and was very quiet. We enjoyed the walking paths right outside our door and the entire area is extremely dog-friendly. I couldn't have asked for better accommodations that met all of our needs. Thanks for helping to make our stay in Bend so memorable!

vacation with adult children

We were all able to go and do as we pleased. Access to the river trail system and short walk to downtown food & shopping was wonderful. Super glad to have been able to bring our well mannered - 4 legged friends. Plenty of parking and easy check in/ check out.

We know furry friends are just as much part of the family as anyone! We are blessed to be able to make this a comfortable spot for all and a place to make new memories. With being just steps away from the popular Deschutes river trail, right next door to a gorgeous park and only a ten minute walk into the heart of downtown Bend, theres a little bit of fun for everyone!

We had a wonderful stay. The location you just can’t beat. The river is right out your back door with great spots to swim and chill. Downtown is walking distance. Place was clean and well stocked. Thank you

River West

The apartment was perfect for our party of 4 plus a dog. It is located next to the river, walking path and park. Easy access to downtown and freeway. The unit is quiet and the kitchen well stocked. I would rent it again.

Good Location

Location was great, river front balcony was enjoyable minus the smell. The smell of marijuana coming from the neighboring condo was unbearable and almost constant starting early in the morning and continuing throughout the day and night the first few days of the stay. Disappointing since this is a non smoking property. The blankets and towels could also be updated. Condo was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay.

Misleading and unclean

The room is advertised as having three beds, one of which is a pullout sofa bed. The pullout sofa bed did not have sheets, or blankets provided (we checked every possible area), so we contacted the number provided asking for some. Their first response was asking if we checked everywhere to find the sheets and that they have no staff on site until 9:00 the next morning to help us. After responding yes, we have checked everywhere, their response was that the pullout is unstable and that VRBO is responsible for advertising a pullout when it shouldn’t, and they will make sure to follow up with VRBO to correct VRBO’s mistake. One reason we rented this room specifically was because it has three beds because needed three beds. Secondly, it’s not the cleanest of rooms. There was a very dirty and stained washcloth left under the master bath sink. I contacted the manager asking if it was under the sink on purpose (pipe leaks??), but no response. The shower curtain was stained yellowish-orange on the bottom and smelled of mildew; questionable the last time it has been washed. Lastly, the bottom of the dishwasher was full of water when we opened it to load our dishes. I asked the manager if they still wanted us to run the dishwasher before we left, no response. We decided to not run it to err on the side of caution (there were very minimal dishes). On the bright side, the view from the balcony is beautiful, we enjoyed the fireplace since it was so cold that evening, and it is spacious for the price.

Sharon, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Reviews are a great way for us to know what we are doing right and what we might need to improve on. It does seem like you may not have had the best impression starting out your stay. We are glad to see you enjoyed the views, the fireplace and found the room to be spacious. We have since reached out to VRBO and had them correct the listing with no sofa beds being advertised, they have corrected this, we truly do apologize for the confusion there. We do offer an onsite office that is currently staffed Thursday-Monday from 10am-7pm that is always willing to help when they can within their means. After hours we offer a phone service to assist guests however they can. We can assure you though that our housekeeping staff uses a very strict cleaning checklist that is specific to each room, so that things do not get missed. We have since had guests come and go in this unit that have not had any issues with the dishwasher not working. We hope you will give us another chance to wow the socks off you in the future, we really are the best kept hidden secret of Bend.

Chilling in Bend

Super clean. View was great and the sound of the river running through the rapids was awesome. Loved the no key system. River trail was right out back with easy access, close to town, centrally located. Old town less than a mile away. You could enjoy the local restaurants and drinks then walk home. It was located on the 3rd floor and no elevator, but river view was worth the stairs. Definitely would stay again!
