Communauté Summer Place située à 1/2 mile du centre de l'île et de toutes les activités. (Restaurants, Mini Golf, Pier, Ice Creamery, shopping, Marina et etc.)

Le parcours de golf Ocean Ridge Plantation est à seulement dix minutes.

La piscine communautaire est située à l'entrée de Summer Place, juste en face d'un accès public à la plage. À quelques pas de la plage de la maison.

Il s'agit d'une maison de plage très ouverte et aérée, décorée dans les couleurs de l'océan avec un grand porche couvert 1/2. La cuisine et la tanière ont été récemment rénovées avec des planchers de bois franc, des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils et de nouveaux meubles. Le coin salon est ouvert à l'étage avec un haut plafond et une télévision à écran plat de 46 pouces. WIFI inclus. Il y a quatre chambres (dont 3 avec télévision) et trois salles de bain complètes et une douche extérieure. Location de linge disponible via le service de nettoyage. Détendez-vous et écoutez l'océan depuis le pont pendant que vous regardez les enfants jouer.

The location of this place is perfect! The hostess was quick to resolve any problems we had at the beginning of the week. Made great memories here! I love the front porch! Great for reading and Bible study!Having everything needed to walk and play at the beach more easily was a bonus! Fantastic house!

Beautiful Home

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Kim & Chris's home. Kim is an excellent host, she answered all my questions (I asked a lot) very quickly. The house was very clean upon arrival. You can tell a lot of thought was put into furnishing the house, well stocked kitchen, nice bedding and looks to be recently updated as well. A really nice touch was that they provided beach chairs and boogie boards so we didn't have to bring our own!! We will be renting this home again next year.

The property was just as listed. We had an amazing week! The house was well appointed with everything you would need and much more! The beach was so easy to get to. Activities and restaurants were close by. We will be back!

My husband and I have been staying at the Carolina beaches for over 40 years. This was one of the nicest and best equipped places we have stayed at. We will be back. The only caveat was the beaches were very crowded. Could be the location or maybe just a lot of vacationers

This house is amazing! It is perfect for our family. Plenty of space and places to sit. Great outdoor space. Plenty of parking space. Loved having the beach chairs and wagon. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can image. This is our Second year staying here. I see this becoming our forever vacation destination!

Great house close to the beach!

This is a great property! It's incredibly well-stocked with just about everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are gorgeous and we just loved staying here.

It always looks brand new

This was our 3rd Time staying here. The house is immaculate. I especially love the little backyard with Lots of flowers and Enough space to play yard games. They just fenced it in completely this year, Which would be a huge bonus for younger kids. The kitchen has all we need to prepare meals And it's great not to have to pack beach chairs. Just a wonderful place.

Great Property!

Beautiful property! Terrific communication with the owner! She was extremely quick in responding to any questions. Lots of extras! There’s a nice game on the front porch to bring everyone together for fun! Lots of books for everyone (even one to read to an infant), cards, etc! Nice community pool. (Code on fridge). The only cons (and I knew about these before hand) is that towels and linens are not included. Also there’s no starter pack, so be sure to bring plenty of toilet paper when you arrive and paper towels. Locking the side door is a little tricky. Just be sure to read the directions on the info email carefully. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place, great location.

We absolutely loved our stay. Really close to the pool and the beach. The house was clean and well stocked. The decor throughout the house was super cute. Plenty of space for our family of 9. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great as well.

Great family stay!

This house was stocked amazingly! The owners did a great job thinking of everything! Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, boogey boards. Stocked kitchen with enough of everything! Outdoor shower to rinse off. Short walk to the beach. Safe street for kids. Wonderful stay and highly recommend!

Amazing House

This house has a home feel to it. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Love the layout, you could be anywhere in the house and still be involved in what was going on. This house is located within in walking distance to the ocean and the pool. Love the outside shower and TV. My family will be renting this house again!

Wonderful stay’

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The kitchen had every gadget imaginable and was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. the rooms were very clean and the house size was perfect for 3 couples and two children! Highly recommend!

The house the property location were perfect. My family could not have asked for more. The property maintenance manager was great with all the communications prior to arrival and once we were there. Will definitely try and read book!

Perfect place for getaway

We actually only used three bedrooms and bathrooms and one bedroom as a place to put all the beach towels, et cetera. Every time we walked to the beach, we tried to count how many steps from door to shore and lost track. LO l, I'm gonna say about 300. I completely underestimated how clean and cool they neighborhood pool is. It's out in the sun so I thought it would be like a bath tub.

Wonderful stay at 22 Private Dr.!!!

This house was wonderful! The perfect place for two families to vacation together. Communication with the owners, from the beginning, was timely and thorough. All the information provided for our stay was thorough and easy to use. The house was spotless on arrival and beautiful. Well stocked kitchen that we enjoyed for the majority of our meals. The open floor plan and beautiful beach decorations made for lovely evenings spending time with friends and family. We also enjoyed the well outfitted deck in the evenings. A wonderful house with easy access to the beach that made for a perfect beach vacation!

Great Vacation

We had a large family reunion and had 4 houses rented. This house was so nice close walk to the beach fully stocked kitchen with silverware pots pans cooking implements Lots of beach chairs umbrellas and a wagon beach toys for young children. It was very clean and comfortable We really enjoyed our stay. The front porch is very roomy and great to sit on Host was responsive to inquiries as well

Well Pleased!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this residence at Ocean Isle Beach. The only concern we encountered during the entire week of our stay was that the ice maker wasn't functioning. No big deal, as we just went the "old fashioned route" and purchased ice at the local grocery store. Great amenities!

Everything we needed for 4 adults, one child

Kitchen had everything we needed! Front porch had lots of room and new furniture. Bathrooms were like a hotel! We used the neat just-the-right-sized yard for outdoor games.

We have vacationed at OIB for many years. OIB is a place where our family can truly relax. We feel all of the worries or stresses of day to day life disappear once you have CROSSED OVER THE OIB BRIDGE!! One of our dreams was to one day own a vacation home. In the winter of 2018 we were finally able to make our dreams finally come true. We have made a many updates to the home that we think renters will enjoy. Since we live only three hours away from OIB we will be able to visit often. We want to keep the house updated and fresh. We want the house to always be inviting, clean, and well kept for all that visit. Welcome to OIB.
