Great location and place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here, we had a large group and the setting was perfect with the bedrooms and each room having it's own bathroom. The double fridge and dishwashers was fantastic with a large group. The location was amazing and the view from the deck was very enjoyable in the mornings and evenings. It's a very short walk to beach which was great with kids. The pool was also really nice to enjoy. Communication was great with the hosts.

Safe access to beach for kids

Wonderful house with no streets to cross to get to the beach. We have a family of 14 - 8 adults and 6 kids - and the house was perfect for us. Love the view from the upper balcony, and the pool is a must with kids for great afternoon fun.

Awesome house!

My family had a wonderful stay at this house. It is so close to the beach and the views were better than expected! The house was clean and all of the chairs and toys were so nice to use! We loved the pool and the fact that everyone had their own bathroom. Would definitely go back to this house!

Wonderful Week

We can’t thank the amazing owners enough for such a wonderful week!!! They have a gorgeous home that is a super short walk to the beach, and we couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience!!! The home is very clean and organized!! We had a group of 15 (8 adults and 7 kids), and we originally booked to vacation here in June of 2023…due to some medical issues with my husband, we had to postpone our trip until this past week!!! Mario was wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful!!! We truly can’t thank you all enough for such a memorable beach trip!!

Fantastic!

Excellent location. Very short private walk to beach. (Don’t have to cross the street). Clean upon arrival. Access to all kinds of beach and pool accessories. Had a large space with toys, books etc for children on the top floor. Our grandkids took advantage of that. And the A/C actually works on the top floor. Have had issues in the past with other rentals AC units not cooling efficiently. Beach in this area not overly crowded. The only negative we had was the pool not being as clear as expected. Pool guy added chlorine but still didn’t help. All the positives definitely outweighed the pool issue. We still used it every day for hours at a time. Will definitely return.

We had an amazing stay and everything was just as advertised in the listing. Great proximity to the beach and loved the pool. House was very clean and spacious. We hope to stay here again next year!

Spacious and a great location close to the beach

I give this place a 5-star review judging from its cleanliness, hospitality of owners, direct access to the beach, and quick responses from the owners/property managers! The pool was a nice touch that gave us a break from the beach. We also enjoyed our views and morning coffee on the decks. Although the place can sleep up to 20, the place was perfect for our 7-adult and 5-children crew! The living room was very spacious, and we did not feel on top of each other. We LOVED the double refrigerators and double dishwashers. As long as you bring your own linens, you’ll be set! We hope the owners will have us again in the future because our family would love to return!

Everything as expected.

We had a very nice stay here. The house was spacious, clean, and well maintained. There was plenty of room for 4 families and their food and belongings. The kitchen was well stocked with tools. Lots of beach chairs and other beach toys. Very easy access to a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property for a family

Our family had a wonderful time in this excellent property. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies. The great thing for our family, four couples and children, were the four bedrooms with two queen beds in each. That arrangement gave us maximum flexibility with kids. The master bedroom added a 5th bedroom. The living area and kitchen was spacious. Already booked for next year!

More than expected

This home is more than described. It was ver spacious and over exceeded our expectations. When we arrived they had left us a gift basket. In the carport closet there were beach chairs and beach games and pool noodles. The pool was a plus. Beautiful views from the deck of the beach where we enjoyed cool breezes at night. A short walk to the beach was a plus. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and not the overcrowding on the beach. This was a great vacation with our family mostly because of the house. Mario was great to work with.

Best vacation home ever!

We rented this property the week of Labor Day 2022. The property owner, Mario, couldn't have been nicer and more helpful with the entire process! We felt like we were communicating with a long time friend. The house went beyond our expectations. The location is one row back from the beach, however, the view made it feel like we were on the beach. The house was immaculate and laid out perfectly for a combination of friends, spouses, & family. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for every cooking situation. Having two refrigerators was a plus. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a serious bonus! The pool was very inviting and the temperature was perfect. We spent every day at it, just relaxing and solving world problems. There were tons of games and puzzles. My son was super charged about the "Fast & Furious" binge he did on the DVD's that were available. Our goal was to relax and enjoy our own company and we did that in spades! We all said it was truly the best vacation ever. Thank you so much, Mario!

Great house and location!

We had a wonderful week at this house. It was our 5th year at OIB and this is probably my favorite house. No carpeting, which I love. Nice decks with trek furniture. Everyone has their own bathroom. Private beach access. 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Private pool. And the beach on the East end is so nice now that they put the terminal groin at the end. If my family returns to OIB next summer, we will be staying here again. Thank you!

Another Excellent Stay at this Home!

This is our 4th year staying at Ocean Isle, NC, so obviously we are extremely satisfied with this location. Even with a smaller home in front of us, the ocean view and the sound of the surf is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of room on these beaches without the high rise hotels/condos and very close to Myrtle Beach if you want to get the family out to play. Mario has been an excellent host!

Family Vacation

This was the second time our family has stayed in this property. We find this house to be perfect for our vacation and the property manager is a pleasure to talk to and interact with. We had a couple of minor blips but the response from the property manager was excellent. Very enjoyable for the entire vacation. I spent most of the week sitting on the porch and enjoying the view, sounds and breeze of the ocean. Great place that I am sure we will return to in the future. Thanks,

Family get away

Leave OIB and love this rental property. This property is perfect size for our multi family getaway. This is our third time renting this property and has been excellent every time. Mario is a great owner to deal with. Always accessible through the VRBO app and very prompt on getting back with you. This is definitely out “go to” property when it comes to OIB.
