Summer House recently completed a multi-million-dollar exterior project that included replacing every door, window, and slider in Summer House units. Our building has new stucco and paint, the grounds have been refreshed with new lighting, landscaping, and the pools have been refreshed. We're excited to show it off!

Our unit is a beautifully updated West corner unit with wrap around balcony. Plenty of space for your family to spread out and enjoy all that Summer House and Orange Beach have to offer. Most furniture, mattresses, lighting, etc. has been updated in the past couple years.

The living area contains all you need for relaxing after the sun goes down. Play some board games with the family or catch your favorite shows on tv. Plenty of seating for all to enjoy, and a pull out sofa bed for extra sleeping space. 3 sliders in the living/dining area make patio living a breeze. Make a happy hour cocktail at our mini bar complete with acrylic stemware, so that you can enjoy the afternoons on one of the largest balconies in Orange Beach! There are new slider style walk-outs in every room!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for delicious family meals with stainless appliances and a commercial ice maker! We have all the comforts of home, including a coffee maker, blender, crock pot, pots & pans, tons of utensils and all the dinnerware you need so no need for paper!

The gulf front master bedroom is elegantly equipped with a King bed and plenty of drawer and closet space to unpack and stay awhile! En suite is equipped with a walk in shower.

The queen bedroom has queen furniture and mattress, and plenty of storage and closet space to contain all of your beachwear!

The "bunk room" can sleep 4 and would delight anyone with bunk beds, trundle, and a separate single bed as well. Large closet makes keeping your clothes within easy reach super stress free!

Parking is by permit only. Each guest is allowed up to 2 guest registration certificates for parking. These are purchased through the guard at the guard shack for $50 per vehicle.

Not that anyone wants to do laundry on their vacation, but a full sized washer and dryer in the unit makes throwing a load of laundry in super easy!

Summer House is known for its large balconies and fantastic amenities. Enjoy our gulf front pools, indoor pool & hot tub, fitness room, sauna, grill area, tennis court, basketball area, and gulf front grassy space.
