Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 2ème étage donnant directement sur la rivière paresseuse. Évitez les ascenseurs et garez-vous directement à cet étage. La piscine intérieure, la piscine extérieure, la rivière paresseuse, le toboggan, la piscine pour enfants, le centre de remise en forme et la plage sont à 1 étage, ce qui vous permet de faire le déjeuner, de remplir votre glacière, de prendre une serviette supplémentaire, etc. Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé pour que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les fenêtres du sol au plafond de l'unité. Avec plus de 1,950 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse et récemment meublée. Ce condo accueille facilement les familles élargies ou les groupes d'amis pour des vacances de plage idylliques. Professionnellement décoré mais confortablement meublé, vous vous sentirez vraiment en vacances.

Les commodités sont nombreuses dans ce condo de Phoenix West: l'unité est dotée d'appareils de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 60 "dans le salon et d'un téléviseur haute définition SMART 50" dans le maître et d'une télévision intelligente 43 "au 2e une chambre et un téléviseur haute définition de 39 pouces dans la 3e chambre, une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a 2 chambres de maître avec lits King et la 3ème. Br a deux lits Queen. Nous venons également de mettre en place de nouveaux meubles de balcon, une table pouvant accueillir 6 personnes et deux chaises longues en teck.

Il y a une rivière paresseuse, un toboggan, une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire clôturée, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, 4 saunas et des courts de tennis sur le toit.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Spring Break '25

Ample space in condo. Convenient parking (w/ pass). Indoor and outdoor pools. Quick access to a well-maintained beach. Everything in the pictures is 100% accurate.Property managers are quick to respond.Only downside were the floor mats, that seemed to hold a lot of dirt and discolor our feet (this was mentioned in other reviews too). Overall amazing place, would stay there again.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

The 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area was very spacious. Having a 4 th bathroom, with a shower in the laundry room, was a bonus. Property was very clean and onsite staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect for our family of four generations!

The lazy river and pool were so refreshing for breaks from the beach! Especially the afternoon when jellyfish appeared.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was everything like the pictures showed. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we might need. Indoor pool and hot tubs were used frequently by the grandkids. Loved the 9th floor tennis/pickleball court. Close to so many good restaurants, church, grocery stores and attractions. Not sure if it’s the floor tile or the general cleaning but felt it could use a deeper cleaning than maybe a mop could do. Staff at front desk and Charlotte were all so very friendly and helpful. Perfect place for family to gather and celebrate grandpa’s 80th birthday!!.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo and property were nice. I'd book the condo again.The separate ice maker in the unit is a great feature and the kitchen is well stocked with plates and cups, including plastic ones and items for small kids. There are plenty of pots and pans but not really non- stick anymore so make sure you bring cooking spray. There is a K-cup coffee machine and a traditional coffee pot, which is nice depending on your preference. (Although, I'm not sure why there are two microwaves. The second one takes up a bunch of counter space.) We had an issue with the main light in the kitchen being out when we arrived. I called on Saturday "after hours", received a call back within an hour and it was fixed the next day. There was also a brief issue with the AC (not the fault of the condo or the rental company) and when I called before 8am when they opened, I had a call back by 8:15. Great service from the rental company!However, I think the unit could use a really good deep clean. I was making my kids wear shoes inside, otherwise their feet were turning black from walking on the floors. My son also turned on the jets in the tub in the master bath and a bunch of black stuff came out. The unit looked clean on the surface so they are cleaning between guests but it needs a bit more.

Summer fun!

Second floor was wonderful because we didn’t have to wait in the crowded elevator. Just walked down stairs or pulled wagon with beach stuff down the parking ramp. Kids loved the pool/slide and it was very convenient going back and forth from pool to beach. The older ones stayed in the lazy river until 10:30 which they loved. Need to get a new microwave and fix TV access in bedrooms. Loved the ice maker in kitchen, too. Easy to rent chairs/umbrellas on the beach, too. Wonderful week!!!

Everything was very nice but the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes s d the microwave wasn’t working we could only get it to heat on the 30 sec setting but lived everything else was great

Best Family Vacation!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we were able to check in early which was a huge bonus after driving with 5 children under the age of 5! Needless to say, they were ready to get to playing as were the adults! Our condo was the nicest we had ever been in. Loved having the garage on the same level as the condo, sure made for easy loading/unloading. The lazy river/slide was a huge hit with the kids as well as the adults! There were a few small things that could’ve used work but nothing too big to mention or fuss about during our stay! We loved this condo and will definitely be back in the future. Hopefully we can make this a family tradition from here on out!!!

Family vacay

The main downside to the condo is the filthy floors. Within an hour we all had black feet including a crawling toddler with black knees. Floors never felt clean even after sweeping many times (no mop in unit). Condo location is great on the 2nd floor. Carpets in front bedrooms stained and need replacing. Good seating for everyone in living area. Decently stocked kitchen. Ice maker always a plus. Would rent again but cleaning needs to be improved .

Beautiful Place...Perfect Location!

We loved the layout of this condo as well as the location in the complex. The nice balcony overlooked the lazy river and the pool and all of the action! The second floor location was perfect, as we walked up when the elevator line was long. Being able to park in the garage just outside the condo was also a definite plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the rooms where excellent. Few issues with dryer not drying, screen door broken, microwave buttons not all working and not enough forks…but that all can be over looked with the location, view, lazy river and overall greatness of the beach.

Had a few issues but were resolved quickly!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy access to the beach. I don't think we used the elevator even once! #204 is very nice & well supplied, however, the condo was very obviously only surfaced cleaned. We actually borrowed a Swiffer to clean ourselves. I did relay this to our contact & it was resolved afterwards. Could use some updating. Overall 3 1/2 stars.
