We are a small, independent boutique hotel offering fully-furnished, high-end suites for your stay in Healdsburg. Each suite features three private bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a full-size gourmet kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room. There are four suites in total - all located on the same level. The hotel suites at Two Thirty-Five offer all the comforts of home and are just steps away from Healdsburg's beautiful historic plaza. Whether you're traveling as a family or a group of friends, everyone can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and still have a private space of their own.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Every bedroom had its own thermostat. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we cooled breakfast daily.The location to the downtown are could not be beat. We walked to dinner every night.Great place to stay!

We loved our stay at the property. Perfect for three couples. All agreed that the beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. Cables to connect laptop to the TV were provided upon request but should be standard equipment in the room since the TVs do not allow direct streaming.

We spent a long weekend at 235 for a girls getaway and the space could not have been more perfect for our group of 6. This place is awesome. Extremely clean. I would feel comfortable sitting on the floor in this apt. The living area is very retro and the pictures were very accurate. The location is excellent and it even has a washer and dryer. Loved the pop up TVs in two of the bedrooms.

We loved the accommodations and the location was extremely convenient I would definitely book this all over again. It was an easy comfortable place. I was so pleased to find a suite with 3 king beds, and 3 full baths and the comfy living-room. Dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Lisa was terrifically helpful., as was Jenny.

Very cool concept and great stay

This is a really cool way to stay with a group. The in room bathroom really makes it great! Lot's of room in the suite, all the amenities and in room coffee and coffee pot! Easy to find, good parking, great location. Everything was So great! There is a bit of noise through the walls in suite and above the suite, but no more than any other hotel. Thank you to Lisa and the staff, they were kind enough to mail me an item I left at no charge. Those are the things that set customer service bar high! Would recommend this to others traveling with a group.

Amazing wine tasting getaway

Weekend away with friends, we didn't have to use our car all weekend long! Property is 1/2 block from the central plaza in Healdsburg -- and there is so much to do within walking distance. Property is beautiful. 3 king sized beds, each with on suite bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen, open space living room. Couldn't have asked for a more amazing location, room, experience.

This was a great property for our Wine Country trip. It is very spacious, and everything is new, modern and comfortable. It's not even a block off the square with easy access to restaurants, shops and wineries (and a large Grocery store and Starbucks out the back parking lot). Management was very helpful and responsive. We will seek this property out again for a Healdsburg trip.

We loved this hotel. The location is ideal - no need for a car. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. When we checked in, they remembered that we had asked for a specific suite - and gave it to us when someone cancelled (nice attention to detail). Everyone remarked several times about how nice everything was in the condo - from glasses to sheets - top notch all around. I'd definitely stay again!

Two Thirty-Five Luxury Suites was the vision of the Deas Family. We've lived in Healdsburg for four generations, but we also love to travel. We're a big family and when we travel together, we often end up in vacation rentals with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas to hang out.

But with vacation rentals, we find that we miss the small details of a hotel stay like helpful reception staff and daily cleanings. When we started thinking about putting a hotel at 235 Healdsburg Avenue, we imagined a hotel that was more than just a collection of individual rooms but rather full, luxurious suites where friends and families could gather and spend time together in downtown Healdsburg.
