This fully remodeled house has it's own built in Casita with kitchen a king and a queen bed, walk in closet, and full bathroom, inside the main house with separate and joint entrances to choose your level of privacy. Each bedroom has it's own full bath, and en extra full bath in the garage so no one has to wait. The expansive yard has a 16'x20' raised deck with amazing lake views. It also has a nice pool to relax in. It also has a huge game room with a pool table, Foosball, and air hockey table. No need to ever leave the grounds. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and a set of bunk beds. The master is a King bed and futon in an over sized room with walk in closet, large bathroom, and access to the back yard. It is minutes to downtown with tons of restaurants and night life.

Perfect for what we needed

Well kept and the host was great to work with. Big driveway for boats but you do have to back in which isnt a big deal. Looking forward to next year!

The home was perfect for our family of 11. Large spacious rooms with more than enough beds to easily accommodate our group. Rod was easy to work with and very responsive. We added three days onto the trip, and he worked with us to do so. We had a question upon our arrival, and he responded to our message very quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Havasu Summer

Havasu is our go to end of summer vacation for my family and over the last 4 years we've let our friends in our our little secret. Ever since we found this place we haven't looked back. The house is plenty big for the 10 of us, has lots to offer in space, pool, and game room. Its close proximity to the lake, rotary park beach, grocery store. Already planning our next end of summer vacation. Cant wait to come back.

This house was everything and more!

I planned a 66th birthday party for my boyfriend. He & I come to Havasu several times throughout the year. Last year, I wanted to plan a surprise birthday party for his 65th birthday, but had to cancel due to COVID. Fast forward to 2021 and I needed to rent another house (besides the one that my boyfriend and I usually stay at) to accommodate the rest of his family. This house couldn’t have been more perfect! There was plenty of room for our family to gather and enjoy large family dinners and bbq. The younger “kids” enjoyed the game room and we were able to cool down and enjoy the pool too. Gorgeous sunsets outside in the backyard and on the deck. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home! The birthday week was a success and we hope to be able to rent your homes again!

Non compliance

the TV and internet were not available after the first day. Difficulty in reaching our host for resolution of the problem. Once we did get in contact he did try to fix the problem but wasn't able to. Some of the water fixtures were not in good repair like shower spicket and water for the refrigerator drinking water and ice maker. The host did give us a small refund for the technical failure. Plenty of apologizes. Other than these issues we were comfortable with the rental.

Fun in Havasu

Great house with awesome game room. Was little warm in game room despite the small AC-we got a fan and it helped tremendously. Size and location of property was great! Plenty of room for our group. Close to grocery store and seemed like about everything was within 10-20 minutes in Havasu. Backyard was nice with pool, BBQ, seating, and view from small elevated seating area is awesome for sunsets and pictures. Owner was very responsive to our calls and took care of any questions or concerns regarding the property. Plenty of parking as well. Thanks Rod!

Annual Family getaway

The house was absolutely amazing! Big enough for our group, didn't feel like we were on top of eachother. The game room was awesome for our younger adults, kept them entertained for hours when we weren't at the lake! Owner was very responsive and helpful. Can't wait to stay here again next year, made our trip feel like we were at home.

Christmas in Havasu

The house was perfect, accommodating, stocked with just about everything! game room was a hit, beautiful views from the deck, you can tell the owners really take care of it. Awesome location, close to main street and tons of parking. We would definitely stay again when it’s warmer do we can enjoy the nice pool.

Perfect location and property

We rented this house for some of our bridal party for our wedding. We loved that each family had their own room and bathroom but had the common areas for everyone to come together and hang out. House was super clean and perfect lock. Close to Main Street and grocery store! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Great family residence

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The game room added activities for everyone when not on or in the water. Plenty of parking for our large family and boats. Owner was and is easy to communicate with.
