After a refreshing dip in the Gulf waters, enjoy the heated pool and spa that sit directly on the beach.

Due to past Hurricanes: Tower 1 is currently undergoing elevator modernization. One of the two elevators is permanently out of service, and the remaining elevator may experience intermittent outages, occasionally lasting more than a day. The full modernization project is expected to take 6–12 months. We appreciate your understanding and patience as the building undergoes these necessary upgrades.

Almost Perfect :)

First off … this unit is a dream! Beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need. So clean and the view is a total 10! I love interior design and I tried to come up with an alternative to the hide a bed situation. That’s the only thing I’d change. But I totally see the reason for it. It’s comfy enough. I say it was almost perfect but it wasn’t. The elevator had issues and we had to hike 11 flights! Also, jack hammers everywhere! Certainly no fault of the owners. But hopefully it will be resolved soon. We hope to return and get to use the beautiful pool!

Ocean Sands Madeira Beach

We were really pleased with the stay. The price of the room, the cleanliness and the location had a private beach and we were near the restaurants, and grocery stores. The vacation was perfect we hope to see you again next year!!!

Great Getaway

Property was in excellent condition. Kitchen was well appointed, bath & shower were excellent and stackable washer & dryer did the job. Storage was sufficient. Great location on the beach with excellent ocean view. Even saw dolphins from balcony swimming along the shoreline! Only knocks were the bed, we knew it was a studio pullout, however, it still was marginal sleeping on it. Secondly, since there weren't any interior blinds, the balcony blind needed to be raised/lowered to block out any unwanted sun. Would return despite the bed, however, we delayed booking for next year because of the bed . . . and the unit booked anyway. Fortunately, a 2 bedroom was available in Tower #2 and we will stay there next year!

Spectacular beach view condo on Medeira Beach!

This condo was very clean and modern, precisely as pictured. The location was ideal; close to restaurants and grocery store/pharmacy. We did not have a car for this vacation and were able to walk to the grocery store. The trolley/bus stops are very close to the building and we used this system with ease. The beach view balcony was such a bonus! The condo is perfect size for one or two people. Although there is no bedroom, the Murphy bed was quite comfortable and there is a ton of storage for your belongings/suitcases. We did not feel the need to close up the bed daily as there is adequate space to move about. The kitchen has great appliances and pretty well everything you need however we really missed a full size coffee maker as opposed to the single serve brewer. There were no pantry items other than salt and pepper in this unit. The washer/dryer combo right in the condo was a great convenience. The beach is only steps away from the building and the pool and hot tub area was pristine. I highly recommend this rental and I really hope to be back!

Perfect! Beautiful view, beautiful place

The condo was impeccably clean, looked brand new. I loved the balcony right on the beach. Pool was nice. The whole building was very clean and secure. Checking in was a pain. The instructions for the lock were not clear at all and I couldn't get the lock to work per the instructions on checkout. Clearer instructions need to be made for the new lock, as it is NOT a lockbox by any means.
