Charming Cul-de-Sac Home with Private Fenced Yard

Summary:
Each bedroom has a wall mounted smart TV (ROKU). The living room will be the only room with cable inside. The backyard is fenced in. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. The house is located convenient to anything you will want in Clarksville. WalMart is about 6 minutes away. We do have a pet cleaning fee of $125. the kitchen is also fully stocked. The living room TV is a 70' inch TV.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire house. You are giving a combo at 10 am on the day of check in.

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Pet Policy:

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property.
A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay applies.

Sleeping Capacity:

Maximum capacity: 6 guests
All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night.
Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
Local Guests:

We do not accept local guests.

Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
