Very centralized location. We'd enjoy hosting yourself, family or friends. End unit, very quiet neighborhood. Each bedroom and the living room have TV's with an Amazon Firestick, so enjoy logging in and watching your shows or movies. Yes, we have wifi. Cameras at each entry facing outside. Pets should be leased when outside.

Nice house, great owner

Was only in the house for a night to attend a friend's nearby retirement party. Nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Shawn, the owner, was extremely responsive and worked with us on an early check-in and responded to all of our questions promptly. I'm not sure I'll ever need to visit Clarksville again, but if I do I'll stay here and recommend you do too!

Clean and convenient

It’s always hard finding places to stay as a single mom but from start to finish this rental was amazing. It was close to the state line but not too far from Nashville. The property owner was attentive with an issue with the smart lock and we had no issues at all. Highly recommend.

I would stay here again.

Quiet. Spacious. Nice residential neighborhood. Animals are allowed; with this, there were some traces of past animals, with hair and some smell. But it was not overwhelming. I did not receive the code to enter the house on time. However, when I contacted the owner, he responded in a timely fashion and there were no further issues. Thanks!

Outstanding Rental, excellent value!

Excellent location for us. Excellent value, for what the rental has to offer! Very well maintained and clean. The Host went above and beyond to answer our questions. Nice outside grass area, great parking, friendly neighborhood . Close to Clarksville shopping/restaurants and easy drive to my Sango Familys home.

This is a conveniently located townhome. In a quiet community. It’s clean and the property manager was prompt to respond to any and all questions! It really was perfect.

Would recommend

We were moving across the country and needed a place to stay for the night with our pets. The townhouse was clean (except for the dishwasher not being run) and everything was in good working order (except the cabinet doors under the sink almost falling off). The mattresses left much to be desired, but worked for a one night stay. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location. The only issue that we really had was parking. Since we are moving across country, we had the largest U-Haul with an enclosed trailer being towed and a jeep with a utility trailer being towed. There wasn’t really anywhere to park it and no indication of if parking was assigned, but we parked it along a curb and it didn’t get towed thankfully.

Cool sweet stay

Me and my friends decided to get out and visit Clarksville, and we were lucky to have found this lovely little home! Although, one of the beds were a little uncomfortable because it kept creaking. Other than that, it was all sweet.

quiet and good location

The property was overall very good. I was happy with the offerings, the quiet neighborhood, the kitchen setup. The only downfall was the bed in the primary bedroom didn't sleep well. There are two of us and we turn over during the night. The mattress was bouncy and we woke up each time one of us rolled over. The mattress should be replaced with something a little firmer. I know there is a balance between costs and return on investment. Just consider the cost be placed on the main area you need in an overnight accommodation...where people sleep. Otherwise the property was exactly as expected.
