The Space:
This house is quietly situated in a wonderful community very near Ft Campbell. As you pull up the amazing Craftsman house, you will have 1 spot in the garage to park in, 4 spots in the driveway and 1 spot along the street (please no more than 6 cars). You will enter through a smart lock located on the front door. As you enter into this amazing open concept house you will have a large dining area to your right, open kitchen with a cook-top island and HUGE living room to the front of you. At the far end of the living room, on the right will be the laundry room which is open to you, our guests. Once upon a time, Ty Pennington put the largest residential aquarium in the midwest in this home, but fish do not make great short term rental roommates so it is just empty decor. Beyond that aquarium lies another living room with a Futon bed that leads to 1 queen bed bedroom and 1 full bed bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Back out to the main living room, you will have a huge and luxurious sleep sac sofa that sleeps 2 people as well as 1 futon. The left of the house has an artist studio that has been converted to a bedroom with 1 queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed and another queen bedroom. Through the amazing white subway tile with free standing tub and handicap accessible shower you will enter into the King Bedroom retreat complete with two walk in closets and an office area. Out back you will find a fully enclosed yard perfect for entertaining (the correct amount of people). The backyard is perfect to hang out with family and grill out or relax by the fire pit! There are flood lights to light up the yard, but the palm trees are just for decoration. Pet friendly with fee, free wifi.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the full house! The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. Please note that this house is not ok for events. We can host up to 12 people at this house, with a maximum of 10 people in beds and 2 on futons. We can only allow for 6 cars maximum at the residence. Pack in play provided upon request

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. We do have a Ring Doorbell at this home, facing away from the home towards the yard for security purposes

Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
