An incredible 2 Bedroom-2 Bath Beach Front/Ocean View Condo at Win-San Condominiums in beautiful New Smyrna Beach! Located less than one block north of Flagler Avenue, a quick walk to the hub of downtown NSB. You couldn't have picked a better location! No other condo is closer to Flagler boasting more than 100 unique shops, captivating galleries, fine restaurants and fun pubs.
This condo is newly renovated bathrooms, including brand new appliances, furniture and many more amenities. It is family friendly and can accommodate up to 6 guests (A king in the master, two full size beds in the guest and a queen pull out sofa in the living room). 2 much for 1 week

Condo was great no problems. Just not the same place I remember. Needs updated as a whole. Lost of small stupid stuff. Some of the people on the board are so nice I've known them for years if it was not them I would not want to go again. Love their company.

This unit is so well equipped down to the beach toys for my Grandchildren! The kitchen beautifully updated. Location could not be better. Literally steps away from Flagler but yet very quiet and relaxing. I've stayed in NSB for over 25 years-this location my favorite!

Heaven on Earth

This condo was the best I have ever stayed in at NSB and I have stayed in many. The location, the decor, comfort, privacy, and everything about it was excellent! It was perfect for a girlfriends get away and would be perfect for a family, too! Loved it and I will be back, hopefully many times!

Never disappoints!!

We are never disappointed - A101 is all we could ask for. It is so comfortable and has all the comforts of home!! We settle in for a week and wish we could stay long! Win San is the perfect location right on the ocean and steps from Flagler Ave. We are right in the middle of everything, yet can feel like we are in our own little oasis! Location, Location, Location

Win San is unmatched with it's location! No other condo is closer to Flagler Ave and all the action NSB has to offer. This unit is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. It is our home away from home for a week every August! New full beds in the guest room and a new sleeper sofa mattress make it even more comfortable!! A year can't go by quick enough!

Another Wonderful Stay at WinSan!

A101 is our favorite unit to rent! It's so comfortable and convenient! The first floor is the only way to go ... just steps to the pool and beautiful beach! It's also just steps to great restaurants, shops and bars on Flagler Avenue. The master has a king and the guest room has two double beds. A beautiful kitchen that's well-equipped is another highlight of this great unit. New Smyrna Beach and this condo is good for the soul.....

Fall is our favorite at Win San A101!

The fall is our favorite time of year in New Smyrna! The weather is just starting to cool and the crowds are thinning out. We've been staying for years and years at Win Sand and absolutely love unit A101! The ground floor unit has easy access to the pool and beach and has all the amenities of home! It has everything we need to make our stay beyond perfect. Less than a block from Flagler, we hardly ever get back in our car to go anywhere while we are staying there. Win San and A101 is a hidden gem!

A101 First Timer

This was our first time at Win San and we absolutely LOVED A101. As soon as we stepped in the front door we knew we wouldn't want to leave! The unit is very well equipped, has a full kitchen (with all you'd ever need). We parked our car and never had to get back in it. Being just one block from Flagler Ave is so amazing, steps from so many restaurants, shops and all kinds of activities. The beach is beautiful and just steps away. This may have been our first time there, but will surely not be our last!

Our Stay at Win-San A-101

This is our 2nd year in a row we spent a month in this lovely unit. We will definitely be back as it seems like home away from home. The condo is well appointed, comfortable, and in a very desirable location on the beach. Our dealings with the property management team were always favourable. The only suggestion we have to improve things would be to have the building shared barbecues replaced a bit more frequently as they were on their last legs during our stay. A101 Win-San

Wasn't really ready to rent after storm Ian. Too much moisture in walls, & ceiling damage. Several things were either worn out or broken. Things required relaxing: king mattress, recliners, garbage disposal, sliding doors. Looks nice though very dark & gloomy, but not comfortable.

Perfect Setting

Our Unit A101 was recently updated to a very cozy beach atmosphere. The room accommodations were perfect for our party of 6. The only downfalls were my daughter tried to log into WiFi to complete her School work and the WiFi password given was incorrect. We were given the run around for 2 hours trying to get the correct password to no avail. When I read the rental information it said washer/dryer on site. I didn't realize that our unit did not have a washer and dryer in it, but at least the complex had washer/dryers available for $ 1.75 a load. A good lesson to read the description better in the future. All in all it was a nice get away and loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants.

It was a nice cozy unit, but felt basic amenities were not provided for someone staying for a 4 month period.This unit is more suitable for weekly renters.Example, no change of sheets,no cleaning supplies,too much personal things in closets and not enough space for even our own luggage.We placed extra chairs, etc under beds.Also too many personal Knick knacks in and around.With no cleaning/dusters provided, these items were also placed in cupboards.Mop was awkward and not easy to use,no spatula for bbq, no soup ladle,mattress cover on 1st bed was urine stained And needed to be washed,small scatter rugs in the kitchen area were soiled.We rolled them up and placed them in closets.I also had to ask for tea towels when we arrived. These are all positive comments and am wondering if there is a checklist that both you and the owner should be looking at on a regular basis. We love New Smyrna Beach and the location of Win San is perfect.

Needs Cleaning

We rented A 101 from January 1st until March 12th, 2022. We arrived on January 1st. The bed spreads and bed sheets were clean and neat. The Bath towels (all white) were clean and looked new! I was very disappointed in other areas of the unit. The ceiling fans were filthy and loaded with dust. Behind the furniture was also filthy with dirt and dust. It looked like it has not been cleaned at all. The walls were not clean and really needed a painting. The oven was caked with black grease that I tried to scrape so the kitchen would not smoke up. Both the refrigerator and the toaster oven had crumbs in them and were not clean. Very disappointed in the conditions of this unit. We did share some of these concerns the day after we arrived but nothing was done. Hopefully, we will have a better experience next year in a different unit.

Thank you for allowing us to comment on this unit. When we arrived on January 1st, 2022, I was pleased to see that the beds and sheets were neat and clean. There was one pillowcase that had what I believe was a red spot of blood on it. This should not have been used if this mark did not come out. Both my husband and I were disappointed in the dirtyness of the place overall. Ceiling fans were filthy. Refrigerator was not clean and the toaster oven was not clean. The oven was caked on with a black crust and smoked quite a bit until I wasable to clean some of it. The hotpads had food stuck on them. When cleaning the floors, there was caked on black dirt and dust behind furniture on the ledges. Very disappointed not to come into a clean unit. I did let Tara know the day after we arrived. I do hope we have a positive experience next year when we arrive.
