Offering a queen size bed in the master with a private master bath with tub/shower combo and 2 twins in the guest room with a shared dual entry full bath with a tub/shower combo. Need extra sleep space? New air mattress is available and there is plenty of space in the living room!
This unit has two sun tunnels and an atrium just off the dining area both giving you tons natural light and scenery inside the unit.
Open air porch off of the living room and master bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit.

Sea Woods offers more amenities than any complex in New Smyrna Beach! Three pools, 4 Tennis & Pickleball courts, shuffle board court and a complete fitness center on site. Beautiful nature walk through the beautiful native landscape. Good

The unit is in very good condition overall, but the kitchen could use some work, and a new stove would be appreciated, with consistent elements. The cupboard beside the fridge still needs work but is better than it was. We were not a big fan of Direct TV. Not as much choice of channels as Spectrum and the remote more difficult to use effectively, and a few glitches were annoying. Washer and dryer excellent, as is dishwasher. Beds in guest room pretty skinny for large men.

Great Villa!

This villa has beautiful views of tropical plants from most windows and an indoor atrium. New kitchen appliances and decent pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. The tile floors throughout were easy to clean. The location of the villa is excellent, close to two pools and the clubhouse. Overall, we were very comfortable living in the villa for 3 months.

Relaxing Time

The unit was pretty clean, but is dated. It is in a good location, close to the pool, and a short walk to the beach. It was very quiet and relaxing. There were a few things that could be improved upon. The patio area was unusable due to much overgrowth of plants, many leaves, and dirty patio furniture. There were some dead bugs under the sink in the master bath. Many light bulbs needed replacing, which was corrected when I called to report.

Blinds need work. One fell off in master bedroom and some in living room don't roll closed properly. Kitchen storage space at the bottom, beside fridge, is falling apart and needs major work. Pots etc slide around? check toilet in master bedroom. Wouldn't flush and I had to reinsert water tube. Needs a clamp perhaps? Could use a better push broom to keep leaves off patio and outside patio furniture needs cleaning. Beds excellent and kitchen appliances very good and living room furniture comfortable on the whole. Excellent location in terms of accessing community pools, courts, and fitness centre. We had a terrific 3 months and love the community atmosphere of friendliness and helpfulness. Look forward to our return in 2024.

Perfection at the Beach

We‘ve stayed at Sea Woods before, but in different condos. All were great, but this one is in the absolute perfect location in the complex. Close to all three pools, the nature trail, and beach access! The condo is clean, well-kept, and has a beautiful private patio. If available, we will definitely rent this unit again on our next trip to NSB.

Wasn’t happy with condo.

When we first got to the condo we had to take two hour and clean the condo . The toilet were dirty. There was dog hair in dust everywhere. There are these little beetle bugs that seem they made a nest in one of the fake plant tree . We talk to somebody about the air filter it hadn’t been changed since July 7, 2001 it was totally disgusting dirty and full of dust. Nobody ever came out to change the filter. The condo had new floors but everything else was pretty much outdated. The master bedroom had a boxspring mattress with rollers on the Frame so every time my husband moved he pretty much bounced me out of the bed. All in all we had a great time at sea woods but I probably would not rent this condo again.

The property is poorly mainmtained and had lots of damages. With threats to charge me for damages it made it a necessidy to report them to the management company that was only able to do a minimal repsonse . It took three emails and then I gave up. As close as I can tell I would say the property is falling apart by neglect and the quality of the original equipment like doors and windows, appliances and electrical equipment does not help.

Close to beach. Dirty.

Overall, the place is fine. Older property but no problems, except very dirty upon check in. Dried urine on toilet seat, dried food on kitchen utensils and dishes. Need to replace your cleaning people. Beyond that, it was fine.

Come stay here

This was the best idea for our vacation. It was all the comforts of home with access to better amenities. When we can go back we will definitely be renting this condo again.
