Perfectly fun & welcoming home

So glad we chose this home for our special weekend. Everyone was comfortable, plenty of space, amazing views sweeping the whole passage, for a unique & memorable experience. Would absolutely recommend to others & return another time!

Great view, great neighborhood!

We loved the view! It was a nice, spacious house for the ten of us. The layout allowed for relaxation and good interaction. I am a cartographer so I loved the maps on the walls. The bedrooms were nice and roomy.

Swim meet homebase

Fantastic home with everything you need and more. Very clean, comfortable and the location was great for us going back and forth to the KCAC. Very kind and responsive hosts. Will be staying there again.

Astonishingly Beautiful View

Spacious and full of light. Thoughtful additions to keep people entertained—pool table, vintage video game, ping pong, juke box, and yet quiet, elegant places to relax by the fire, read, and enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the water. Unforgettable.

Family Birthday Gathering

Everything was great. I was able to cook for our brunch in a well stocked kitchen. Lots of activities to keep everyone entertained during gathering. Any questions, or problems I had was able to easily communicate with owner and get it resolved. Would definitely stay here again.

Simply amazing would highly recommend pictures do not give justice!!

Had no problems with property location. Easy access, the view was breathe taking!! AC a plus since weather was hot in 90s the week we were there. Owner was amazing and always responded promptly!! Would not hesitate to book again!!

Family Gathering

The property has amazing views across the sound. Property offers grand well appointed spaces where there has been a lot of attention to detail. The home is well appointed from an AV standpoint. There are televisions and speakers in just about everyroom. For fun there is a juke box, pool table and table tennis in addition to bunch of board games. It was a great gathering spot for our family reunion. There were a couple of problems but the owner was 100% responsive.

Perfect Vacation

This house was more than we imagined. The views were spectacular and we all had room to spread out. We had things to do while bisiting but couldnt wait to get back and relax. The kitchen was stocked really well, instacart and doordash delivered, and response was fast for any questions. Please make more dates available so we can go back.

Beautiful, warm and spacious

The view is spectacular. The house is generously and thoughtfully furnished. There is plenty of space to gather together and plenty of room for people to do separate things. The hosts are friendly and gracious. The location is easy and accessible. There is a sense of peaceful welcome throughout. We had a wonderful experience holding our family reunion/birthday celebration there.

Magical Christmas Stay

This MN family of 7 spent four nights over the Christmas holiday. The accommodations and scenery was unmatched in our experience. Despite record-breaking snowfall on day three, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Phenomenal Wedding Weekend Bridal Party Base!

This place was the ideal base for the Bride and her bridesmaids for a Brown's Point wedding! I must mention that Jenni was such a pleasure to communicate with, and took wonderful care of us, in spite of a substantial plumbing hiccup that was inadvertently caused by the previous renters. Jenni was unflappable, and determined to accommodate whatever solution was best for us! We selected this place, because of it's location, about 5 minutes drive from Brown's Point (wedding venue), and because it would be spacious enough for the wedding party to get ready with hair & makeup before the wedding. The dining room wound up being the perfect place for everyone to get dolled up, and gave the hair & makeup artists room to spread out their tools. The lovely master bathroom and walk-in-closet was perfect for all details from steaming dresses to soaking sore feet after the ceremony! The well stocked kitchen (including a delectable basket of gourmet, local treats) was a great place to congregate to prepare treats to enjoy on the breathtaking deck. We even took some wedding pictures on the deck, because you could see the Brown's Point lighthouse from there. We put the Bride in the grand four-posted bed in the Master, to make sure she felt like a princess before her big day. And, in a stroke of unplanned kismet, the groom had rented a place a few doors down the street, for their escape after the wedding. We had a hard time saying goodbye to this place! The stunning deck, with its view of the bay and the Olympic Mountain range, invites lingering, and is a reason to visit Tacoma in its own right! I look forward to an opportunity to return to this house. Oh, and due to the plumbing issue, which essentially prevented our use of the downstairs, Jenni was wonderful in working out and ensuring that we received a partial and satisfactory refund for the unavailable amenities - the day we left! Thank you, Jenni!

Perfect Home with Great View

Our daughter and son-in-law were moving into a house nearby and this was the perfect spot for all of us to come home to as we moved into their new house. The home was clean and comfortable. Also, great owner communication!

Beautiful home, outstanding views!

We reserved this home for a girls weekend getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is well stocked and complete information on many features and amenities was readily available in the home and .on YouTube. We enjoyed the clear, sunny weather as well as the storms that swept through, because the view is simply amazing. Kerry was easy and pleasant to communicate with. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a lovely home with a view. Thank you, Kerry!!
