Relaxation and restoration awaits you in this cozy 3rd level condo. Here you will enjoy a
-Queen sized bedroom with Google home, smart TV and entrance to the bathroom.
-The living room/office area boasts a large sectional and designated office space with a desk.
- The full service kitchen seats and serves four and is fully stocked with a Keurig, non stick pans, glasses, bakeware, etc.
-The bathroom has a deep jetted tub.
-The loft/second sleeping area has a foosball table, TV w/Firestick, recliner and trundle that sleeps two with a twin air mattress available upon request.

Cozy home away from home

We travelled to the area to attend a friends retirement ceremony. The home was clean, neighborhood was quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in was easy and we had front row parking. Would stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

The vrbo was very light and airy. It worked great for myself, my husband, and adult daughter who enjoyed the loft bedroom space. This was a quiet space for the end of our days.

Nice place

Jada was a great host! The ring doorbell & thermostat both had low batteries so I messaged her to let her know, and she had her co-host come by within a couple of hours. The location was within 30 minutes to everything we had done, which was Buckroe Beach, bowling, children’s museum, movies, zoo, & putt putt. My 3 & 5 year old enjoyed the loft area, but it is extremely bright in the mornings since you are on the top floor of the condo.

Wow - Just perfect!

Amazing quiet clean condo and neighborhood with walking trails and golf course nearby. Safe neighborhood, quiet neighbors. Activities for teens less than a block away. This condo appeals to teens as it has a loft, a foosball table and a half bed that separates in two beds for 2 teens. Great room is perfect, multiple televisions throughout. The bedroom is incredibly amazing with soft bed. We slept sooo well! This condo is only 2 minutes away from multiple stores. Free internet. Love this, we will be back when in town.

Nice location, lovely condo. My two complaints- the ironing board isn't adequate for ironing and for me and this may be a VRBO thing but the inability to get the address until 24 hours before check in i didn't like.

Clean and convenient

Teenage son had golf tournament at Kiln Creek. This place fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and a 2 minute drive to course. Will book every year he plays here.

Short-Term Transition

Jada was wonderful and the Cozy Condo was clean and spacious. Perfect spot for CNU parents for graduation or orientation. We stayed 6 weeks in our transition from Atlanta into our new home. Jada was so responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Can’t say enough good things about great hosts. Thanks so much!

Fishing Trip

This location worked great for a weekend fishing trip on the Chesapeake Bay. The condo had everything we needed for a 5 night stay, even had nice neighbors. We had an issue with the thermostat and had to contact the owner, which replied very quickly, in the end it was operator error on our end. But it showed that the owner was quick and easy to get in touch with. She was very quick to respond to any request we had during the stay. We would stay at this location again.

Great spot for a getaway near Williamsburg!

We enjoyed our short stay for a spring break getaway near Williamsburg. Neighborhood was quiet but close to many amenities. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the loft area!

Great stay.

Home was clean just as described. For our stay it was only $100 more than reasonable hotels but because of the space and full kitchen, it was well worth the cost. I only reached out to the property manager once and receive a quick response.

Place was nice and worked great for us

The place was great for a weekend trip to Bush Gardens with the family and kids. The only complaint which is not a complaint but just would of liked to known. It is listed as 2 bedrooms but the 2nd bedroom is just a loft upstairs. That is fine and worked great for us but maybe list it as a 1 bedroom with a loft. Place was great and clean and the host was amazing and responsive.

Perfect Weekend Stay for Wedding in Yorktown

Jada was a wonderful host! She let us check-in early and fixed the small hiccup with the parking pass very quickly. The parking pass is a newly implemented process for the community and it was not there upon check-in because the cleaning crew accidentally took it. I don't foresee any kinks in your stay, but if you do just send her a message and she will respond right back or call you to resolve the issue. The condo was exactly what we needed for hosting our niece's wedding in Yorktown. Our boys ages 11 and 9 enjoyed the loft area and trundle bed while my husband and I were in the bedroom downstairs. Very clean, safe, and excellent location. We will definitely stay here again if in town for family events or visits!

Book it!!

This place was fantastic. We were in town to visit our son in the military. The location to the base and all the things ha he wanted to see and do while we were there couldn’t have been better. The complex is super safe and quiet. The unit is outstanding. It’s very spacious. The upstairs loft is very cool for kids or teenagers. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking simple meals and the deck area was very pleasant. Our stay here was perfect and we would definitely book here again.

Clean and adequate

The place is plenty clean and adequate for small families. It's not particularly homey, if you're looking a very home-like atmosphere this won't be it. But it's comfy and as described, if a bit spartan.
