Family vaca

House location is amazing. Right on the river with views of the river and sunset every evening. This place is perfect for family vacations. Plenty of river activities. Tubing,kayaking, fishing, manatee and dolphin viewing. Short boat ride to the sand bar, great scalloping and the riverside restaurant. Boat ramp is a short walk from the house. Neighbors are super nice and welcoming. Home owner is easy to get a hold of and keeps the property clean and well maintained. My family and I will definitely be back.

Great location

Nicely renovated home with all the toys! Kitchen nicely equipped, Weber BBQ grill was great, comfortable beds, plenty of towels (both bath towels and beach towels). Several kayaks made exploring the area easy. Great location near "Hospital Hole". Owner Keith is awesome - was responsive. You won't regret booking this home.

Great host, great location

House was clean and had all necessary accommodations for our stay. Kayaks, paddle board all in great condition. Beautiful property and great location. Short paddle down to the river able to fish from the property. Everyone had a blast. Keith was very attentive and reached out before, during and after our stay. Will recommend others and we will be rebooking for future visits.

Great Spring Brean

The house was immaculate with all the listed amenities. Location was perfect with only a short drive to the local restaurants and parks. Environment was peaceful. My kids and I were able to paddleboard to the beautiful clear water within 5 minutes from house. Manatees literally swimming up to the house. Keith, the host, was so helpful and friendly.with quick response times. We will most definitely be back!

We love Weeki Wachee

We loved it, clean, spacious, plenty of room for our personal items. Home came with all we needed. Enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, rented a pontoon for the day and headed to the Gulf.Highly recommend no-see-um spray in the spring, they were biting.Word

The house is exactly as advertised in the pictures. It was wonderful to have access to the river, and we enjoyed using the kayaks. We saw manatees every day!

Absolutely perfect!!!!!

We go to weeki wachee every spring break and this was our favorite so far!! Plenty of space, very clean, very well kept. Love the porch upstairs and down stairs. Great neighborhood. We used the kayaks they have there and were great. We brought our own paddle boards and were able to get right into the river. We saw manatees along the way!!!! Thank you to Keith for an amazing vacation. It was truly the best!!

Great stay on the river!

House was great! Just a short paddle up to Roger’s park or to Hospital Hole. We saw a ton of manatees including several from our deck. Keith is a great host and is very responsive. Also upper deck is a great spot to grab lunch or dinner and La Bella Napoli is fabulous Italian..definitely need to make a reservation!

Anniversary trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at what we call the Striper/Mermaid house. The house was exactly as shown, and the only thing I want to add is that there is a 1/2 bath downstairs so you don’t have to go upstairs to use the potty. Makes it convenient when you are fishing. The best part was seeing the manatees in their natural habitat! The birds were a bonus!

Great house on my favorite river!

Keith was an amazing host. The property was in great condition and fully stocked with everything I needed. I stayed for a relaxing five days. House is right on the river. There were manatees in the morning and it was beautiful there. I already booked my next stay!

Fantastic Riverfront Location

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. To start with, the host was excellent and stayed in touch with us on a regular basis. Not too much but just often enough that we knew we could count on him if we had any issues. Second, the location is fantastic. The property is riverfront and we got to watch mantees everyday from the deck. It is also within a 10 minute drive of Winn-Dixie and within walking distance or a short kayak trip to a great waterfront restaurant. With Winn-Dixie nearby and a well equipped kitchen the property is perfect for cooking in with family and friends. And there are plenty of great restaurants nearby in Hernando Beach. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Weeki Wachee.

Lovely property on main river. I enjoyed the kayaking. It was an easy paddle to Hospital Hole and Rogers Park. My husband and son enjoy watching the boats go by and fishing rigfrom the back yard..

Manatee oasis

My family and I usually pick a beach vacation, but we decided to try something different this year. We had an experience of a life time. We enjoy country living, nature and peaceful surroundings and this place delivered all that and more. We went down the river every day and every day we were accompanied by manatees. They are truly amazing animals. My husband even saw a dolphin in front of house. I have booked a few times with VBRO in the past and nothing was as it was supposed to be, except this time! This property is even better than how it’s listed. From the time we arrived it felt just like home. We were all super comfortable here and plan to visit again in the future. Keith, the owner, was very accommodating. He gave us suggestions for local places and just as kind as he could be. Huge Thank you to Keith and his family for allowing us to experience this beautiful manatee oasis for ourselves.

A problem came up with the property while we were there and Keith was very prompt in doing everything needed to correct it. Nothing he could have known about beforehand, just one of those things that happens and he took care of it. Besides that, my 7 1/2 year old grand daughter from Orlando want to move there!!!! 3 day river getaway

Wow! What an awesome location! Loved sitting on the expansive deck and watching all the boaters. We were surprised at how quiet and peaceful it was. This house was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with tools and has clean, newer appliances. Very tastefully decorated. There are plenty of kayaks to use. This house is exactly as advertised. We will be staying here in the future for sure. Do not hesitate to book this property, it’s a perfect river getaway! The neighbors we encountered were very nice also. Keith was so helpful. He responded to our texts immediately. There is also a restaurant within walking distance.

Fun stay- great communication- good location. Walking distance to Rogers park, Upper deck,and the Marina. Rented a boat for the day and headed up river, overall good times!
