Springhill Retreat! 3 bed, 2 Bath!

Summary:
Private and peaceful location for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Springhill. We are open to short or long stays of over 29 day! Please reach out if you have any questions!

The Space:
Step into a spacious and tastefully decorated living area that serves as the perfect gathering spot for family and friends. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room to the fully equipped kitchen, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials to whip up delicious meals during your stay.

The three cozy bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. With comfortable bedding and ample storage space, you'll feel right at home.

The bedrooms each have different sized beds:

- The master bedroom has a very comfortable, king sized bed, with an ensuite bathroom off to the right side of the room and a huge walk in closet!
- Bedroom 2 has a queen mattress
- Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a full and a twin on top

The two well-appointed bathrooms ensure convenience for not only the master room, but also right next to the other 2 bedrooms, located towards the front of the home. (floor plan provided at the end of the pictures.)

Location and close by areas:
-Adventure Coast Fun Park: This amusement park has something for everyone, with rides, games, and a water park. It's a great place to spend a day with the family.
-Spring Hill Pink Dinosaur: This giant pink dinosaur is a local landmark and a popular photo op. It's located at 3261 Commercial Way, Spring Hill.
-Altitude Trampoline Park: This park has a variety of trampolines, obstacle courses, and other activities. It's a great place to burn off some energy.
-Weekiwachee Preserve: This nature preserve offers hiking and cycling trails, fishing, boating, hunting, and birdwatching. It's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Pirate’s Revenge: This water park is a great place to cool off on a hot day. It has a variety of slides, a lazy river, and a wave pool.

Starter pack of amenities you will be provided inside the home:
- Fresh paper towel roll
- New roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the extras will be left under the sink
- Hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen
- 1 new sponge
- Dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (Where applicable)
- 1 set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom
- A few trash bags + one in the can upon arrival
- 3 laundry pods for the washer and dryer
