Experience the ultimate getaway at our beautifully remodeled home, nestled on a peaceful, deep-water canal of the Weeki Wachee River. Your perfect vacation awaits, offering the ideal blend of adventure and relaxation right from your private dock.

The Space

Welcome to your single-level home, designed for comfort and fun. The bright, open-plan living and dining area is the perfect place to gather, featuring a comfortable sofa, a large HDTV, and plenty of natural light.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek white cabinets, butcher block countertops, and all the appliances you need to prepare delicious meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
After a day on the water, unwind in one of three comfortable bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: King Bed with a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: King Bed.
• Bedroom 3: One Full Bed, one Twin Bed, and a beanbag bed.

The home includes two pristine, modern bathrooms. The main bathroom features a relaxing shower and tub combination, while the king ensuite offers the convenience of a private, full-sized shower.
Step outside to your personal oasis, designed for endless entertainment:

• Waterfront Dock: Fish, launch kayaks, or dock your boat for trips to the Gulf.
• Relaxing Hot Tub: Soak your cares away under the stars.

You will have private access to the entire property, including the house, yard, hot tub, games, all kayaks, and the dock. Enjoy the ease of self-check-in and free parking on the premises.
The Neighborhood
Our home is perfectly situated providing a private and tranquil environment. You are in the center of it all, with Rogers Park and the popular Upper Deck restaurant just a short walk or paddle away.

Getting Around
Exploring the famous Weeki Wachee River is effortless. We provide 3 clear kayaks, 2 single kayaks, and 1 paddleboard for your adventures.
• A 5-minute paddle takes you to Hospital Hole, a prime spot for diving and manatee sightings.
• A 7-minute paddle brings you to the sandy shores of Rogers Park and the delicious food at the Upper Deck restaurant.
Feel free to bring your own boat or rent one locally; you can tie it up right at the house dock for easy access to the river and the Gulf of Mexico.

Perfect Getaway!

This house, on a deep water canal was perfect for my husband, 3 kids, and myself. We spent 3 nights here and loved all of the amenities including stocked kitchen, gas grill, kayaks, and outdoor games! During our stay we had a mother manatee and her baby come right up to the dock! I would recommend this property for families with children of all ages. It is conveniently located next to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Communication with the owner was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Great time!

We had a fantastic three-day stay at Wikiwachee Springs! The experience was unforgettable, especially with the clear-bottom kayaks that allowed us to see the stunning underwater life. We spotted a manatee right by the dock and were thrilled to see more manatees while paddling up the spring.One of the highlights was enjoying the mermaid show on a rainy morning, which turned out to be a delightful way to spend the rainey morning. After that, we were lucky to have two full days of sunshine, perfect for exploring and enjoying the outdoor activities. The fire pit was a wonderful touch, and we loved having a TV projector for music videos in the evenings. Lots of yard games to play with too :)Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spacious rooms were immaculate, and the kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs. We grilled delicious shish kebabs and steaks, adding to the overall experience.We would definitely return for another stay!

A must stay!

The property was perfect. There was nothing the hosts didn’t think of, it had everything for all ages. Mary was just a message away if we needed anything. Great location, we were able to kayak up with the kids and see all of the manatees. All of the outdoor games and movie projector kept the kids busy while we roasted marshmallows by the fire. Super cozy, great hosts, and very clean. The kids are already asking when we are going back!

Awesome place!

This place was amazing! The perfect location. A short paddle away from the Weeki Wachee river. Tucked away in the canal where it was peaceful and quiet. Plenty of things to do. We spent most of our time kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. We saw Manatees everyday. We brought grown kids and teenage kids with us and they all had a blast. Plenty of outdoor stuff to do and the hot tub while watching a movie on the projector outside was a favorite. The house had everything you needed. I love the little things like the bed frames having chargers attached. Even the nightstands had chargers. Ceiling fans and stand up fans in the bedrooms. Fishing poles were provided. Very nicely decorated. Check in and check out was easy. I debated between this house and one on the river itself and I’m glad we went with this one. The river was busy and kind of loud. I felt like the tucked away on the canal was a better fit for us. It was a great week visiting the beautiful springs!

Manatees!

This is a great house, lots of fun things to enjoy. We didn’t even have a chance to use them all. The kayaks and paddle board were key to have, the river and canals are so much fun to explore. And you will likely get to see manatees. We enjoyed the hot tub, the outdoor movie projector and and coffee on the dock each morning. The beds are really comfortable! I recommend you book this property!

This was an amazing time had by all. The host is quick to respond and they go out of their way to make your stay so special. So many games to play and wonderful outdoor space to have fun and relax. We stayed for a short weekend to visit with family who live in Florida. House itself has tons of amenities. No need to leave the property if you enjoy being outdoors. 4 stars for cleanliness. Home could use a good deep cleaning ( baseboards dirty, hair in shower, stove top had crud on it etc) . Overall nice stay and property , just would recommend a good deep clean

Great place!

Our host was super accommodating, and very easy to get in touch with. Everything we possibly could’ve needed for the river was there, kayaks, paddle board, paddles, life jackets, etc. There were lots of other fun activities that we’re ready to go- my kids especially loved the hot tub in the movie screen projector so they could watch a movie from the hot tub. A very short paddle ride through the canals to the main river. My youngest really enjoyed the mural of the Manatee on the front as well..

Weeki wachee

Very pleased with everything!!! The house is in the perfect location if you are looking to experience everything the area has to offer....super close to all the hot spots! The house was perfect but our favorite part was the backyard.... everything you need for you and your family to have a great time!!! We had a blast on the kayaks and relaxing in the hot tub and by the fire pit!! We will hopefully be returning next year!! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful house!
